NoButcher went beyond my expectations, the sandwiches were very good and not overwelming. I am not always a fan of lots of mock meat and feel like this style of vegan place can be too overwelming. I had the Italian Sub and partner had the special. We also purchased some of the mozz, to bring home. Everything was good, and I liked that the sandwiches weren't monster sized and easy to eat. Thought I'd give this place a try. I've had vegan meat before. I ordered the Italian cold cut. The no meat tasted like cardboard. I politely told them I did not like the meat or the sandwich. They did not offer a refund nor did they offer for me to order a different sandwich. They actually offered to wrap it up for me to take home! Why would I want to take home a sandwich I did not like? Yesterday I realized how close you are to my house and decided to visit the restaurant. Still shocked by the service! I work in the industry and I know how bad the service has been! But to my sweet surprise you guys are Wonderful! The drive thru attendant was exceptional! Super patient, he explained everything to me very calmly, from the combo to the loyalty card (Joe V. - the name on the receipt). And what about the sandwich?! I still have no words... super well seasoned, well stuffed, the bread was really fresh! Have driving past here for years while visiting this shopping plaza. Recently I came across their Yelp and decided to try it out one day. Today while driving home, I wanted food but from a local business (preferably with a drive-thru) and I happened to be at the intersection where they're located. So I FINALLY got the chance to try them out. Upon arrival, I was greeted and asked what the favorites were. I decided to get the Pulled No-Pork sandwich meal. At the window, the cashier was very nice and even gave my dogs a treat, which they loved. I got the lemonade, and chips with my order and a surprise cookie (with almond pieces). I'm a BIG lemonade fanatic and their lemonade is VERY VERY good. The chips were great and not too greasy, perfectly salted and crisp. The sandwich itself was good, I'm no vegan and love my pork so it doesn't exactly compare to the real thing but there is definitely some good flavor in it. And the bread is very good too! So my 3 preteens and I had spent the morning and afternoon at the Circus Circus Adventuredome after realizing they could pay $40 for no lines, ride after ride, all day -we were famished. We did a vegan search on Yelp! and narrowed it down to NO BUTCHER and the Modern Vegan. We drove 30 min outside the strip to hit the Modern Vegan. I quixotically thought I could walk in and be seated. Instead I saw a sticker to use the Yelp! waiting Line reservation system. I got on. I saw my place in line - 11th! It was 3 PM? No movement in line for next 20 min. I gave up We go to NO BUTCHER even though it's 30 min away at this point We walk in and were saved. 2 kids had cold cut sandwich meal with their NO egg salad. We sent an order for delivery and wasnt disappointed. Food arrived like half an hour early which is always nice. The food was fairly tasty we did the Aloha NoRib full with chips (which tasty oddly soapy?) and the lemonade with rosemary which was sooo good. Pulled NoPork full with potato salad which I was told was great and an Arnold Palmer also recommended. We also got the Bow tie Noturkey we all loved that one! I was in Vegas visiting for a little bit and planned to drive around a little off the strip to do a vegan food tour of sorts. Las Vegas has really come up in the vegan food scene it seems. Honestly, didn't have the highest excitement for this place but reviews were good so gave it a try. When I went, they only had drive-thru so I did that. Come to think of it, the drive-thru option seems really convenient now since you can just pop in, get your food and get going. Anyway, they had a "turkey" thanksgiving meal special sandwich going still so I got that and one of the nopork sandwich. Both were so good! I've had amazing vegan sandwiches before and these are definitely up there. The drive-thru experience was pretty close to no-contact. They have a credit card machine off to the side and you insert as you wait for your food to be made. The only time anyone was really in contact with you was to give you your food. This was my favorite of all the vegan food spots I tried in Vegas. I can't wait to come back and try all the other amazing sandwiches they have. read more

This is a really cute small place on the inside. The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I decided on the no pulled pork sandwich and it was delicious! The egg salad was not what I was expecting but it was very very good and it is something I would definitely order again. The sandwich itself was so good! I loved the no pulled pork in it, it was filling and flavorful. The bread was just a little tough but I didn't mind it. The almond cookie was so soft and had great almond flavor. I'm usually not one for almond flavored things but this cookie was the best! The rosemary lemonade was refreshing and had the right amount of rosemary flavor. My wife enjoyed her sandwich as well and she got potato salad with hers which was pretty good. We decided to grab a half pound of vegan pastrami before we left so we could make sandwiches for lunch the next day and I'm so glad we did because it was so good! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. I highly recommend giving this place a try! WOW! Have you ever gone somewhere new and from the very first greeting, as you're looking at the menu all you can think is "this is going to be amazing" ?? That was my experience today. It didn't matter that the menu was printer paper taped to the sign, because as soon as I pulled into the drive through I was greeted with the friendliest & most welcoming hello. Absolutely love this place. I go at least once a week for the "pulled no pork" sandwich and it is never anything less then phenomenal. The maple coleslaw and flavors from the "pork" compliment each other so well. Gave it to my 81 year old grandmother without saying it wasn't pork and she had no clue. She thought it was an amazing sandwich. I used to get the chips until I had the potato salad. Now I have to get both which can be costly lol. If I had to give one critique it would be the pricing but I'm sure pricing for the ingredients used aren't cheap so I can understand.
