I definitely became a fan of this place with just one bite of food. Tried the sundried tomato bagel with Jalapeno/cheddar cream, it was heavenly. If i had lived closer to this place, would have visited much more often. My bro took some bagel sandwich with eggs etc and he enjoyed it too. I have not been a fan f bagels for a very long time. Noah's has rekindled the fire though. Not sure if it is the crispy yet still soft bagel or the inordinate amount of fluffy cream cheese filling. I came here on my lunch break, I've only been here a couple times and both times everyone was really helpful. Well third time is a charm, today I was stuck between a turkey club or the turkey pesto so I asked the difference and which one is better. He said the turkey pesto and it's AMAZING! Yesterday I went to Safeway and my sandwich was horrible. The bread was hard when I asked questions he wouldn't answer them so it was nice to have someone explain their sandwich too me. My husband and I tend to go here on Sunday mornings. Sometimes, the service is a bit slow, even though no one is there. However, I love the way they make their bagels. It is warm and chewy, and they have a good selection of smears. I've never gotten a sandwich here, but the prices look a bit steep for sandwiches. Such great service from the girl who took our orders this morning. Looked up her name tag so I can give her a shout-out on Yelp. Vivian. She was awesome. Greeted us with a super cheerful smile and gave us recommendations on their new sandwiches. Cinnamon & raisin bagels w/ cream cheese was really delicious and avocado egg white bacon sandwich was delicious too. Great customer service from the staff. It's always packed in the mornings, but they do a really good job of keeping the lines moving along with attention to detail with each order. Also, the menu has a great variety of bagels and sandwiches along with the different types of cheese and drinks. Best staff in the world. There was a fast pace very friendly atmosphere. I wish I would have gotten the guys name who helped me because he was awesome. I had a few ppl in line before me running late for work and he made my bagel for me right away jumped on a register were somebody else was working as well and he got the line going quicker so that I could get out of there. Another employee walked in and said hey! Me. Smith pop out of line I got your coffee in bagel give me one sec. He was obviously a regular but that homie feel is what this place gives me I have been to other Noah's and had to wait 30 mins for a bagel and I wasn't happy but I walked in with about 10 ppl in line before me and walked out with a perfect bagel in about 8 mins flat. Sorry I have to say I don't like this place at all! I came here only once because I had a coupon I wanted to use and because this location was close to my office. I asked for fat free wild berry frozen drink, which is on the menu, and the lady behind the counter looked at me as if I were speaking Greek, "What??? We don't have that." Haha. Then I switched to the strawberry flavor, and she asked a gentleman to prepare it for me. I don't think the guy is a food preparer because he was wearing office attire (not food preparer attire), and he stared at the instruction book for a long time, and poured in different ingredients to make the drink. After a long while, he was done, and he left my drink on the table, and went to chat with another food preparer for a few minutes! Then he remembered my drink and handed it over to the lady who originally served me. Phew! During the process, the lady also yelled at a female food preparer for making a mistake. I don't think it's a very pleasant experience to buy lunch here, at least for me. Another thing: the website isn't friendly to use. It takes longer than normal to load the pages because it is trying to do fancy animation thing. For an end user, I just want to get to the contents quickly. No interest in watching animation. read more

I always go to Noah's in Cupertino (close to my work) & get my appetite satisfied by Onion Bagel w/ SunDried Tomato shmear. So today (Valentine's day 2010) I visited the Milpitas branch with my family (parents, wife & son). It was a pretty dismal experience. We started ordering but they informed us they didn't have SunDried Tomato shmear (What?!) so we switched to Garden Veggie. My Dark Toasted bagel wasn't even warm, and they skimped on the cream cheese for all the Bagels. And the Double Chocolate Bagel Poppers weren't fit for human consumption. Also their service was terrible. It took them 5 minutes to process my order and take my money. In that time there were almost 10 people behind me, giving me dirty looks, though it wasn't my fault. As some other poster mentioned, this is the only Noah's in Milpitas, but it sucks. I'ma go back to Cupertino tomorrow to taste what real Bagels should be like. read more

