Noah's Bagels is one of my favorite places, and it's not just because the bagels are amazing. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. They know me by name, which always makes me feel like a valued customer. Even during the busiest rushes, when some customers aren't always the nicest, the team handles every situation with patience and grace. You can tell the manager sets the tone. Everyone genuinely seems to enjoy working together, and that positive energy carries over into the customer experience. The bagels are always fresh, with a huge variety to choose from, and everything I've tried has been delicious. I also love picking up lunch for my staff here because I know the food is consistently great and everyone enjoys it. Excellent food, outstanding service, and a team that truly cares. read more

Hurray for Noah's in EG! Location: In the Costco Shopping center near the Buffalo Wild Wings and Olive Garden. This afford it a lot of parking but it is defintely a busy area. This place is defintely on the smaller side but still has the Noah's Vibe. Service: Staff was great and friendly. Ordered was made pretty quickly and didn't have the same wait that others have had. Food/Drink: Food has always been decent for me here and this time was no exception. I did try their pastrami sandwich this time and honestly prefer their breakfast. Only thing that hasn't been great for me is the plain black cold brew. Happy for the location and definitely visit this for breakfast more often. read more

Noah's bagels has been at this location but I only recently tried. Love the "everything bagel" toasted with cream smear (cream cheese). Good bagels, often a line out the door especially weekends, good but slow service, parking is an issue but it's that way for the entire complex. Get there early to avoid lines and parking issues. Always steady traffic in and out. Close daily at 2:00pm. read more

I ordered online to be pickup at the store, they didn't prepare my order correctly, I'm missing 4 cinnamon sugar bagels. I've called the store for almost 30mins, no one answered. Decided to get some bagels and ordered online. We got a bakers dozen. We mixed them up. They were ready in 15 minutes. I was going to have it delivered but since they are just down the street, we hoped into the car and picked them up. They were ready when we got there so pretty fast pickup. All of the bagels were good. I was surprised that they already cut them in half. What is I wanted them whole. Heheh. We got the strawberry and veggi cream cheese. I think it was 18 bucks for the bagels. So better than getting sugary donuts. I will order again from this place. Oh I didn't know but when we came here they have a drive through. Even better. The quality of the bagels has gone down tremendously. It used to be good. But the last time I bought it, it was stale and tasted like it was re-toasted. The bagels all had bubbles (blisters) on the surface of the crust. I am talking about a lot, not just a few tiny ones. Gave it another try today, hoping it was just one time incident but same thing. I placed an order on the app and went to pick up the order. The app was pretty easy to navigate. The parking at the place was a little challenging. The lot is small and limited. This Elk Grove Noah's is small and it was a busy Saturday morning. Once I got there, I waited for about ten minutes until my order was ready. The bagel sandwiches were pretty good. I got the club and my husband got their new brisket one. He really liked it. My daughter ordered one of their standard bagel sandwiches. It was fine for her, she liked it. I was so excited that Noah's was opening a location in Elk Grove. I haven't been able to find a dependable bagel spot and I was hoping that Noah's would be it. Unfortunately, it is not. The staff and service are great, but I didn't come to a bagel place for service. I wanted good bagels and this Noah's just does not cut it. My go to is the Nova Lox but each time I've had has been a huge disappointment. The cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onions were sliced in chunks. They're supposed to be sliced thinly so it doesn't over power the salmon. As if that wasn't bad enough, they were stingy with the capers. After several $10 disappointing sandwiches, I switched it up and ordered avocado toast. That was an even bigger disappointment. They didn't even bother spreading the avocado out evenly and then tried to make up for it by piling on the everything bagel seasoning. I tried to cut my losses and just went with a garlic bagel and shmear. Nope! The bagel was barely toasted and they were stingy with the shmear. At this point, I'm just going to Nugget nearby for my bagel fix. read more

