The people seem nice at this establishment but I question the authenticity of the food. They claim to have homemade sauce but I don't believe it. I saw them take several jars of premade Prego sauce (looked like it was purchased from Costco) and pour it into their black crock pot sitting on the countertop next to their 2 instapots. I'm not sure what they intended to do with the premade sauce but I can certainly take a good guess! If they want to use a pre-made sauce, at least be honest with the customer and don't tell everyone it is homemade! I'm very disappointed! read more

I went there strictly for the calzone. I heard it was good and I'm vegetarian so I wanted to really try it. I was not disappointed. It is delicious. It's not as good as the one back home in St. Louis, however, on the road in Hawaii, it's tops. This is probably one of the better ones on the island of Maui. I enjoyed it and would get it again, if I get a chance to make it by there. There are so many food choices here and I'm trying to see so many sites. But definitely if you on the island of Maui stop by, and get a calzone. They got a parking lot but what I would do, because the restaurant is located in the food court of the mall. I would just have a friend drive and drop you off while you run in and get the food and y'all can go back to a picnic area when you come out or back to your resort room and enjoy your delicious meal. But for right now I do have to say Nikki calzone is the second best one I've had across the USA so far. Give it a shot. I might even go back and grab a pizza if I get a chance. read more

The kids love pizza and ordered a slice of pepperoni to share and fell in love with their crispy bottom crust and flavors of their cheese and pepperoni (for not being the "spicy" kind). They loved it so much they ate it for dinner as well. We had planned to get them a slice on our last night, so my husband and I had dinner at the Hula Grill, and walked over to Nikki's around 8:30. Sadly they were already cleaning up for the night even though the Yelp page and the sign on the door said 9pm closing. I came here again after a year or so and it has remained the same. The pizza's crust was very crunchy and crispy but it wasn't too hard where you can't bite into it. The tomato sauce mixed very well with the cheese. The toppings tie everything together just like any other pizza but at this place you feel it sink into your mouth. The cheese bread and garlic bread is great with marinara sauce but if you prefer it alone, go straight ahead! The flavor is so great it can be eaten alone. The pesto pasta was creamy and was the perfect portion. The spaghetti was not that special and tasted like any other spaghetti. If you come here, you must get their pizzas! read more

Amazing pizza. Perfect blend of cheese and pepperoni. My teens gobbled it up. Breadsticks rocked too. Jumbo pizza fed 5 hungry teens.

Good pizza! The problem is that I don't like pizza all that much - But I love theirs! But we were in a rush after a long day in Maui and just wanted to make it back to the beach in time for the sunset - ordered pizza (cheese, pepperoni, pineapple&ham), chicken parmiagana, and also a gyro for my husband - very reasonable prices - we are from the Bay area of CA. We made it just in time! Nikki's is quick and efficient - and the 4 of us sat there watching the sun go down, we realized that we were all very quiet, enjoying our food - we all approved of our selection, and tried each others items as well. I thought I was a deep dish girl if anything, but this crust is thin and crispy and perfect and I thoroughly enjoyed all of the toppings - AND it didn't give me indigestion - a big deal! We had some leftover, so we refrigerated it and ate it for breakfast (well the adults did) and enjoyed it then, too! Over the week we probably had 4 meals at Nikki's. Don't let the hideous food court depress you - just order your food and eat it at the beach or at the outside tables. We dropped by Whaler's Village to see what it looks like and to have a quick bite. Nikki's Pizza is located at the lower level food court area with indoor and outdoor seating. Doesn't really look like much when you see their establishment but I was craving for a fish plate and they had a sauteed mahi-mahi plate for $14 +tax. Frankly, price-wise it was quite affordable compared to the other full service restaurants in the area. We sat outside and the lady actually brought it to our table -- was told to come back after 8-10mins but they brought out my order faster than that. My order came with a big scoop of rice, tartar sauce, sauteed veggies and mushrooms and 4 pieces of fish (two big and two small). I was hungry but I had a hard time finishing all the fish -- it was more than enough for me. It was cooked well done with crisp sides. It was a bit bland on its own but the tartar sauce and lemon added more flavor to it as well as the sauteed veggies underneath. If you happen to be in Whaler's Village and not willing to spend too much on a meal at a beachfront restaurant then Nikki's Pizza is a great option. read more

