I ordered Mac and cheese today and found three long black hairs throughout my food. Absolutely disgusting.

I called because I had put in a door dash order for buttered noodles. I'm celiac and cannot have gluten and accidentally did not select gluten free noodles (I'm sick and have super bad brain fog). I apologized and explained I'm normally really good at making sure I personalize things due to my allergy but today I'm sick and I completely forgot. The person on the phone said it was no problem. This is the best Noodles location. Jesse, Pip, Madison and Weston are outstanding. Sorry, I do not remember other names but you are all friendly, hard workers. I have food allergies so they are all careful about my order. I walked in today to Weston cleaning which is always appreciated. No one wants to dine in an unsanitary restaurant. Everyone is so friendly and quick to take your order. I remember when Pip started she was so patient wit me because I had questions not realizing there were people behind me. I tried to order the pad Thai because there's a picture of it on the wall. I went over to the soda fountain and all the soda was flat and I had to ask the employee for ice because they didn't have any in the machine. When I ordered the Pad Thai they said they had no noodles and only rice noodles. The floor and tables were disgusting and there was shredded cheese all over the floor. The tables were a mess and I had to sweep my own table to sit down. While I was talking with my friend a mechanic was fixing the soda machine and I couldn't hear my own voice. A woman with a nose ring stepped out from behind the counter and proceeded to barely clean the tables while she was on her phone the entire time. I HATE this place and would never go back. read more

Hello! I don't get all the bad reviews here... I go to Noodles & Co here a lot and I feel everyone is very nice and gets my order correct. I am very picky and I'm also a vegetarian, so I will not stand for any meat in my bowl. I always do tons of extras and they always get it right. The only thing I would tell them is just to leave behind the plasticware if someone doesn't request it. Just to save yourself the hassle of putting it in. My food is always on time and the one time that someone else took off with my order, they offered to give me a free dessert and other things for my weight... It wasn't necessary. I've been coming to this Noodles & Company for a very long time. They have never messed up my order. The staff is very friendly. I love that they have a patio for a sunny day. The bathrooms are clean as well which is a plus when you have kids that have to pee every time before you eat. Lol I always get the same thing penne rosa with asparagus. I don't know why this place gets so many bad reviews. Many of them seem to be regarding on-line ordering and delivery, which I never use. I walk in, order, get my food within five minutes, and enjoy it. What more can one ask? It has the advantage of being a five-minute walk away from my residence, which is quite a plus for someone hobbling around on a cane. I get good service because I make no demands. The staff are all polite, sometimes even solicitous, and young enough to be my grandchildren, but's that's the nature of the fast-food industry; nothing wrong with that. This location is useless!! You go thru your entire online order picking items that they are out of so you pick something that they do have, go to checkout, enter all billing info, submit the order and it says "this location is not taking online orders". You call and they tell you they aren't taking phone orders and to check back online in a couple hours to see if they are taking online orders again! It's not a one time thing, it happened the last three times I attempted to order. This location is inadequate and unfit to operate. I called the place at 2255 N Main to ask if they have gluten free pasta they could substitute. The guy sounded so lazy and spaced out. He said they have no gf options. So I then called the location on S. Hover. That guy was friendly and sounded like he knew what was going on. Told me all locations have gf options that can be substituted on most dishes, but not all. I was very excited when Noodles opened this new location in north Longmont! There is another location in town but you have to drive all the way to the south side of town to get there and while the traffic is not too bad in Longmont the Main Street is so freaking long it seems like you are using all of your lunch hour to go there and back. Noodles is categorized as Thai on many of it's Yelp entries but they serve American pasta dishes, sandwiches and salads as well. This Noodles location I enjoy as much as any of their other locations. This one seems a bit smaller and is just as popular as it's sister locations. I suggest getting the Bangkok Noodles, the mac and cheese and the Snickerdoodle cookies! Yum! read more

