While there's the option to sit inside a small/air-conditioned room, there's also shaded patio seating and seating in the hallway of the connected small shopping building, where most of the tables are. After ordering the The Morning After burger (Fried Egg, Bacon, Cheddar, Fresh Jalapenos) + small Seasoned Fries (for 1-2 people), we waited about 15 minutes for the food to be brought to our table. They were kind enough to cut the burger in half and provide an egg for each half, since they knew we were sharing!! Indeed, 1 burger and 1 small fry is enough to feed 2 people. As expected, the burger was juicy, flavorful, and the egg was perfectly fried to still be runny. Outlaw Grille is a small burger joint packed with big flavors. No frills, no nonsense -- just good ass food at reasonable prices. Bonus: asking for a free water cup will score you delicious Sedona spring water!

For sides we got the potato mac, mac and cheese and coleslaw. The pork belly was incredible, star of the show. The brisket had great flavor but it was more of a lean brisket, so take a peek as you're ordering to see if that's what you prefer to avoid disappointment. Sausage was a good size. Mac and cheese was hearty. The potato mac was noodle based, reminded me of the potato salad you get a lot in Hawaii. You definitely leave as full as you want to be. They didn't have desserts (which was not our compliant but rather a woman in front of us who couldn't believe they didn't have a cobbler or a banana puddin of some kind). As we were sitting and eating, a constant stream of people came through and they did run out of the brisket and some side dishes. The location is right next to a campground so it seems like everyone pops over for lunch or an early dinner so they don't have to drive anywhere. There is a bar also and an outside eating area (when it isn't 100 degrees out).

Recently moved to Sedona and this was one of the recommended places by our neighbors. Went there on Friday night and the place was packed with no parking available at all. Tried Sunday morning and it was the same but businesses being closed around them, i was luck to find a spot. Its a small family restaurant where the locals go as they stated. Food was excellent, reasonably priced but most importantly the service was amazing. I had one of their specials, "greek eggs benedict" with avocado, spinach and artichoke. Beautiful presentation and flavor. You can definitely make two meals out of one plate. Owner was also very attentive, touching every table. I think i've found my spot in town. read more

Stopped by here before heading for a jeep tour next door. Jeep drivers mentioned Nick's as a locals' spot which states on their sign. Good thing i parked at the jeep place as the parking lot for the restaurant was full. I had a very cheerful waitress wish I remember her name but i was recommended their club sandwich as i was pretty hungry. Pretty good size came with amazing fries. Not hard, not soggy. I was very satisfied especially compared the prices with some other touristic restaurants. I will highly recommend and would definitely stop by next time I'm in Sedona. read more

Were here last week. Way too loud. Why do the servers have to yell instead of speaking like a normal person. The prices are ok but frankly it's kind of at level of Sharie's. The server with long hair and her friend was far more interested in being loud and being friendly with redneck wanna be cowboys than actually doing her job. We had to listen to her and her wanna be cowboys friends who also love taking two parking spots the entire breakfast. So if you want to hang out with locals wild life and have overcooked sausages and boring French toast be my guest. read more

Moved to Sedona couple months ago, visited a few of locals eatery. My favorite spot for breakfast and lunch by far so far. Service was quick and waitress was great. Huge portions and very reasonable prices compared to touristic Sedona restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated with old Sedona pictures. Met the owner, great guy. Looks like he's been around for a while, he sits and talks to almost every table. Highly recommend. read more

Rude staff. Even the new owners are very rude. They get offended if you share your opinion instead of fixing what is wrong. They will even look up your order and post about it in the reply. Petty people and they hire people just as rude. If you are a tourist stay away from this place as you are not welcomed. Owned and staffed by sedona snobs. read more

We ordered the chicken wings, a burger and enchiladas. The enchiladas were good enough. However, the wings and burger were outstanding. They have local beer on tap; both that we tried were great. We started with the shrimp ceviche (sorry I forgot to take a photo) but it was great to share- so fresh! A little juicy but still so yumm! The food was all so good and any of the other dishes we saw come out also looked tasty! The fish and chips was a top choice for my mom, who Loves this dish! The fries are unique shaped and SO good! I had the blackened salmon ceasar, The salmon was fresh and perfectly cooked with such flavor and not dry (a common issue I often find with salmon on salads especially) My aunt had never ordered kale, but I think she may start after loving the kasalad! Service is as pretty standard. Our server wasn't overly attentive but the support staff were great and ensured we had lots of water and were sweet to my daughter (baby). We all left very full, in love with the views and all members happy with the food! So I'd call that a win!

The cocktails were solid the flavor was delicious and refreshing 9/10! The Coolest thing was being able to eat with our dog there, the restaurant is really nice on the eyes but the food was lackluster and definitely not recommendable which sucks because it has the potential to be better. The waiter was very polite and attentive but sadly for the price this restaurant is a HUGE let down. The food was less than mediocre. I had the "steak and frites" which came with unseasoned corn and a dash of tajin which makes absolutely no sense paired with a kbbq inspired sauce on the steak??? The 'frites' tasted like frozen air fried rally's fries. The steak was a bit unseasoned and bland like the corn (we were on the verge of sending it back but we're not those people) I think a revamp on the menu would do this restaurant well and really thinking critically on ingredients / quality and pairings of proteins.

My crab Benedict was excellent (except for overdone asparagus on the side) and my wife's egg white frittata was well prepared-but would have been much more interesting with the yolks. Service was fast and friendly. If you want a steakhouse for dinner or a nice brunch with a good view, I recommend it. If you are looking for something uniquely southwest, I'd keep looking.
