They're doing their best but it's totally understaffed. My favorite Noah's in MB Is just as busy yet that management staff runs it like a well oiled machine!! At this location the line was out the door, with only one cashier who was also responsible for doing tasks like refilling the napkins which were entirely out and there was only one dispenser in the whole restaurant. People keep leaving upon arrival when noticing the line was so long! I did hear the staff apologize or say anything so I'm guessing this is the norm? It was my first time trying Noah's bagels and I'm quite impressed. I had their chorizo avocado sunrise bagel but switched out the Jalapeño bagel for the French toast bagel. It had a sweet, savory and slightly spicy taste. My friend had the Santa Fe bagel and she was very impressed. I would say both bagels were fantastic. There was definitely a long line and the line system is not organized so I wasn't sure who was in line and who has already ordered. Also you can't see the different spreads until you get to the front and order but I would prefer to be able to decide while waiting. There is also a lack of seatings so it's more of a grab and go. I was so disappointed today. My husband and I like to come to this Noah's after church because their bagels are so soft. To start, when we walked in there was a mother and two kids there before us but when I asked them if they had ordered, the mom said they had not but were still undecided and for us to go ahead of them. So we did. The young man at the register raised his hand, motioned to the woman and her kids behind us, and asked her if they were ready to order, the second my husband and I stepped up right in front of him. The mom nodded no and pointed to us stating we were next to order. He saw when I asked her if they had ordered and she said no but for us to go ahead!!! My husband was quite upset! Then I decided to order the Breakfast BLT. The description says it has "thick-cut bacon" but let tell you, mine DID NOT! It had the thinest bacon I have ever seen. I got a ham and cheese plain beagle and when I got it I noticed there was some avocado smeared on the side. I notified them that I was allergic to avocado they remade my sandwich but when I got the new one back I happen to open it and noticed Avocado smeared again! I love the blueberry bagel and the bagel dog(kind of like a hot dog) here. I work close, so it's a treat for me whenever I grab something here and go to work. It's open pretty early and closes early as well so I wouldn't go if it's past 1pm. There's usually a line there but it goes by pretty fast. The inside is bright and busy. I don't think you want to sit and eat here since there's barely any seats and everyone is standing around. Unless you're ok with eating while staring at someone's behind. I would just grab and go. Usually when the bagels are freshly made, they are so soft, the first time I ate it, I was like "is this really a bagel?" cause most bagels I ate are like hard. Anyways, I like it here. They use to have a table outside for door dash and mobile order pickups(since COVID began) so you didn't need to wait in line for your items. Now there is no signage telling you the new procedure(which I was told to just walk in and grab your stuff) and I just waited outside(they have a sign requesting only 3 customers inside at a time) until they finally noticed me and asked if I was waiting for something(took about 3-5 minutes) Also they don't know what double toasted means.... a double toasted bagel shouldn't be doughy.... read more

As of June 2020, Noah's bagels are complying to the COVID-19 safety precautions. Very organized line system, keeping 6 ft apart in mind. Very friendly service with opening the door for the customers in line, and the girls at the register are attentive & quick to get the our orders. There is also a pick up service at the door for those that do not want to wait in line and order ahead of time. I came on a Sunday morning so it is quite a bit of a wait after ordering. I believe our total wait time for the start of getting there to getting our order was about 20-30 minutes! Food is bomb!! read more

Four solid stars. For one thing; no one should be comparing food in Los Angeles to food in New York. That is like comparing apples to oranges. Not in a bad way, either. Just LA is different. The prices here are wallet-friendly. They also are more than willing to customize just about anything for you, within reason. They have an enormous selection of fresh bagels & other assorted baked goods. Also they have outstanding coffee, sandwiches, & more. The atmosphere is welcoming; with plenty of seating and comfortable climate. The tables are clean; and serving areas. The only recommendation would be to possibly have more chairs per table, but that's about it. One star off for the only bathroom in there being basically out of service; toilet handle completely broken off & all. That is a red flag always in my book. This place is not huge enough to accidentally miss such a thing. All in all, it's a healthy, solid, reliable spot to come to in the area. read more

This location has improved greatly! It seemed that they may have done some restructuring or new hires possibly. I received the most amazing customer service from Kiah today. She was quick to answer my questions, let me know that they have a deal of 4 pastries for $6, and told me about the survey on my receipt to receive another promotion. Noah's is fortunate to have her representing their brand. Her energy was positive and her work ethic proactive. The interaction I received with her today made me want to come back. The only negative was.... I did not understand why another employee on the floor, who was restocking the coffee area with sugars and creamers, looked right at the overflowing trash can by the restroom and did nothing. Never fails to get my order wrong, I'll order a bacon ham and egg bagel on sesame and they'll give it to me with no ham or bacon and it's annoying bc it feels like they do it on purpose bc of the amount of times it's happened I've tried to give the benefit of the doubt but these workers are just terrible not sure if it's bc they're young so they'll have more of an attitude and take it out on customers or if it's just their inexperience but nevertheless they are terrible workers and it's not even a 24/7 job so it's sad they can't even manage to maintain a smooth shift without any Fuck ups. Really enjoyed waiting 20 minutes at 6:20 this morning for one bagel with some cream cheese. Everyone here is a space cadet - the girl behind the register had no idea what was going on and kept saying "okay" but then talking to other people on the side (customers, staff) WHILE someone was ordering. Nothing makes me crazier than having to repeat 4 times that i want an everything bagel with cream cheese to someone whose eyeballs and brain are literally on another planet. As soon as i was able to peel my eyes away from her, the first train wreck, my eyes found a second - i watched this women spend 3 minutes working on egg whites for the sandwiches- but she kept just scraping the surface they were supposed to be on, looking around, LEFT THE STATION AND LOOPED AROUND BEHIND THE COUNTER A FEW TIMES, then stared back at her egg white scraper. She didn't make a single order and got in the way of what seemed to be the manager who was ringing everyone, taking phone orders, and making the 8 orders that needed to be made, most with multiple pieces. There were 2 extra bodies literally walking around aimlessly just taking up space and serving as distractions to the register astronaut who happily engaged in whatever they were mumbling about. I walked into an empty store at 10am and there were 3 employees standing around talking and another one at the register helping ring someone up. I said excuse me to the trio and asked if they had any sourdough bagels in the back. The guy said "if we did they would be out" OK ....we'll then can I tell you what else I'd like and he replied " don't you see the order here sign over there? That's why it's hanging there" I told him actually I didn't and to forget it I would hate to bother their busy day and walked out. I've been in that store more than 10x and usually you order with one person and then step down the line and pay. This Noah's is HORRIBLE! So poorly managed. We tried to order four different things and couldn't order ONE. "I'll have an everything bagel. No everything? Ok, onion...no onion? Ok, sesame...No sesame? Ok.. you do sell bagels right???" Then they call our name and let us know they are out of challah bread and do we want our sandwich on a bagel... which they have none! It's clean, I will give them that. But disorganized, out of stock and incredibly slow. You are better off driving further and going to a different Noah's.
