Today the premium bagel that I purchased was about half the size as the bagels typically are, and for a 6 cheese bagel, there was only a mere sprinkling of cheese. Once I received a call back it was basically they were busy, short staffed and didn't realize it was for delivery until about a half hour after the order was filled. LIke other Noah's, but I love how they share a place with Peet's. Smart idea. When I went, I got the super onion bagel. Man, was it super oniony. Overall, I love their bagels. Nice and soft, and the shmear's are yummy too. Good to have for breakfast on your way to work and stuff. Oh yeah, they have a picture of the giants on their wall!! We came around 1030 on a Wednesday and service was pretty good, we did not experience any of the terrible situations others have written about. i enjoy a toasted bagel with cream cheese. i also enjoy a double toasted bagel, cut into quarters with cream cheese. noah's always has deals on bags of bagels; i like to freeze mine and enjoy during the week. you can procure your tub of cream cheese also. no apple pay, but they have an iphone app and loyalty program. they often have a line and a wait, but it's worth it. This is an excellent place for breakfast and some coffee from the adjoining Peet's. While they are sometimes slow and definitely don't understand how to put light cream cheese on a bagel, the quality is consistent and almost always fresh. This place is close to me and is far superior to Posh Bagel. My personal favorite is a toasted whole wheat sesame bagel with honey almond cream cheese. I am also fond of the nova lox/cream cheese/capers/cucumbers combo, which is always a great choice! I went to Noah's Bagels this morning for the first time. I was really disappointed in the customer service and the time it took to get our food. My mom and I were at the register for about 5 mins before an employee came up to the register. Without any greeting or smile, I proceeded to give her my order. The cashier was silent the whole time and didn't seem to be happy to be there. Our food took about 25 mins and I'm not sure we would have gotten it if we didn't ask. Visited this shop today because I was craving a bagel to go with my coffee. I decided to go with the cinnamon sugar bagel with cream cheese. The ordering process was easy and quick. Making the bagel however took way way too long. Spent about 15 minutes in the shop for one bagel. The workers were moving in slow motion. It would be better if there were separate staffing stations for smaller orders and then more complex ones. Overall, this is not a huge issue to me as long as the bagel is good. The bagel itself was very tough. My teeth could not pierce through the top of the bagel. The flavor on the other hand was quite nice but the overall texture of the bagel falls extremely flat. It's much better to get a bagel at the COHO on campus if you're a student. Much quicker, better quality, and cheaper. Just tried the Turkey Sausage Thin Eggwhite Sandwich for lunch. It was absolutely delicious! Chopped mild green chilis (or possibly a green salsa) and a tangy sauce combined nicely with flavors of sausage, cream cheese and egg. Super good!! My only complaint was that it wasn't easy to eat. The egg and sausage tended to slide out the other side, and cream cheese oozed onto my fingers with every bite, but it was worth it! Recently, I've been buying bakers' dozens for my office, always a big hit. Good selection, fresh bagels, and yummy shmears...the smoked salmon is great, and the seasonal pumpkin shmear is to die for! Most people do not carry cash these days especially during Covid times. ***Can you please update your card readers, as I would like to leave a tip to the employees who are working hard for minimum-wage. What a shit show. Truly. While there were 7+ employees working, with more than half of the orders either being incorrect and sent back or they were continuously out of everything... This location seems to lack any management figure. It appeared there was no order in which employees were making things. More time was spent standing around staring at each other in loss of what to do next or how to fix someone's order. It was truly appalling. Then I switch it to plain bagel, only for them to tell me they are out of that as well and don't have any coming out. This Noah's is located in The Marketplace which is quite a lovely shopping center with many businesses and very pleasant walkways and places to sit and eat outside. I was very impressed by this store when I first walked in because it's huge and has so much to offer, it is also connected to the Peet's Coffee & Tea right next door. Noah's is a huge Corp. so if they find it difficult to locate people to work for them, offer a higher salary! The line was out the door...literally. The 3 people working behind the counter were overwhelmed with the crush of orders. The call ins were ludicrous. STOP MAKING PEOPLE WHO GET UP AND STAND IN LINE, WAIT! Take the on-line callers and Dine & Dash/Grub Hub crowd AFTER. We are the loyal fan base that has stood by you for freakin years. As in my case, since the 90's. I walked out after 15 minutes. the reviews seem pretty harsh about this place, but my experience was fairly well here. the customer service was helpful and friendly & there's a decent variety and selection of bagels/shmears/bagel sandwiches etc. the overall quality of the bagel was alright. definitely not the best and i struggled to finish it towards the end due to the heaviness of the shmear but i'm open to trying other combos here. i think it's a decent place to stop when in need of a quick breakfast or in the marketplace area. read more
