Came by on a weekend afternoon and the place was on the quiet side. We noticed a few people had put in to go orders (and we set our order for pick up too), so the business was moving efficiently but still felt relaxed and we got our order quickly. The food is solid here (you can't go wrong with a beef/lamb gyro, which is what I got). Good flavor, the right amount of spice, and the pita was fluffy and had a great texture to it. My only surprise was that the pitas don't come with fries or tzatziki sauce on their own, and they are a little on the smaller side, so we didn't feel like we had a meal by just eating a couple pitas. Since they didn't come with fries or a side salad on their own, the price was not terrible, but was a little on the high side. Something to plan around for next time

Food was seasoned perfectly, fries are amazing. Best gyro I've had. Turn around time was quick and restaurant was very clean. Definitely coming back.

A new place in North Hollywood. I wasn't expecting much for this chain restaurant. My order was taken quickly. However, the food was really nice and the place was clean. I had the gyro which was fresh and the bread soft.

Not bad. I'm not big on greek food. With that being said, the food was decent. However, I just felt it was not good bang for your buck if you prefer more substantial portions. I'm petite at barely 103 pounds and I considered it a light lunch.. ha The baklava yogurt offers a sweet flavor with honey and baklava but the yogurt itself is very watery, not at all creamy like real Greek yogurt. Also the tipping culture is out of control. A piece of very small baklava was 4.25!! and I get the look for selecting skip tip?!! I mean how much above and beyond service was provided to grab it out of the display and hand it to me?!

Decided to try this new restaurant and we're glad we did. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was fast, helpful, and friendly. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. Overall this is becoming a very busy restaurant as I saw many customers stopping by for take out and eating in.

Review for delivery order. We ordered pork gyro combos, a lamb/beef gyro combo, a side salad, nick's fries with lamb/beef gyro meat, hummus and some extra tatziki. Everything was wrapped separately, the salads, hummus and nicks fries came in individual boxes. About 2 minutes into our meal, no one was talking, we were all enjoying the meal. So happy to find a good greek place close by, we'll definitely be ordering or visiting again soon! I appreciate the packaging and attention to detail!

I have been a fan of this place ever since I first tried it in Westlake Village. What really sets them apart is their mission and philosoph; everything they do comes with a sense of pride: pride in their people, their food, their operations, and most importantly, the overall experience. The name Filotimo (filo-ti-mo) is rooted in a beautiful concept that blends selflessness, honor, and a sense of duty in everyday life. It's their "secret ingredient," and you can really feel it not only in the food but in the way they treat their customers. I usually rotate between a few favorites, including: *Mediterranean Bowl with chicken, rice, kale, tomatoes, cucumbers, hummus, toum, fried chickpeas, pickled onions, and harissa *Gyro Bowl with chicken, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, tzatziki, spicy yogurt, paprika, and red wine vinaigrette *Gyro or Souvlaki Plate with chicken, rice or fries, tzatziki, pita, and a side salad On this visit, I went with the Chicken Gyro Plate with rice, tzatziki, pita, and a side salad. It was tasty. I will say the only downside was they put it in take away containers so it was hard to enjoy and food stuck to the side of the paper/containers. The location itself is super convenient with free parking, easy freeway access, and close to both NoHo and Studio City. Overall, consistently great food and great for a quick meal or take home option.

I got the chicken gyro which is pretty good but the fries taste like seasoned cardboard. How you charging like 6$ for a very small portion of fries and they taste like fries you find in the back of the fridge after 5 days. Plus who hired the lady working as a cashier. Likeeee I'm so sorry for coming to pick up my order how dare I.

Chicken Souvlaki with Fries and Pink Lemonade

I visited Nick The Greek for their grand opening and had their Chicken Souvlaki with Rice and a fountain drink. Being their grand opening day and having to accommodate many orders, they were unable to accommodate an extra order of fries and a few other dine-in options - volume versus variety - understood. Service was rather quick, and the staff were friendly, directing traffic so that it didn't crowd around restaurants. The staff also explained and recommended menu options. There is a good amount of interior dining options. Ice was unavailable, though for a high-volume day that was understandable. For my choice of drink, I had their pink lemonade, which was thankfully not too sweet and not too sour. Some may argue watered down, but I think this was just right though it felt watery. The chicken souvlaki that I ordered... might have been misheard, but it came with fries rather than rice. After waiting ~ 30 minutes, I wasn't interested in getting an exchange. To be honest, the fries were great, one of the best of this style that I've had. The chicken was a tad dry and not too juicy; while I passed on the lemon, the tatziki was tasty. The pita was a welcome addition, though it was lacking in flavor (not enough tatziki) and there were no additional sauces for the fries / rice. The salad was refreshing between the feta cheese, greens, and olives.

