I had the spicy tonkotsu and it tasted like water and milk(?), chili paste/oil, and king oyster mushrooms. No depth, no saltiness, no flavor. My first guess was boiled corn water... heck maybe the broth had some of the water they used to boil edamame. My husband's black garlic didn't taste like broth either, just bonito flavor and toasted garlic taste. The noodles were ok and I thought that was enough for me to finish my food since I've always been a noodles first ramen eater. I didn't get to finish my food, it just tasted so bland it was bad. We were thinking maybe they ran out of the actual broth so they just watered down whatever little they had and served it up. I would rather they told us they were out of broth so we could've ordered something else instead of spending 100$ on awful ramen. I don't like ramen hub but I'd choose ramen hub over this place.
