I was craving a brisket sandwich went to the nearest Noah's bagels- the staff were very very friendly. The customer service was good, but unfortunately the brisket sandwich was flat. I didn't taste the aioli and there was a small amount of brisket on the bagel, the bagel to brisket ratio was subpar. The egg was flat as well. But a big shout out to Karla, her customer service skills are a 10. I thought Noah's bagels and Einstein Brother bagels were sister companies since they have the same menu. Love coming here to grab a fresh bagel. It's always clean and the folks are efficient in the orders when they are special. I order the bacon and egg with the special sauce ( looks like thousand island with a lil spice) it's never a miss with them. Today, I picked up an order for Doordash, since I am a Doordash driver part-time. When I arrived the order was ready for me on the counter, which was nice. It was a 14 item order, so I was pleasantly surprised. After dropping off the order, my customer texted me and mentioned a missing Farmhouse sandwich. Doordash couldn't fix the issue, so I told the customer I would drive back and buy the sandwich myself, and deliver it to her. It was just the right thing to do, plus she was so sweet. The customer called the store and informed them of the situation, and the kind manager, Emily, not only resolved it immediately, she also gifted me a delicious bacon and egg sandwich. My husband bought 4 boxes with 5 pieces of blueberries bagels of each box and they're all burned. They should have not put them in the trays and sell them if they overcooked them. Bagels were good but there was a particular staff member with blue highlights at this establishment that was extremely rude. She kept touching and playing with her hair and when I was picking what bagels she kept tapping her fingers rapidly on the bagel display along with a rude tone. Thursday, January 11th at 5:30am went to this location with my daughter to purchase 2 bagels with cream cheese! As soon as we went in the door the gentlemen behind the counter said that he wasn't going to help us because he had a big online order! Ambiance was bad and you could feel the tension in there. Was very rude and didn't want and refuse to do my bagels! Who ever owns this bagel shop better get their priorities straight and if you can handle the online order quit doing it! I didn't even check the reviews before coming here I wish I did as it would have saved me a trip. I walked in and stood in line and watched as a customer walked up complaining that their bagel was missing avocado. The cashier brought the bagel to Emily, Emily took the sandwich inspected it and quickly made her another with avocado. All of this would have been fine but she never put new gloves on and just kept on making bagel sandwiches. Most places like Starbucks won't even fill your personal cup because of contamination possibilities, I found this to be really disgusting and immediately left the line. I have been coming here for hot water because it's been super cold in the mornings. When I can, sometimes I get coffee, sometimes bagels. From my experience so far almost everyone is welcoming, and busy working hard; I've seen them clear a room of bagel hungry people in no time.