I had high hopes for Noah's having had it as a kid and I was not disappointed by my nostalgic rose colored glasses. The challah bagel was AMAZING, perfect amount of cream cheese on the bagels too, just a lovely breakfast to start the day. Customer service:3/5 Welcoming cashier, but there seemed to be some confusion amongst the food line and barista workers. They kept staring at the order screen and still gave me the wrong drink. They allowed me to keep the wrong drink and made the one I ordered, which was nice. Food: I ordered a cold brew coffee and a cinnamon bagel with honey almond (I think) cream cheese or schmear. My daughter had the Maplehouse bagel. She enjoyed hers. My bagel was decent. I didn't care for my cold brew coffee. Newest Noah's in the area, so of course it's busy. Because of that my girlfriend and I decided to order online and then run some nearby errands. We got two simple sandwiches; one bacon, egg and cheese and the other, a ham egg and cheese. When I got our order, there was guacamole smeared on the outside opening of our bag. And my bacon, egg and cheese was missing the bacon. Overall: For this location being so new, based on the rereviews so far. I was pleasantly surprised at the overall improvement this time I was greeted when I came thru the door there was a little wait so I can see on this visit there was one person who was managing the flow excellently Kudos to Slayter( I hope I spelled that right) he was taking the orders and managing the cash register and at times would direct the crew so the orders would come out quickly. The place is fairly new so anticipate a line but if you do order ahead you can just pick your order up at the counter shelves. Of course the bagels are yummy. My husband and I came here to pick up some breakfast, and we were pleased with the delicious breakfast bagels. He tried the new maple breakfast bagel and loved it. Make sure to order ahead on the app--you get rewards and sometimes free items like coffee, etc., but mostly because in the morning they are very busy! The place is small, crowded, well staffed, but very chaotic. I was probably pampered and had good breakfast for majority of my life living in NYC or Asia countries, so I am writing a review not comparing with my past experience but looking at this place alone. It felt like some of the staff is either overworked or not awake (I was there around 10 am). There is almost no teamwork. So there is a long line, two working cashier, but only 1 person there despite that long line. The staff is not dual processing. It is serving 1 customer at a time, which is normal. But that staff still could not keep up with 1 customer! I ordered a breaskfast sandwich, a lunch sandwich, and the 6 dozen + spread combo. He entered into cashier 1, grab the 6 bagels (some from the back as no one refill the empty baskets), and entered just the 6 bagels into cashier 2. I have to remind him the breakfast and lunch bagels ordered like in less than 5 minutes ago. That was fine. He took down my name for breakfast and lunch order which is in another bag, which didn't include the chips. No one ever mention about the chips (which should be include with lunch), it was not in the bagel pack, etc. Normally the cashier or the one hand out the order would have said something, or put it inside with the order bag which clearly has room. I wonder how many customers missed their chips. I then noticed the treat for doggie at $1.99. It clearly labelled with not for human consumption. I wonder if they do it in different batches so it won't cross... The breakfast sandwich was Bacon, Tomato, Avocado on bagel. The egg was cooked by those egg machine. It didn't taste that good, though eatable. For rent, staffing, operation expenses, the price is not too bad, but the taste is not above average (and way below average comparing to what you could have in NYC at lower price!) The lunch bagel we've got was turkey, "thick" bacon, sun-dried tomato, spinach, avocado on a gourmet roll. It is again average. It's literally a stack of turkey and spinach if my husband were making the sandwich. The roll is not as good as their bagel (and their bagel is only average at best). You get your money worth consider the sandwich is below $10 (including chips), and a pack of organic turkey is about $10 out there. Even they are not organic, they gave about half a pack of turkey, and there is rent, etc. Again it is average at best. (And re: "thick" bacon, I will leave you to judge based on the uploaded pics.) We waited about 10 minutes in line. They have at least 6 staff there without coordination. There are plenty of bagels at the back and no one refilling them at the front. The cashier has to grab it at the back while figuring out if it were really out. The egg station staff basically felt like those short video online that shows people working in factory. That machine is designed for non-tasty eggs, so it was a mistake from the beginning. There is 1 person assembling the food without space (with a waterfall line of toasted bagels), and at least 3 other staff that is like "around" (but not helping out to start a cashier or refilling or anything despite the long line). I think if any company has team building events, they should all go to this place and get breakfast, and then have a team discussion on how to improve the operations or teamwork if it was their store (Yeah it's that bad). I have been a numbered of bagel places, and this one is close to the bottom of my list. Maybe it is just today was a bad day. read more

