This is my go to place for deli cravings. The food is good and the service is great. I usually take my food to go but the ambiance at this location gives you that usual "deli" feeling. The deli "meat" here is as close to the "real" thing (though I now consider vegan food THE Real thing). My favorite side dish is the Bowtie NoTurkey Salad with any sandwich combo. I haven't tried many of their sandwiches because I just go there to satisfy my cravings for sandwiches like: Italian Cold Cut, Pastrami Cold Cut, Alpine Cold Cut, and some Hawaiian sandwich that I thought was a special (might be the Aloha NoRib) but I can't really remember. Please do not let the size of this awesome place detour you. It's an excellent vegan establishment and before you turn up your nose you need to give it a chance. As a former Vegan, I am thankful there are more and more quality vegan places to enjoy. Even if your not a Vegan, it's still a great opportunity to give yourself a break from the heavy carnivore meals and try different and tastes the same. This place rocks the non-pulled pork, and non-egg salad salad. Yea it's very good and close your eyes you can swear it's not plant based. Surprise! It's Vegan and it's awesome. Recommend? Yes. If you're within 45 minutes, come here. I got the Italian cold cut, potato salad, and the nacho cheese ball. It's the Italian sandwich I never knew I was missing out on. Everything about it is perfect. Bread had that good consistency where it's not too soft or chewy. It had the right creaminess and lettuce to keep it light. The sandwich was so good I got 2 more for my drive from Vegas to New Orleans. The potato salad was also good, but the egg salad wouldn't have been bad either. Worth the purchase. We tried the Italian cold cut as a combo. Wow, the sandwich was really tasty. The no tuna salad was interesting, cumin, slaw, and garbanzo. The treat was a birthday cookie which was way better that Crumble cookies. So rich in flavor. The owner even let me try some of the no ribs, that was so good. This meal was by far the best vegan deli sandwich I've ever had. Hands down. This meal made me want to go back and try everything else. Meticulously of course! The roll was firm and didn't "break down" like some deli breads which become soggy with all the sauces etc. every bite was fresh and tasty. Perfect for those lunch crunch moments. First let me say I am neither a Vegan nor do I have a problem with gluten. That being said, I have had several great experiences at NoButcher! Their sandwiches are tasty with well thought out ingredients. I am a big fan of "the Greek", but everything I have tried has been delicious! Stopped here before going to Omega Mart (it's about 10 minutes away driving) for a filling lunch. We ordered ahead via the website and only had to wait a little bit when we arrived. I ordered the thanksgiving turkey sandwich that had stuffing and cranberry on it and a half tea half lemonade. I didn't stay and eat but there are plenty of seats and it's a cute little restaurant. My sandwich came out hot and my drink was perfectly balanced between unsweet tea and lemonade. Thanksgiving sandwiches are one of my favorite types of sandwiches and this one was as good as can be. My husband ordered the Hawaiian pineapple bbq rib sandwich. While I only had a few bites, it was fantastic as well! First off, they have a drive thru! Awesome for the hot days where you don't want to get out of your car! The inside is super clean and welcoming. Staff was beyond nice and helpful. Especially Alecia, she really made this an amazing experience. She was super sweet and you could tell that she truly took pride in this restaurant. She even let me try a sample of the "no egg-salad". I loved the egg salad. It tastes so close to regular egg salad, and it is delicious. I also ordered the "aloha no-rib sandwich", and wow...amazing. It had nice pieces of the "no-ribs", bbq sauce, slaw, cilantro, pineapple, red onion, tomatoes, and cucumber. Seriously delicious. I am so glad to have found this place, and will definitely return! The employees were super friendly, helpful, and just overall really nice :) We got the Greek sandwich meal deal with NoEgg salad and The NoSteakhouse with chips. Both were amazing and we ended up splitting them because we couldn't decide which was better. The NoEgg salad was delicious, especially with chips and tapatío. 5/5... We walked in and we were greeted with a great big smile and the willingness to answer all questions. Since we're from out of town we stumbled on this treasure on accident. Our Daughter who is vegetarian actually stated "if all vegan items tasted as good as this, she could become vegan". She was happy to finally have an Italian sandwich and since it tastes so much better than other vegan ingredients, she was satisfied. Thick and flavorful slices paired with delicious sauces.. my husband and I were both impressed We got the NoEgg as a side to Italian cold cut, which was tofu based and tastes surprisingly similar to how I remember egg salad being. How have I not left a review? I'm a regular here. We recently got a big order for a party of mostly non-vegans and so many people asked us about the food/place. It's unlike anything else, their meats are so on point. The Greek, pulled pork, and Italian, as well as crab cakes are my favorites. Best side IMO is potato salad and best deserts are apple crumble (very rich and buttery) and cookies sandwich. The staff here are lovely, they have a rewards program and treats for dogs too. Everything about this local vegan deli is amazing. I've tried several of their items and everything is delicious. From the warm roll that is the perfect balance of crust and fluff, the potato salad that is perfectly seasoned, to the house-made beverages that are delightfully refreshing. And the cookies...not too sweet, great texture. As far as the no-meats go, so far I've tried the sliced turkey, sliced ham, pulled chicken, and pulled pork. All are made in-house, and I beleive they are all seitan based. They are all delicious. I am not Vegan, and while I can discern the difference between some of the no-meats vs Their animal counterparts, it does not take away anything from the experience. I beleive the no-chicken is the most "convincing" of the ones I've tried. But seriously, you can't go wrong with anything here. Make sure to check out their monthly specials! What my stars mean: 5 is outstanding, a must-experience, someplace I would bring/recommend to a tourist 4 is great, someplace I would love to go back to again and again. My buddy and I arrived about ten minutes past 11:00 AM, and the restaurant doesn't open until 11:30. So we parked and waited for them to open. There were several other care that arrived in the parking lot and tried the drive through before they opened. When they opened, a few people filed into the restaurant before we did. The restaurant was clean, albeit a little small. We stood in line and looked around as we waited for our turn at the counter. The refer cooler has a few prepackaged items in it for sale. When it was our turn the cashier was very helpful. She mentioned that the restaurant was featured on Guy Fierri's Triple D show and the his favorite sammich was "the Greek" No Butcher's take on the Gyro. My buddy ordered that sammich and meal with potato chips. I ordered the January ('24) special of a Buffalo No Rib sammich, meal with a side of No Tuna salad. The rosemary lemonade was very tasty. When the sammichs arrived they looked pretty good! My buddy is not a vegetarian or vegan, but always asks for places that I want to try and goes with me. He liked his "The Greek sammich and chips. He said it filled him up. My "Buffalo No Rib sammich was pretty good too, although it could have been a little bit spicier. The "No Tuna salad was a little bland, but not bad. It has a lot of chickpea flavor and could use a bit more "fish" flavor. But overall was pretty good. The meals came with an oatmeal cocked hat was also pretty good. I really wanted to like this place. I see it all the time on my way to the bank and I finally decided to try it out. It turned out to be a total waste of $15. I ordered the rainbow BLT salad. I'm not sure what the rainbow pieces were but I'm gonna assume cheese. The pesto sauce was the real killer for me. It tasted extremely bitter & expired. I'm glad I had asked for a side of ranch because that taste was TERRIBLE. The only thing good from that meal was the bow tie pasta. I ended up tossing the salad and just eating the pasta.
