5 stars goes to Andrew the day-time manager for going above and beyond to take care of customers. I had stopped by the night before, 30 min before closing and got two entrees to go. Upon arrival to my home I noticed that the food had not been cooked well and the crusted chicken wasn't even edible due to being burnt. Called in and asked what could be done, and they said they would make it right and asked if I could come back to get a different one. Came back after work the following day and talked to Andrew. @Noodles & Company Keep this guy in your corner. He has customer relationships down. He was very polite and made sure he understood what I came in for and needed. He replaced the meal no problem, and it was great second time around. Thanks Andrew! read more

I went to this location and was very disappointed. There was one person working and the food tasted like it came out of the microwave. I love noodles and don't know if they recently changed the menu but if they did wrong choice. It was way too expensive and I could easily gotten a better frozen meal from the store. The absolutely worst Noodles and Company out there. I ordered food through their app and the food never showed up. I spent $40. I called and asked for my food. They told me they couldn't help me, to look at the app. I looked at the app and there was no phone number. I asked for my food and they refused to re-deliver my food or help in any way. Didn't contact their delivery driver. Just told me I was out of luck. I got angry & they said I called them names. The "manager" Kennedy/Jennifer (they used fake names too) told me that I would have to contact doordash. I didn't order from doordash though. She told me to come get my food myself. I don't have a vehicle. She was VERY rude. They hung up on me and proceeded to tell me that the general manager knew what was going on and that I was not to be helped and that everyone in the store would say I called them names. All I wanted was my food or money back so I could get other food. I worked all day with no food and no break and these girls at the store acted like I was asking them for something crazy because I wanted a refund. They refused to look up my order or help find a contact phone number. They just didn't care. My $40 doesn't matter to them. Maybe corporate will care that their customers are being treated like this. read more

Worst noodles / customer service I've experienced. Waited 30 minutes for our food and I noticed that my meal went to another table. When the server realized it was wrong he went back and grabbed my plate from the other table (which they had already touched) and set it back down on a tray in the kitchen. They then brought it out to me and I asked if that was the same food the other customers had already touched, she told me no and that they remade it (it was ice cold). I said I saw my food go from point A to B and that is is very gross that they are reserving food other people have touched. The server got attitude and stormed away. Would not recommend and wish that I would've at least got decent customer service to make up for the horrible tasting food. read more

DRY NOODLES. We used to go to Noodles & Co ALL THE TIME. It was my favorite quick restaurant for a solid 20 years (I lived near the first location when it opened). It's pretty sad to see it go downhill so badly. The last 2-3 years I've never gotten a decent amount of sauce on my noodles and they charge $1 for "extra" sauce, which is the amount they used to put on there normally. I kept going back, hoping it was just a fluke here and there, but it seems to be the norm now. It doesn't help that they got rid of my favorite dish a while back, Bangkok Curry, and of course the prices go up and up. Today my kids wanted mac & cheese and I decided we'd try one more time. It was a miserable failure again! There was almost no discernible sauce on their noodles, with a little grated cheese sprinkled on top. I tasted it and it was totally bland. I literally could have cooked enough for my whole family for $2 if I made it the same way, yet I spent over $15. I'm crossing Noodles off my list for good. read more

You know, if you're a chain restaurant, you already have one strike against you in my world. That being said, most chains do have something that they did right to become a chain. My family found this chain about five years ago on a trip and have really enjoyed it... until this visit. The idea that it'a all about the pasta and you can get that pasta in whatever format you like is pretty cool. My wife always prefers Italian and I always prefer Asian. My kids are a mixed bag but I was with my 16yo and she really wanted this and we can't get it at home so I took her there. She was actually the first to point out problems. She immediately pointed out that the portions seemed significantly smaller than they have been at all the other locations we have eaten at. When her pot stickers arrived, she also noted that they had shorted us on the number of pot stickers we had paid for. When I pointed this out to them, they took the entire basket rather than just making the rest of the order and set it there to get cold while they cooked the rest of the pot stickers. I was very annoyed. This is the kind of behavior you see in franchisees who are watching their bottom line at the expense of the overall brand. The final straw was that the noodles were mushy and the meat was oddly cooked and had a rubbery feel to it. I'm not giving up on the entire chain because of this terrible restaurant but it will be a while before i eat there again and if the next one is anything like this one, I'm done. read more

Third time is NOT a charm. Never coming back to this location, which is sad because it's a perfect Thursday lunch when I volunteer in Draper. Tired of their skimpy noodles...I'm comparing it to numerous other locations in Utah and Colorado, where I feel like I pretty much get what I pay for. Today's Large sized Asparagus di Parma had 6 thin mushroom slices (doubt it was even one whole mushroom, they were so thin), 8 asparagus pieces (probably 1/4 stalk each, since there were 2 tops), 1 decent and 3 tiny pieces of tomato and certainly not enough sauce to bring it up to 930 calories. Even sadder was my Cucumber & Tomato Salad, which was half onion. The cukes and maters were chopped very small, unlike every other time when it was generous amounts of large chunks. I saw the cook weighing things...I have to wonder if this manager is trying to cut down on food costs by cutting down on the corporate serving sizes? My previous meals of Alfredo MontAmore and Steak Stroganoff were equally lacking in ingredient portions. I worked at a Noodles and Co when I was younger and let me tell you...it's not a difficult job! The past SEVERAL times I've come I've gotten dry, undercooked veggies and old sticky noodles. This time...I made the mistake of ordering steak on my Japanese Pan Noodles. I got some disgusting gray pieces of god knows what. I could literally vomit. My DOG even turned her nose up!!! I'm so sad... I really loved this place and it seems like it's just totally gone to hell. I contacted the online support and surprisingly I did recieve a response. She offered to send me some free bowl cards. Three months later and she hasn't sent anything and will no longer reply to my emails. Just wow. I will Doordash this restaurant when I want yummy food. I really love the Mediterranean salad and for under 400 calories, really worth buying. I recently ordered the chicken noodle soup and was so pleasantly surprised. It arrived at my door piping not. The container was full of noodles, chicken and veggies and not just all broth. My grandson loves the mac and cheese with broccoli (who would have thought)! The food always comes quickly. I dont really eat much fast food or chain restaurant food but this place is certainly an exception!! read more