I love Noah's and it's hard for me to make a negative review. I've noticed that ever since they opened in Elk Grove, the lines are always long and the food takes a bit. I went in this morning, expecting it to maybe be busy and I figured the food would probably take a few minutes. I went in about 745, and I waited probably almost 10 minutes to even be helped. Only one guy was working and I could tell other customers were getting frustrated. I don't understand how come there's only one worker especially if they open at 6am. I don't want this review to be extremely negative but I do think if mornings are constantly busy like this, they need to be more staffed. Other people were waiting very long too just for a simple bagel and there were so many online orders. Please be more staffed! read more

I came back today since I felt the previous flaws had been addressed, but I noticed that customer service has still not improved. There were two females working. One of them had great customer service and was very pleasant. However, when I stepped outside to take a call and came back to get my lemonade, the other employee snapped at me asking if I had paid. I politely said yes and waited for my order. After about 5 minutes, she came back, snapped again asking what I was waiting for, and only then made my order--then tossed it to me. The employee who originally took my order later came back and kindly reminded me to pick up my chips, which I appreciated. I understand that employees may be working a long 6AM-2PM shift, but service quality should not be something that customers notice. For this reason, I'm giving 2 stars, and only because of the polite female employee who provided good service. read more

Love love the new Hot Pastrami egg bagel sandwich. Probably didn't get the name right but it's a must try. Actually all their bagels egg sandwiches are delicious. Try the chorizo one, try the farmhouse one, try them all, and I could keep going. But for this adventure I had to come in and try the latest. It's a cute little shop and yes it could get a little busy but the bagel deliciousness is worth the wait. I wanted to give this place a "just cause it's new" pass. But unfortunately there's more than enough room for improvement. The first time I ordered from here it was close to their opening time very early in the morning. I ordered on the app, a coffee drink and was told upon arrival that they couldn't make my coffee cause they were out of milk? -- but as I was being told that someone walked in with milk and they ultimate my drink. Which was good. But every time I've come after that I've been met with a long line, (since they app ordering isn't available most of the time I check). It's crowded and loud with all that's going on. I would likely pass on this place over another more reliable place to get bagels and coffee. Maybe soon the service and supply will be better but for now.. I don't care to come back. read more

What is going on here? You enter and it's difficult to tell where the line is because people are scattered. Apparently their mobile app was down too. The cashier I had was very nice, but had to apologize because they did not have cold brew. It didn't really seem like the team were working together. It took a while just to get my order taken. Placed an order online and went in to check out the new location. It was extremely busy inside but I was greeted and my order was ready in a sealed bag. Made it home and first thing I noticed was my heavenly cookie that I paid for was missing! Also, this is the poorest farmhouse sandwich I've ever seen. This is not the correct bagel, pretty light on the inside. The whole thing just tasted like pepper. Grand opening today, line was long but moved along quickly. There is currently no seating inside or out. The store was well staffed, which we all know can be a battle at times with the way the world is today. Wait time was a bit long but that is to be expected with a new store. The manager was generous enough to offer coffee while we were waiting. Unfortunately our orders were a little messed up, but the store plans to make it right, which we appreciated. I ordered a pick up and didn't mind that I had to wait 15 extra mins because it was during rush, but I mind that my food was cold even though I grabbed it the second it came out. Today I stopped by Noah's Bagels in Elk Grove to give it a try. I arrived at ~8:00 AM to find out that they were out of everything bagels. When I asked the cashier if any more would be coming out she said that's it for the day. That's on me for not being earlier but I hope you adjust your baking quantities because you will loose a lot of business if this keeps up. Everything bagels are beloved. So I got a sesame bagel instead. The bagel was way too dense- almost like a bagel I would get from the supermarket. It seems like you are all still figuring things out but please maybe have your bakers train at another location (like the one at the Palladio in Folsom). They make a true New York style bagel- chewy on the outside and light and airy on the inside. I wish you all the best. I'll give you another try in a few months.
