Honestly, the best veggie Pho I've ever had. They give you loads of veggies and noodles and the taste is on point. They have great sauces all clearly labeled. They also label all their gluten free options!!! Which is always super nice for me. It was also comfy and casual. Warm and brighty feeling inside. This noodle spot is in the Vons shopping center so convenient for after dinner shopping. Staff was friendly and the pho was decent. So many styles of broth out there that to each there own really rings true. Brisket and rare steak were good quality! All the sprouts and such were fresh(no wilting). We ordered both beef and chicken broth, both crap, tasteless water soup, and we ordered 4 bowls they only served a tiny little bit of sprouts and basil, the meat is also so-so, I had to put in lot of soy sauce to make it up for the tasteless water "soup" We love Pho and we had pho in more than 10 cities and by far this place is the worst, I cannot then of any word other than tasteless, the soup is like regular pho beef soup mixed with lot of water , and the rice noodles do not taste good, too soft and kinda melted after staying in the soup for sometime I understand it's mammoth I should not expect too much? We were there on the busiest evening and were concerned we would not get served. The wait time as 30 to 45 minutes but took many customers even though this meant they would be serving at their close time. The pho was excellent. I was disappointed they did not have any more veggie broth but the spinach noodles and OMG sauce were good. I would return. I wish they had some appetizers! Also the waiter said there was no more boba but the 2 ladies that were sitted after us, got boba teas. Not sure what was up with that. read more

This place is decent for being in Mammoth. Compared to LA pho, this would probably be more like a 2 stars, but compared to all other mammoth places, it's different and good on a cold day. I liked the chicken pho more than their #1. My friends liked the khao soi. It's not your typical thai khao soi but it was still decent. Not the most authentic place I've been to, but I enjoyed the experience. The shop was clean, and well taken care of. The workers were nice, friendly. And the food was overall very good. We got the noods, which was delightful. The portion was really small though, so I'd highly getting the large bowl if you are riding this item. Pho was not their strong suit. It tastes like concentrated broth from a seasoning can. I know how it tastes because I have made it myself plenty of times. It's ok. Not bad. But not great either. Overpriced food for taste that was disappointing. The sauce was not spicy at all. It tasted like watered down fish sauce with some chili, but no heat, lacking so much dimension for Asian cuisine. This Thai-Chinese Restaurant was one of the highlights of our weekend getaway to Lake Tahoe! The Khao Soi reminded us much of my fav Bún Riêu (Vietnamese Crab Noodle Soup) and the Spinach Noodles with OMG sauce was indeed OMG delish!! Their Thai Iced Coffee completely won us over. I must say, we were in the mood for Thai food tonight but after reading the 300 plus 1 star reviews from the Thai place in town, were deterred from ordering takeout there. An individual in our group, thankfully, saw Noodle-Ly on Yelp and because she only eats at places that are 4.5 stars and above (yes I know, pretentious, right?) we made a masterful decision to order some incredibly scrumptious bowls of pho. After a day shredding the slopes on Mammoth mountain (totally irrelevant but we only hit the double black diamonds), we were STARVING, cold, and wet from the powder day (subtle flex) we just enjoyed. Noodle-Ly's pho hit the spot (if we were dogs it's like being scratched right behind the ears) and since we all ordered large bowls, we were in HEAVEN. The scribe of this review ordered the #2 (braised beef pho) and recommends it 5/5. We also got two #6s and a #3. Let's just say, this meal was so yummy that we're holding a vote in a few hours to decide whether or not we hibernate for several months to fully digest this meal. I have been so disappointed in the food in Mammoth so far, Noodle-Ly was an amazing break from burgers and steak. It was a little expensive, but when you're the only game in town, you can charge what you want, right? First and last time coming here. There is no customer service, and the waitress was very rude. We decided to give them a try, and we made a huge mistake. We went into the restaurant with 12 people and she wanted to sit us at two 6-person tables(tables were very small). There were open tables everywhere. So 4 of us moved to a table for 4 people to be more comfortable eating and she got upset and said no, we could not do that. Her reason was... oh, we will have more people coming in, so they need the tables. Then she wanted to move our table of 4 sitting at the 6 person table to a smaller table.
