Goi Cuon-Spring Roll with Pork and Shrimp.
    Tiffany L.

Hidden in Eden Center, here is a local favorite and a hidden gem for some solid Vietnamese food. PARKING: Free in the plaza. BUN THIT NUONG: This Vermicelli noodle dish came with Grilled Marinated Pork and Crispy Spring Roll. They did have just a grilled marinated pork vermicelli noodle dish. I asked the server if the portion of grilled marinated pork was the same with vs. without the crispy spring roll since both cost the same price. He said they were the same, but later on I doubted that. I didn't care for the crispy spring roll (personal preference, just never enjoyed them), and would opt for the marinated pork vermicelli bowl instead next time. Overall the dish was okay, just wish there was more meat. COM TAY CAM GA: This is a Chicken Clay Pot Rice dish. Overall my husband enjoyed it and thought it was more filling than it looks. GOI CUON: This Spring Roll comes with Pork and Shrimp. Tasted exactly as I'd expect it to. Would get again but want to try the bbq pork sausage ones next time.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice place. a bit on the small side, so plan accordingly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered bbq sausage rolls (nem nuong cuon ninh hoa), rice with marinated pork (com thit nuong) and flank steak clay pot (com tay cam bo luc lac). Everything tasted wonderful i really liked the sausage rolls. The staff were great and our food arrived relatively quick. Will definitely revisit this place.

The food? amazing. specifically the nuoc cham and the spring roll dipping sauce. i could drink that all day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance? it feels like a hole-in-the-wall kind of place (and it is!). no frills is how you know the food is authentic[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service? honestly i don't expect amazing service at these kind of places. the service is meh but they make up for it with the food

This place became very uncomfortable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I spotted two huge roaches.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I'm assuming this is why they started to saran wrap their condiments.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Then they came off very racist/prejudice. I was the only patron that didn't look asian, even though I am and I was the only person who was haggled for a tip.

Tucked away between a jewelry store, plant shop, and mahjong parlor, Nha Trang may not immediately jump out as one of the DMV's best Viet restaurants. However, their authentic cooking, bold flavors, and fresh / high-quality ingredients have absolutely secured this no-frills, hole-in-the-wall spot's place at the top of my tier list. It's hard to pick my favorite from their expansive menu, but if I had to choose, it would have to be their bun rieu cua. The tomato broth is packed with flavor but still light and refreshing, with the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness from the tomato and tamarind, as well as a rich savory-ness from the crab. They offer a generous helping of seafood, vermicelli, and various veggies, and you're sure to leave full and satisfied. However, if you want something else to whet your appetite, I love their banh beo -- the rice cakes are perfectly steamed, with a light, airy, almost pillow-y texture. And they're the best vehicle for the prawns and aromatic scallion oil. The service is pretty quick, and it generally only takes 15-20 min. for them to prepare your order for either pick-up / take-out or dine-in. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The store has a nice cozy, laid-back vibe if you decide to stay to enjoy your meal, but the food also travels remarkably well if you want to eat at home.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's a genuinely phenomenal spot -- my only real complaint is that they can be a smidge hard to find because they're tucked inside of one of the mini shopping complexes within Eden Center, so the Google Maps directions are woefully unhelpful. However, once you find your way there, you're sure to have one of the best (and cheapest) Viet meals the DMV has to offer!

Solid spot in the Eden Center for authentic Vietnamese. We have had it multiple times and continue coming back. The BBQ Pork Sausage Rolls are our favorite. They are soft yet crispy and crunchy with lots of flavor. I have yet to try their noodle soups but all of their rice dishes are delicious. My partner's favorite is the steak clay pot, which looks and tastes amazing! Their service has always been great as well.

Fantastic Vietnamese food! We got the ninh hoa rolls, banh beo, bun bo hue, and clay pot rice with steak. Everything was delicious, especially loved the bun bo hue here, and the marinated steak in the clay pot dish. Service was pretty quick, the clay pot took a little longer by nature of the dish. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is tucked away inside the Eden center mall and has a good amount of seating inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Definitely recommend for when you want tasty authentic Vietnamese food at a good price.

Really enjoyed the food! Menu has varieties of options to select from. Everything came out hot and fresh. The pork chop was super good and seared perfectly! Portion was perfect with leftovers as well! Located inside a shopping plaza at Eden center, with parking available outside and plenty of indoor seatings. They do take credit card here which was a plus! Service was great as well.

Nha Trang is absolutely my most favorite Viet restaurant in the DMV. My favorite things to get are banh xeo, beef pho, and bun bo hue. Recently, my husband has been obsessed with their mi quang and bun rieu noodle dishes. Everything about Nha Trang is good and I highly recommend this to everyone if you are looking for great Vietnamese food in the DMV. Dining in is great as well, they have great service and the portion is thoughtful. I will definitely keep coming back here or ordering for take out!

Visited Nha Trang Restaurant at Eden Center in Falls Church last weekend on a beautiful Sunday. I had seen a lot of recommendations for this spot and decided to give it a try. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is tucked away inside the building, and the directions on Google weren't very clear, but I eventually found the entrance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a small restaurant with a very local vibe--don't expect fancy decor here, as it's more about the food and quality.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I started with the Nem Nướng Cuốn Ninh Hòa, which are Vietnamese rice rolls filled with BBQ pork sausage and fresh veggies like cabbage and carrots. The sausage and BBQ pork were flavorful, and the veggies added a nice freshness and crunch that balanced out the saltiness of the meat. For my main dish, I ordered the Bún Bò Huế, which was amazing. It's a spicy soup with slices of beef, pork feet, pork blood (not my favorite), and some kind of meatloaf. The soup itself was incredible--spicy but not overwhelming, and packed with flavor. The pork feet were tender, and the beef slices were cooked perfectly. The price was very reasonable, and the service was okay, the quality of the food made up for it.

That was a big mistake because Truong Tien is inside and it is amazing! My son and I started with Banh Beo Nhan Kho Tom Chay, a dish of steamed rice cake topped with fried shallots, dried powdered shrimp (prawn floss) and chicharron which you then can top with a spicy sauce. They come in little tiny dishes that you can kind of slurp the rice cake from like an oyster. The combination of textures and temperatures and flavors was delicious - and not too filling as a starter. We wanted to have a Banh Khoai Nuoc Leo (crispy pancake taco-like dish with a dipping sauce) but they were out for the day (we were there at about 4pm) so instead we had vermicelli bowls (Bun Nem Nuong) with Asian style sausage and fried spring rolls. Topped with peanuts and fish sauce, it was fresh and delicious. The host greets you warmly and offers ice water, hot or iced tea (complimentary) and the restaurant decor is absolutely beautiful. There's also a gorgeous display of food for sale near the register, including fried bananas and donut/beignet sort of treats. I also loved the spicy fermented tofu dipping sauce. All of the dishes can be dipped in any and all of the dipping sauces accompanied by the other dishes. The waitress also brought a small bowl of rice with lemongrass pork for my baby to eat (on the house). The waitress was awesome :) Before tip the total came out to be $52. If it were not for the presence of my companion I would probably have complained to the assistant manager about the waitress' rude behavior. Furthermore, a comment or two on the quality of the food. The seafood bird's nest dish had minimal portions of seafood -- four small shrimp, two small scallops, and three small pieces of squid with less-appetizing pieces of vegetables -- all for $23!