There's a lot of things I can say about Noodles and Company and how I'm not a fan of their pricing ($10 for a regular size salad is a bit much), which in itself means I can't give this place five stars. That being said, I've frequented this location for pickup items. My orders are almost always ready by the time I arrive (I live only three blocks or so away), and to date they've never gotten my order wrong. I do think they could be a little better about utensils. Usually when I ask for a salad, I never get a knife. Then there's times like today where I asked for no utensils and still got them anyway. On the few occasions where I've made my order in the store as a carry out, I've always been asked if I have Noodles rewards, which I do. I was very disappointed however in how long it took me to accumulate a free regular meal, only for the reward to not cover the whole meal (about $7-8 of a $10 salad, again, not worth it). The same thing happened when using a reward for a side dish, where a side dish wasn't fully covered by the reward. The food is always good. The service always friendly and fast. The only thing this Noodles and Co suffers from are the pricing and rewards. read more

Well WE thought it was good! You will never see me order pasta dishes when eating out. Noodles are insanely cheap and I don't like paying $7 for them. This was a leap for me and it was worth it. I had the small beef stroganoff, my husband had the small spicy Korean beef noodles and our kid had spaghetti and meatballs with broccoli. All three of us polished our bowls. The stroganoff was made with a sherry sauce which brought the flavor up to "fancy" restaurant quality. The beef was tender and mushrooms, plentiful. I had never enjoyed a noodle dish this much. My husband's was very spicy, but he loved it! With the beef, it had cilantro, cucumber, cabbage (napa and red) sprouts green onion and spinach. I had one bite and it had a serious kick of spice AND flavor. Our little girl grows like a weed and eats like a bird. She ate every bite of broccoli and noodles. I haven't seen her eat that much, for real. This is a definite thumbs up and we will be back! Thanks for a great lunch, Noodles! We were very impressed. Side note: The tables, chairs and booths were clean. The floors, spotless. The bathrooms were sparkling. No weird puddles, and plenty of TP and paper towels. read more

We stopped coming to this location because of .. well.. everything.. service, quality, cleanliness.. We decided to give it another try after a few years. Nope.. still terrible! Flavorless food, POOR SLOW service and lack luster employees. I think they were trying to move in slow motion! Dirty tables and employees were not motivated to clean them. If you want noodles, make the extra effort to the one on state street. This noodles needs to just go away. read more

We ordered macaroni and cheese for my daughter's third birthday. She wanted mac and cheese so bad, this place is usually really good, at least with the food. The restaurant is a train wreck so we don't eat inside anymore. The mac and cheese this time was gross. There was no sauce and hardly any cheese. What sauce there was, was very watery and flavorless. we got it with breaded chicken, which wasn't too bad. It's mac and cheese people, how hard is it to make mac and cheese? Noodles N Company is one of the great tragedies of our day. When I sit on my couch and dream of a restaurant where I could get great Pad Thai on Monday, Mac and Cheese Tuesday, and Epic Udon Noodles on Wednesday, I get excited. Noodles N Company is the closest I will ever get to the realization of this dream, yet it is a missed opportunity on Every Level. The Pad Thai is so bad that the person behind the counter will go out of her way to keep you from ordering it if she knows you like Pad Thai because they have so many complaints. This is the one dish that is nearly impossible to screw up, yet Noodles has wowed us with their ability to strike out in slow pitch noodle softball. Then the Mac and Cheese, while slightly harder than Pad Thai, still a very basic dish. Theirs is totally blah, with a mild sauce and underwhelming noodles. Just a little Gouda? Some sharper Cheddar? The slightest hint of bacon or cayenne? Fail, fail, fail-o-rama. Japanese Udon Noodles: I love them, Noodles served them, should be awesome, but again, the opportunity gives way to a major miss, as the noodles are too dry, the sauce is almost not there at all and has a bitter aftertaste. Just a little more sauce, a little more ginger glaze, or a touch of teriyaki, and these could be delicious, but the test kitchen is run by my 7th grade home ec teacher, and she retired long ago. As much as I generally try to avoid chains, I gotta admit: Noodles & Co is one of my favorites places for a reasonably priced, freshly-prepared meal. Don't expect to get "authentic" pad thai or bangkok curry here, but their versions of these classics are pretty well done. I hardly ever stray from the pad thai--it's a nice blend of sweet, tangy, and spicy. One of my favorites. The other thing I'm always impressed with at any Noodles & Co restaurant is the caliber of employees they have. They are always extremely friendly and willing to make substitutions and changes to their menu items to make sure you're happy with your meal. read more
