#1. Pad Thai
Elizabeth E.

Very solid thai place in A2! We stopped in for lunch, it was busy but the service was very quick. The staff were nice and there's ample indoor seating. We dined in and the portions were large enough for leftovers after. I got a pad thai with fried tofu- it was very delicious, lots of sauce. My friends enjoyed their food as well. The prices are decent for A2. If you're looking for good thai in the area I'd recommend stopping in!

I usually get the Drunken Noodles with tofu and Dim Mak spice. Portions are generous, and service is fast, even when it's packed. It works for a quick sit-down meal, but it's perfect for takeout or a late-night study break! Great comfort food--especially if you're craving heat and don't want to think too hard.

#4. Pad Thai Curry

BLAND. It was just boiled noodles. No taste, No flavour, Not even a drop of curry in Pad thai curry.

I have only ordered take out from No Thai before, but it is just as good as if you were at the restaurant. I typically get it delivered by door dash, and my food order has always been correct. Even with large orders when there is a bunch of us ordering together at work. Pad Thai and drunken noodles are my favorite. They give you a ton, and the leftovers are even better the next day. I eat tofu, and their tofu is my absolute favorite, cooked just right! When you walk in the restaurant, you order your food at the register and then there are tables to eat at if you choose to eat there.

#3. Drunken Noodles

The drunken noodles were pretty good and saucy like really wet and saucy. The noodles were pretty spicy so beware of that but overall good place for a quick bite.

Iconic, delicious, ready in 5 minutes, great service. Sit down seating available but you pick up at window. Free water, sauces and chop sticks. Generous portions for the price. 13 dollars for entrees.

Pretty solid Thai food for a cheap price and a quick meal. This location is one of the better ones around the Ann Arbor area as they don't overlook the noodles. But all of meat is a little dry so I usually get tofu as a protein. My favorites are the pad Thai curry and no Thai fried rice. The fried rice has great flavor that a little different than traditional fried rice!

I could tell that love was put into the curry that I had eaten the night I ordered in from No Thai! with my friends. The potato curry was so perfect my friends and I remarked there had to have been generations of familial love and perfection put into the recipe and wars waged over the recipe. The fried rice, pad Thai and crab wontons were also amazing. This meal literally made our day.

. Drunken Noodles: It's my first time to order food in US. Disappointed. toooooo much salty and sweet! Beef is kind of like pork.

Pad Thai with Chicken (Mild) ~ Come with chicken, sprouts, green onion, eggs, peanuts, and a lime

No Thai! is a great place for a simple meal near campus. After 4 years of attending UMICH, this was actually my first time getting No Thai!, and I'm glad I finally gave it a try. It's definitely not authentic Thai food, but it's good and worth your money. Pros: - Affordable ~ about $10 - Large portions ~ you can easily split your meal into two - Fast service ~ my friends and I actually called ahead so we could have it ready by the time we arrived to the restaurant - A good amount of options ~ You can choose between a noodle dish or rice dish - You can choose your spice level ~ choose between no spicy to dim mak Cons: - Oily/greasy - Spicy level doesn't seem to be consistent to it's description ~ I felt as though the mild I got felt spicier than what I thought a mild would be - The noodle dishes seem to be way more noodles than well everything else ~ My pad thai was supposed to have chicken, sprouts, green onion and eggs, but I felt as though there were barely any chicken and green onion - Peanuts were kinda soggy ~ I don't really like peanuts (I forgot to order it without peanuts), but the peanuts that came with my pad thai were kinda soggy and didn't really have much of a peanut flavor to them Overall: - I'm glad I finally tried No Thai! and definitely see myself ordering it more. Although it's not authentic Thai food, it's pretty addictive and not too expensive.

But other than that, the flavors, the service, and ambiance was the same, if not better! Since the move, the space is smaller, however I love how bright and open it is. And instead of going to the washroom in the motel, they have one inside the restaurant. We ordered our favorite dishes: spicy basil minced chicken (last option on the back of the menu) and the Thai volcano shrimp... and the cute and delicious Bear Thai Tea. I usually have a hard time finding my favorite Thai dish (basil chicken with minced chicken or pork) at Thai restaurants, so I'm really happy they didn't close for good. Both of the dishes we ordered are our go tos and can't say I'll ever order anything else! The shrimp is crunchy and pretty big... it looks similar to a small cider donut... and they give you about 6, with a side of rice and broccoli. I love that they added a sauce tray that they bring out before your food arrives, in case you need more heat in your dish. I hope next time, if I have room for it, to try one of the desserts.

Their online menu does not have the pictures that the in store one has and woowee it is a lot of choices of noodles! Amongst the 4 of us, we ordered the pork tip noodle, the Peking pork (zhajiangmian), hot oil wide noodle, beef tendon knife noodle. YUM! The noodles are handmade, handpulled and you can customize the shape and thickness you want! The portions as you can see are massive and the prices are very reasonable! $14/$15 a bowl! My pork rib tips were too tough but still seasoned. I would say their Peking style zhajiangmian is pleasantly less authentic and I liked this version better than the original! It included a braised full egg, and not too much of the cloyingly sweet and intense sauce. We ordered and within 2 minutes we were served fresh bowls of piping hot noods. Our server was efficient, warm, knowledgeable and bilingual. She said I looked like a popular Hong Kong singer, like OMG what a cute compliment! There was convenient parking and it was really close to my friend's house. Highly recommend!

I recommend the soups - I love the beef and radish soup and the miso soup. The bao buns are large and filling. I like that there is an option for contactless order and that there are utensils and napkins for patrons along with free chili oil to pack up in small containers for takeout. Many restaurants today are charging for chili oil and even utensils, which I find to be absurd. There is lemon water for patrons to serve themselves as well. It was not good. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing and something else would've been better but as I recall my last review on No Thai years ago also was not favorable either. The dish was subpar compared to other Thai restaurants. Too sweet and too spicy both combined made for an overpowering (not in a good way) disappointing meal. I'm sorry but it just didn't meet my standards.