Amazing food. Shrimp scampi was awesome. Wife loved it. After the sunset appetizer cruise we wanted some real food. We walked into The Whaler's food court. (most over priced parking ever!!!! ($$40!!!). Anyhow, after dropping $80+ at the ABC store, the cashier kindly validated our parking for 6 hours. Taking care of the ridiculous $40 parking fee. Thank you!!! So back to the food hunting, we checked several places around the dos court. The only place with a long line was Nikki's Pizza. Asked a few people, who confirmed it was awesome! We ordered a few pepperoni slices for the kids, wife ordered the shrimp scampi, and I had the meat lovers calzone, 2 breadsticks, marinara sauce, two drinks, about $4O bucks total! Can't get any better than that. Great tasting food, great service, a steal of a price for Maui (cause everything else seems overpriced around here). If you want great food without the fru-fru pricing, this is it. (Which is every other place here at Maui, fru-fru). Stay away from the fru-fru, unless that is what you like. I'm sure Nikki's would validate for you as well. But, if not, most shops would validate 3 hours for a $15 purchase. Beats $40 for just parking. I'm diggin' this place called - Nikki's Pizza! Where is Nikki's located? The Whalers Village Mall of course! How did I know about this place? Well, I really didn't know about this place, but thanks to my Yelp buddy - Joyce Z. for posting her wonderful pics of da grindz, which led me here this past Wednesday! Although this business is called "Nikki's Pizza", this business actually serves other items besides pizza, they do - 1 Pasta dishes 2. Island Fish items 3. Burgers & Chicken sandwiches 4. Local Plate Lunch 5. Salads 6. Calzones 7. Panini sandwiches, as well as Cheese Steak sandwiches 8. Wraps 9. And they also serve breakfast here, so you can get omelettes, pancakes, croissant sandwiches, oatmeal, bagels, and the classic "Local Kine" breakfast of - Portuguese Sausage, Eggs, & Rice! Yeeeeeeah Baby!!!! Although I was thinking about breakfast because I saw that delicious lookin' croissant sandwich that my Yelp buddy - Joyce Z. ate, I knew it wasn't possible for me, as by the time I got to the Kaanapali area, it would be a late lunch. Upon finding the Whalers Village mall, I headed straight to the food court...........this is where Nikki's Pizza is located. Upon entering the food court area, I walked up to the ordering counter & I decided to get the Veggie Calzone, as well as a Italian Cheese Bread. What's in the Veggie Calzone? The Veggie Calzone had - artichoke hearts, tomatoes, roasted garlic, mushrooms, pesto, feta, ricotta & mozzarella cheese. Uummmmmmmmmm! My Veggie Calzone was "packed", & I when I picked it up, I swear it weighed like 3 pounds of veggie goodness! They certainly don't scrimp on ingredients here! Lol! All the veggies were nicely mixed with the ricotta & mozzarela cheese, and you can also taste the pesto sauce too. I really didn't need to get or eat the Italian Cheese Bread, but as I was ordering my food, and saw the Italian Cheese Bread..........I really couldn't resist!!! The Italian Cheese Bread had a nice chewy texture to it, and it was loaded with cheese. Both items I ordered came with a Marinara dipping sauce. Nikki's Pizza is a bit of a misadvertisement, but in a good way. Expecting mainly pizza, they now offer so many choices from omelettes and breakfast croissant sandwiches to plate meals, wraps, and pastas, it seems like a food court in itself. Appropriately located in the Whaler's Village food court, it is such a reasonable option for those staying on Kaanapali without having to pay resort prices. With early hours, it is also a great option to grab some food for the airport as they were nice enough to pack my potatoes separately from my breakfast croissant sammie so I can enjoy later on the plane. I'm so mad I spent money in this place. I don't see the draw. This pizzeria is located on the lower level of Whalers Village. The store had low ceilings which is shared with 2 other businesses. The tables were shared and it seemed like no one cleaned them as I couldn't find a clean table. The cashier was not friendly at all. The person in front of me did not speak English but was trying to figure out the difference between a large and small item and he kept pointing to his hands to show her while she barely saw over the counter. After about 3 attempts and attitude on his side he showed her plates sizes. I ordered 2 plain slices and chicken parm. I was given 1 pizza supreme which I said that I ordered 2 plain. The guy said "no you ordered pizza supreme".. Seriously? I don't even like that kind of pizza plus what a way to talk to your customers. Then he said "give it back".. I only charged you for one so you owe me $5... Um no "I'm sorry"? Man I wish I asked for my $ back and left.. The slices are $5 each and were greasy so I had to dab it with a napkin. Aside from that the pizza was just ok. Hubby did not like the chicken parm .. Ended up tossing half of it. Didn't even come with a side salad or bread. What a waste of $25. Located in the 'currently under construction/remodeling 11/2016', Whaler's Village, Nikki's Pizza sits in a tiny food court that's better described as a food basement. They serve Hawaiian plate lunches and of course, Italian food including pizza. Looking to grab a quick bite before hitting the beach, we settled on Nikki's because they didn't have a line and a plate lunch sounded good. Besides, a 4 star eating gave me confidence. Ordered chicken, waited over 10 minutes as I stared at others who ordered after me and got their food before me. Then, just as I see the owner ( I presume ) heading towards us with a plate, he says, " Oh, I'm sorry, this is beef. We have to remake your order " Apparently someone else got my chicken instead of the beef they ordered. All this happened when there was no line. So ... More waiting. Over another 5 minutes later, he returns with my chicken order and apologizes, then tells me some random woman that was waiting in line got the beef order for free. When I mentioned he should have offered it to me for making me wait, he blamed me for not asking. This guy has no clue how to take care of customers, nor does he have a need to. Mostly tourists eat here and chances are, there will be very little repeat business. Even when I go back, I will make damn sure we don't eat at this clueless guy's place. After my husband's and my beach walk, it was so simple to walk over to Whaler's Village in the "food court" and pick up omelets and coffees. The breakfast was healthy, tasty, and filling. The owner was excellent at remembering frequent patrons of the week and greeted us cheerfully the few times we went there. All of the employees were hustling. I had Hawaiian (ha) pizza and my date tried two of the veggie pizzas. We also got a Greek salad. The total? $23 with tax. Unbelievable. The reheated pizza slices just sucked, thick and dried out crusts with dry toppings and old looking cheese. Nothing had any flavor. The salad was swimming in cheap Italian dressing with the most mealy, flavorless tomatoes I've had in a long time. I get that Hawaii isn't a food destination, but this was revoltingly bad. It was late after a long day at the beach and we figured it would be easiest to have pizza so my Husband found this place on yelp and we decided to order. Unfortunately they do not have a website and an online menu to choose from, so we weren't sure what our options were. When I called, the woman who answered was HORRIBLE.
