Still dreaming about this delicious place nearly a week later. We happened upon No. One Chinese food, after going to a PT appointment. Tim stated he used to eat here years ago, and I effing love hole-in-the-wall restaurants. This is definitely one of them. The display board is faded, the dining area is just a few tables and chairs, and there are some huge plants spread throughout. The counter goes to my face, so Tim had to do the ordering LOL. We ordered 2 lunch specials. I got the pepper steak with veggies and pork fried rice, hubby opted for orange chicken with broccoli and pork fried rice. We each enjoyed our meals, which came out piping hot, and the portions were HUGE. We spent about $25, and enjoyed about a 1/4 of our meals there. I've been coming to this place since the early 90's! Their food has remained delightful throughout all these years! I ordered fried rice and chicken wings ( my favorite) here last night with a Large side of vegetable Lo mein. I had a question about my pick up order and the manager called me back directly to accommodate me. They were super friendly and helpful and I'm happy to continue to eat here with my family. I am pretty suprised that I am the first to review this place because the quality of the food is excellent! The prices are very inexpensive and they have a daily lunch menu for a great deal! The eggs rolls are not filled with cheap cabbage like every other chinese place, they are filled with real meat. The pork fried rice has to be the best chinese fried rice from any chinese restaurant I have ever eaten and I've ate at almost all of the chinese places in the area.
