I'm really impressed with Noodly. Pho is my go-to comfort food and exactly what I needed after a long and tough day of learning how to ski. I had the veggie pho (#7) with beef broth and it was so soooooo good. The soup had a clean and super flavorful broth and I didn't get the MSG headache afterwards so I am assuming they don't use it or maybe very little of it. I tried my husband's spinach noodles with OMG sauce (#8) and that was really yummy too! I am so relieved to know that I can get really good pho in Mammoth and look forward to coming here time and time again. It's definitely worth a try for anyone who is in the area! *I do have just one small suggestion: it would've been really great to have the noodles separate from the broth with to-go orders. Flavor of the khao soi great as ever! BUT this time it was kind of lukewarm. The noodles and broth were nice and hot but the pork was cold. Which made the whole thing medium warm when you mixed it. Please please heat the pork up next time. I did come on Saturday when they were clearly super slammed. They definitely need more staff! Wait was 1 hour but there were always empty tables, just not enough staff to clean and turn them over. Everyone clearly was working hard though so I think just more hands is needed. I might just avoid weekends here in the future though if it means they take shortcuts of not heating up the meat. I LOVE hot food so it takes away from the satisfaction of the meal for me. Tried two bowls. The bbq pork egg noodle and the vegetable bowl w/spinach & OMG. The broth for the bbq pork is very salty and most of the bbq pork was old/tough. No veggies either. Following day I ordered the vegetable bowl since I craved vegetables and wanted to sample another bowl. The spinach noodles are exquisite, but skip the OMG sauce which staff talked me into without my knowledge they charge $1.50 for it. Then I read here that this places charges extra for sprouts, mint and lime -- which are normally included with pho. Also the bok choy stems were sad looking and tasting. Noodle-Ly pours everything in one bowl/container to go so don't wait too long after pickup or your noodles will get soggy. read more

We arrived around 530 and it was very busy, we waiting around 15 min to get sat then after we ordered we waiting about another 45-hour to get our food. When the food arrived my pho broth was Luke warm and when they put the beef in it stayed red. Now I don't mind rare cuts of meat but the meat was very tough and chewy. Perfect spot to get a hot bowl of soup in this chilly weather. Very good Asian noodles up in the mountains! I was most impressed with the Khao Soi (#3). The broth was super flavorful, topped with minced pork and a few pieces of fried pork skin. We family had BBQ Pork Egg Noodle Soup and Chicken Noodles, which were all pretty spot on. Very friendly and polite wait staff. The thing I appreciate the most is their approach to COVID. They offer outdoors seating, all utensils were packed in separate wrappings, sanitized menus, they wiped down the check out tablet after each customer. Decided to stop here on our visit to Mammoth and I gotta say their pho is top notch! And this is coming from a family that's had plenty of pho from plenty of places. We got the rare beef and braised beef soups and it was so packed with noodles and meat that we were already full halfway through lol. The leftovers will make a great late night snack though. Please do yourself a favor and come here. I've tried other restaurants in the area that has "good" reviews but they do not live up to its hype like this restaurant does. We stayed at mammoth lakes for 3 nights and for all 3 nights we had to come back here every single night. We tried almost everything on the menu except for the spinah noodles with omg sauce. But we did get the vegetarian noodle soup with spinach noodles. I love the thickness and chewiness of the spinach noodles. Out of everything we've tried, we would recommend the dry noodle and the bbq pork noodle dish. Their takeout packaging is superb. They dont opt for cheaper styrofoam or plastic. Its the paper kind and the lid has double insulation so it wouldnt spill. The utensils were carefully packaged as well. One thing they could improve is probably the amount of oil they used. It's a bit too much. And I wish they could have the option to add choice of meat to add on to your noodles. read more

My wife and I had a tough day and we wanted to eat something from Noodley. We ordered it about 20 minutes before it closes. We walked in and thr waitress became so rude to us. She told us it is closed. We re deaf and we asked her to write because we cant understand what she says. I tried to explain to her that we ordered it. She refuses to provide an access to communicate with deaf customers. We were so upset that they rejected us because we re deaf and not able to speak. We re going to take legal action against that place. We suggest you to go to Gojira. They re very friendly to deaf customers like me and their food is so good. By far the best pho I've had! The broth is amazing! Very flavorful. My fiancé had the rare beef pho and I had the Khao Soi. My fiancé's pho was very flavorful and light. Khao Soi is mild spice with a nice small kick to it. It is also heavy so if filled me up real nice. The meat is very flavorful as well and smells amazing. It's a small place but we were getting take out. We came Sunday around 6:00pm on a holiday weekend and we're told it'd be around 40min. It was about 30min (we think, we don't get service so we just went in and asked). There's a lot to see in the area so the wait isn't bad. OKAY THE FOOD- I got the large#7 and my husband got the #3. This place is excellent! I wasn't sure what to get so I asked the young girl that worked there... she said she has tried everything and her favorite was the #5 "The Noods"... I am so glad I asked! I chose it with the spinach noodles option and it was killer! Marinated BBQ pork, noodles, house made soy garlic ginger chili sauce, and topped with green onions and toasted shallots. However I was served a bowl of pho without any of the veggies and lime that makes this bland/watered down broth somewhat decent. The store was closing and backed up so that may have contributed to the possible mishaps. Bad! Racist restaurant!! Never come again! We have 10 people come together sat in separate tables and have waited for about 30 minutes to dine in. Our other friends who sat in another table ordered after us but their meal was faster than us. We are very starving after skiing so we expect to eat it as soon as possible. We waited for our noodles for 30 minutes and we are overwhelmed so we asked the waitress how long will it take us to eat the noodle. When we asked the first waitress , she said she's going to ask and haven't response to us in 10 minutes. So we asked another waitress about it and a white female worker who seems like the manager came to us and said "we have heard you guys ask multiple times for your noodle, we are not like other Asian restaurants that you can grab your food immediately!" All of us are Asian people and it is racism to say things like this!!! We are just asking for how long to eat the noodles friendly, nothing else! Is it so hard to answer? What does it has to do with Asian? Is this because you are White people and you see we are Asians so you can judge us like this? So disappointed! Not a friendly restaurant if you are not White people, especially as Asian people! I have read the other negative reviews and the store manager always write a long off topic response. No need! My family and I visited Mammoth for the first time for a long weekend, and this is the only restaurant I would recommend to anyone planing to visit. I wouldn't say I'm a pho connoisseur, but I have been eating pho for my entire life and order it regularly. After many mediocre meals, I was blown away. It was SO GOOD. While visiting my brother here in Mammoth we were craving noodles after a morning mountain biking. This place absolutely hit the spot. The service was extremely prompt, friendly and accommodating. The place was clean, including the restroom. We each ordered something different and were all extremely happy with what we got. And even tried each other's. Each had a unique flavor profile but still all delicious. I like that there was a pork option, which is a Asian BBQ style pork as well as vegetarian (broth as well). We were able to add either an egg, or mushrooms or bock choy at an extra charge which is a nice option to have. I know I'll come here again when we are in town. staff is incredibly friendly. when you place a to go order for pick up, let them know as soon as you get there because that is when they add the broth to your meal. When we called the restaurant to enquirer, the man on the phone said, "oh we mess up orders all the time, you should double check your bag before leaving." He also told us that they ran out of hard boiled eggs, after we had ordered and paid for it. He told us we weren't charged, that isn't what the receipt indicated.