8/26/2025 - Congratulations on opening this new location as a chain restaurant inside of a plaza. The store is clean and ambience is casual. The baklava is excellent - 5 stars. The Froyo is 4.5 stars. Combination Souvlaki $19.75 is 4 stars. Gyro Bowl $13.25 has a very good value, which is a little bit salty to me when eating with a sauce. Staff are friendly, and a free parking lot is available in front of the restaurant.

Recently opened along Lankershim bordering Valley Village/Toluca Lake/North Hollywood. A worthy successor to the now defunct Daphne's Greek chain, NTG really has brought home fast casual Greek to the masses in a delicious and healthy way. lots of things on the menu can be made both V/V+ and gluten-free is marked. I love the idea that basically any protein can combined with any version of an entrée. Plus, they have great baklava and loukoumades available for dessert. Service was fast, efficient and very courteous. They're also well set up for handling the delivery services plentiful parking in the shared lot. Note that the beefteki is basically a variation on beef Luleh kebab, but it reminded me of the classic taste of a Burger King flame broiled beef patty. YMMV, but I liked it.

Love that we have a new Greek food spot in that shopping center! I enjoyed the beef and lamb gyro with fries (inside the wrap!). Service was polite and relatively quick. The vibe is fast casual. In and out for takeout was a breeze.

Combo plate (with only 2/3 skewer of chicken)
    Sara K.

Newly opened close to my home and was hoping for a go-to to-go spot. But NO!! Came in person and ordered the 2 skewer combo plate. Waited inside the small restaurant for the food to be ready. It only took 5 minutes, signaling that the meat was not freshly cooked but must have been reheated. The meat was cooked through but lukewarm which again confirmed that it was not made to order. The beef skewer was a full skewer but the chicken was only 2/3 of the skewer. The rice and French fries were also lukewarm. The side salad had no dressing (and none on the side). The romaine lettuce was wet and there was so much cheese it was inedible. Overall disappointing experience from a place that is a big enough chain they should have better quality control.

UPDATE: (in response to owner since I cannot respond) No one put me up to this, it's an honest review. I ordered through Uber Eats so fixing the order wasn't an option. The fire starter is the Chipotle Aioli you seem to put on all your dishes (at least the items on my order.) this was not requested but is an ingredient included. We ordered fairly quickly and he asked if we would like it to be served family style (single platter opposed to individual plates) so we agreed. Slowly there were other families showing up after us. Our order consisted of chicken, pork ribs and beef Lula. We asked for water, soda, lemonade and kompot. We got it all besides the lemonade. The soda was canned and the water was Kirkland water. No problem there but I would expect it to be priced as such. We got a salad and a hummus side. The hummus was mediocre at best. The Caesar salad was pretty good and the bread was nice and toasty. Unfortunately we did not come for the sides, we came for a meal. Around 6:05 my wife and i looked at each other and agreed we would leave shortly if the food didn't come out. By this time there was 2 other tables that had received their orders and they had come after us. The atmosphere is nice since it is outside but with that being said you are going against the elements and anything that it comes with. Today these elements brought us a rat that was walking along the retaining wall. Fortunately there was some sort of metal gate that blocked the rat from freely coming to our side. We're just waiting around and there's an employee that asks us if everything is fine which then my wife replies "we don't have any of our food". He goes to check and tells us we're gonna get our food shortly. We waited around and 6:15 we decided to leave. Unfortunate experience since we had family coming from Texas that saw this place on Instagram so they were excited to try. Around 6:30 my wife gets a call from the other party members and they let her know that they brought out the meats with no sides. At that point they were fed up as well and simply left and paid for what we ate. TLDR: bad service, other families got food before us, over an hour wait for food, saw a rat running around.