Food gets moldy right away. GMO crap. Over salty. Portions are small one day and twice as big the next. POS confuses cooks if pay for extra broccoli I only get half the time bc receipt says add broccoli instead of Extra broccoli. Portions sizes for lunch are smaller always even though it cost the same as ordering during dinner. Seats are always dirty bc only tables are wiped off. Lunch staff our eating during rush hour. Don't waste your money... Seriously. We've ordered here multiple times during covid, they have no problem charging for extras but they somehow always have an issues adding the extras. i've never been the type to come on here to complain but this place made me. I placed an online order almost an hour before the time set to pick it up. I get there a few minutes early, walk in, and was told it would be another 5-10 mins. that's whatever right? so i go sit in my car for the 10 minutes, no problem. I go back in and was told it would be another 3-5 mins. a whopping 20 minutes later of standing there, my food was finally ready. it was one bowl, not even a side or a drink. to top it all off, tomatoes were added to my order when the dish doesn't even come with it normally. and i checked the recipet, i didn't accidentally add them! the staff clearly lacked any sort of training and the two that were cooking seemed utterly confused the entire time. I would have given a higher rating. There were no issues with food and service. However I was there a few minutes after opening when it was not busy and the table area and carpet clearly had not been cleaned. There was food pieces on the carpet. Bench seats had spills on them without being wiped off. The tables were generally ok but several had a few pieces of food. To start the customer service is terrible! My pad thai was good but my potstickers were cold and just gross to say the least. Every single table was dirty, the floors were trashed and there were left over dishes on almost all the tables. My husband and I have given this Noodles and Company too many passes. We order pick up this evening. We called at 735pm and the woman taking the order said "we close at 8" My husband responded..."can I still order take out?" After she gave a deep sigh and said "I guess we will have to make it fast then", she took our order and said "it will be ready in 11 minutes" and hung up. When my husband came home from picking up our food, there was no bbq sauce on my husbands bbq pork mac and cheese, the wrong mushrooms were in my Japanese pan noodles and the potstickers were, yet again, awful. It pains me to write this review but it has to be done... This evening (July 29th) I made an online order (through the app) for in-store pickup. The app status changed to 'complete / ready for pickup' before I even got to the restaurant. When I arrived the restaurant was FULL of people sitting at tables and standing, waiting for their to-go orders. As I was waiting for my order to be prepared I observed the woman that was bagging up the meals (who I presume was the manager), YELLING at her kitchen staff and talking down to them in a very unprofessional and out-of-line manner. She had an entire stack of paper bags she was working through to put together to-go orders. It took OVER AN HOUR after I'd arrived for me to be presented with my bowl of to-go mac & cheese. I took forever to get out order in and only one person was in front of me and she wasn't being helped either. It sure if it was a lunch rush call in order but I would have more then 4 people working there for lunch. There was three people in the back and one cashier. There are 8 tables total and only one of them have food. (The one where the order was wrong) there are 4 people standing towards the front waiting for their order. Just seems like they should have more employees. We were waiting for 50 minutes before the cashier asked me what I had ordered because the computer wasn't working. I've never waited this long at a noodles. I'll come back though. Like I said maybe it was just a huge call-in order. I love this chain but my experiences at both Longmont locations haven been horrible lately!!! Seriously, know your gluten free menu or don't have it! I have to educate employees constantly that the Ceaser salad is GF (without croutons of course)according to their site and printed allergen guide. Fabulous Pesto Pasta & Tomato Bisque Soup! The pasta is not over-cooked and has a rich flavor. The soup is hearty with a nice balance of flavors. The bottled lemonade is much better than the Minute Maid brand on draft. It does not have a chemical taste like Minute Maid does. The gal at the register was sweet as pie. However, this store in north Longmont never seems to be clean, as where the south Longmont store is always clean. The staff are nice. The service is quick enough. I usually get my food within 5-7 minutes when I order take-out. The food is great...if they get your order right. On 2 separate occasions when I ordered the spicy buffalo Mac and cheese I was given the barbecue Mac instead which is probably my least favorite thing on the menu. One time I checked in the car and realized so I went back inside and after checking my receipt I was given the correct thing and an expired coupon. The other time I ordered during my lunch break and was already driving down Hover when I realized. I didn't have the 10-15 minutes to get it fixed so I just threw it away. That was $10 gone. Might seem like a negative review but apart from those negative experiences it has been great. I recommend it. Just check your order before you leave. read more

Noodles is a great company. I have been a dedicated customer for years. Employees are pleasant, food is hot, fresh, quick and cheap....and when they make a mistake, there is no blaming, no hostility, no questions asked besides: "Would you like us to remake it?" Some wonderful examples of customer service from Noodles (this location included) They forgot to give me a flat bread once and gave me coupon for a free meal while offering so many apologies and smiles.... It's ok Noodle man I wasn't going to beat you for forgetting the bread ;) I ordered a dish without mushrooms and they put mushrooms, not only did they fix it promptly, the cashier gave me a giant rice krispie treat!!! whooohoooo! I showed up once 5 minutes before closing and saw they were cleaning up inside so I started walking back to the car; the manager inside runs to the doors and tells me no problems at all, come inside and eat!!! I once ordered only to have my card decline at checking out....the guy gave me the foods anyway which I was(is)(am) eternally grateful for.....