This is the spot on sunday mornings... While Ihop and Dennys is a 30-45 min wait Noah's is empty! Nice n cheap. I always get a blueberry muffin (delicious) and a toasted sesame with onion/chive creamchesse and its under 5 bucks. The blueberry muffins are waaay better than starbucks' next store. Didn't have salt & pepper packets, ice or cold drink lids out for customers. 3 of the employees disappeared to the back for a while and when they came back they just stood there and socialized with each other. The employees there need to do their jobs. Ordered a veggie panini but they were out of paninis so I substituted with a bagel. It was mediocre. I've waited to write a review but this is the third time they have ruined my order. I come here because I love bagels and they are conveniently located across the street from my house. The managers are nice but the employees don't pay attention to detail what so ever! I asked for a bagel not toasted I get a toasted bagel. Everyone here was so friendly and patient. Their bacon avocado bagel was delicious. I will definitely be returning.

Typically I love these bagels over most other bagel joints, but this last week I went and I was so disappointed! The girl serving me was so pleasant, making it all the more surprising how poorly my bagels were put together. There was so little cream cheese that I assumed I was getting the last scrapings of the tub, and the tomato slices were ridiculously thin. This has never been the case before. 5 stars for fresh, tasty plump bagels. 1.5 stars for the confused staff, long lines that don't move quickly and dirty tables. Visited on a Sunday around 8, so expected it to be busy...I don't mind because usually bagel places are quick (really, we are talking bagels here, not a 6 course tasting menu). I woman taking out order may have been new so that process to awhile, but that's OK because we all have to learn, right? Ordered 2 sandwiches and a plain untoasted bagel to take home. Was called back up to the counter so staff making the bagel could ask what type of bagel I wanted (I told them this when I ordered). Waited about 10 minutes at a table we had to clean. Sandwiches were filling and the coffee wasn't bad, but no plain untoasted bagel but was assured it was coming. Hmmmm...all you have to do is reach in the case and hand it to me, the other bites you had to cook. The line eventually became longer and I didn't feel like asking again for the untoasted bagel and left. But that's on me for my lack of patience. read more

The morning bagels is not well baked, it is about 70% baked, it does not take as good their Albany main store 15 years ago before they turn into the national chain store. the quality is going down because It becoming a chains store. the other beside the bagel is ok. read more

i would give 2 stars but i really think it is an 1 star because of a horrible customer service experience! i came here on a friday morning around 10AM. i was really craving for a salmon smear bagel ($3.10). i was standing in line waiting for get my order taken and there was another guy standing behind me. i already knew what i wanted. the guy kept walking back and forth. and when he FINALLY came to the register to take my order -- instead of taking MY order -- he missed me and takes the order from the guy BEHIND ME! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! i was already ready and standing there waiting for someone to take my order! UGH! then i go to the other register (there's a line for orders only then another line to pay). i was already pissed off -- so i tell the girl at the pay register that the guy didn't take my order even though i was in front of the guy who is he taking the order from. and the girl goes "well, you have to order from there.' i gave her a blank look, like, ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! so she quickly says, 'well i can take your order here. thank you for being patience." so she takes my order and tells me that i should take their customer service survey online. uhh..right. then i get my bagel and right when i get into my car -- my bagel wasn't even toasted! it was cold and they just smeared some salmon smear spread on my bagel! WTH?!?! luckily, i drove off already or else i would have went back in and have them remake it! UGHH!! read more

Noah's has good bagels, no doubt. I stop here to get the occasional box or two for the office. But this is shout out to Vivian, the woman who mans the register who is always and I mean always smiling, pleasant, and busts her ass to get your order ready. I see other staff sauntering, in no damn hurry to do anything, running their hands through their hair and preparing food ( yes I saw that!) but Vivian is obviously gonna be a manager/owner because she acts like she's an owner in a good way.
