Got the new big city pastrami egg sandwich on a six cheese bagel (instead of everything bagel) with two eggs. There was no line to order on a Sunday morning, and it took just a few minutes wait for my sandwich to be ready. The pastrami was a tad salty and didn't really stand out in any way, but the sandwich as a whole was delicious and filling, with a thick layer of scrambled eggs and yummy melted swiss on a cheesy bagel. The garlic aioli went well with the other ingredients too. Even though I took my order to go, the place had a good amount of seating inside and easy parking right out front.

Simple decor ; has nyc 80s feel Bagel is above average. Ingredients fresh & cooked to order. Friendly counter service. Had my free annual birthday bagel today. Ordered an OJ... priced cheaper than water. See receipt.

Where's the Pastrami...Does Not look as Advertise! Over $10 for this! NEW! Big City Pastrami Egg

WHERE'S the Pastrami! False advertisement. Doesnt look anything like Ad! Paid over $10 for this...

Came here b/c I was craving a lox bagel but I come to find out they're completely out of salmon which was a huge bummer. Decided to try one of their bagel sandwiches. Specifically requested for toasted bagels for my order and it wasn't fulfilled which ruined the taste of the bagel sandwich. I didn't realize until I got home unfortunately. But reading from other reviews, this is a common occurrence. Also, note to keep in mind, their prefilled cups of orange juice is not freshly squeezed orange juice. It's Minute Maid concentrate with water. If I had known this, I would've just bought the bottled OJ. Usually I'm a fan of this franchise but just not this location.

If there's a negative star I'd definitely put that!!! Today 6/15 I walk into store around 10am requesting a bagel box (10asiago) the guy cashier refused my request because they don't have enough to fulfill my order. (Over 20pieces) on display. I was so upset request they get a Store Manager approve on if they can or can't give me my 10bagel flavor I chose. Mallory on the phone & said she will contact me tomorrow but didn't give a clear answer if they could of couldn't? I was told after 9am they DO not sell bagel boxes due to inventory of bagels? How the heck do you stay open from 10-2 with no bagels to service the public? There was a rack on the side of variety of bagels!!! Nothing in writing states NO bagel box after 9am!!' I've been a customer of Noah's for the past 16yrs & now with this experience I'll take my business elsewhere.

Cinnamon Raisin bagel with plain shmear
    Lon H.

Been back a few times when my wife and I are craving a bagel. It's fairly close to our house and they typically have a decent assortment of bagels to choose from when I go in the morning. They were out of blueberry bagels, so I ordered a cinnamon raisin with plain shmear and a plain bagel with onion and chive shmear. I asked them to toast both bagels, but these were barely toasted. It's almost like they didn't run them through the toaster. However, I didn't realize this till I got home, so I'll have to keep an eye on that for future visits. They put a good amount of shmear in the bagels, which I really like. Service is typically sound and the staff are friendly.

If you close by 1.50 pm on a Sunday then you should make your timings should say till 1.50 pm and not 2 pm . Worst customer experience . Not once they close early than 2 pm always.

No lines and no crowds on a rainy day morning with plenty of available parking spots in the huge lot. Nothing attractive on the outside in this old popular plaza. The place turned out great with the old fashioned retro red color style interior and the experience was wonderful. Good vibes and positive feelings when walking into it. My lady server provided excellent service and the Hispanic male worker was quick and efficient. Place is clean and menu had good variety of selections. Breakfast is served all day while lunch items start at 11am. My breakfast was very fulfilling and total was $25.30 with everything included. I paid in cash and tipped them $5. Loved my sweet lady server. There was another older woman at the cash register. She's a local as well. I really enjoyed the stop. I had the Fajitas Omelette breakfast and the steak meats in it were very generous. Delicious breakfast exactly as I had expected. My onions green peppers potatoes were perfect with a side of salsa. Sourdough toast was delicious with the garlic butter taste. I really came for my favorite hot chocolate with whipped cream in the morning. I do miss big American breakfasts, especially in these old fashioned and traditional retro spots. Love it. Why didn't I visit this place much earlier? Because they're always busy or full inside and the plaza parking is usually congested with heavy traffic here. Overall, I love the vibes and the service. It's one of those places where you can just have normal casual conversations with the staffs working inside if you are open to it. Beautiful diner. Yes, I will be revisiting in the future. After we ordered our food, I switched ketchup bottles with the table next to mine because I wanted a fuller bottle, and the fat lady worker scolds me - "hey don't just put an empty bottle on another table" with a snarky attitude. Seen it a few times before too, with her gross ass make up. If you're so concerned about the ketchup bottles why don't you do your own damn job and make sure they're full, you lazy cow. She kind of ruined my meal, but I'm glad to hear other people complain about her rude behavior. She's probably a miserable sack of potatoes that's mad at herself because she doesn't know how to put down the fork.

It started with the barbacoa chilaquiles. When I saw that that the chilaquiles in the menu had habaneros on it, I knew I had found my place. I often cook at home with ghost and scorpion peppers, which are not traditionally found in restaurants, but they've done some pretty amazing improvisation when I've asked to make it work. One time, I recall getting the chilaquiles and asking for extra habaneros and asking if their chef had a secret hot sauce that was stronger than "white people spicy." Miriam brought me a little ramekin of a pepper sauce puree that the chef prepared - and it was EPIC. I don't ask for that every time, but you know whoever was on the line took the request seriously and actually had some fun making my mouth burn. I can't tell you how appreciative I am of their willingness to "play" in the kitchen. Today, I went for breakfast and ordered the Carne En Su Jugo for my first time. Not just here - first time ever eating it anywhere. I had totally forgotten to ask them to make it spicy! I asked Miriam if there was anything they could do to spice it up. She assured me they could. Then I received it. And I tasted it. And it was cathartic. The chefs prepared a PERFECTLY spicy stew, and I downed that whole thing in 7 minutes. It was delicious, put some sweat on my brow, and left me feeling more than satisfied with my meal. I love this place! Miriam is always great every time I've been there. I will continue supporting this business as long as they keep doing business. Please give my compliments to the chefs again. Their creativity keeps me coming back for spicy treats!

We thought that was a thoughtful and considerate gesture. As for myself, I ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon, sausage, eggs, and cheese. It came with a side of salsa which added some freshness and helped balance the heaviness of all the meat and cheese. Overall, it was a good hefty burrito but just a little greasy. Kenny himself is another reason to visit. He's very friendly and chatty. He even took a selfie with us and displayed it on the monitor in the restaurant, which was a fun and personal touch that really made the experience memorable.
