This place has been a Go To spot for breakfast, random desert cravings, and after a long night of drinking. Staff is always friendly but it can get pretty crowded during peak hours. Expect a more than average diner experience but don't expect a five star meal but still expect a kid on a loud tablet playing YouTube videos on repeat....buy your kid some headphones!! The Chicken Fiesta Salad is highly recommended but breakfast and dinner is still always a good choice. read more

Can literally never go wrong with choosing Norms. Any time of day, any day of the week, any week of the year. You know what you're getting and you know you're gunna get it a certain way. This Norms was a bad experience. The worst patty melt I ever had! It was very dry and poorly made. The environment is uncomfortable too! Unfortunately I'm not allowed on Yelp to describe why... you'll just need to figure it out (if you go there). Keep in mind it was after midnight. Maybe the daytime hours are better. If I could give this place negative stars I would! Our server was horrible. She seemed to have the attitude of an angry teenager. I ordered pancakes that came under cooked to the point where I could taste the uncooked batter. The sausage was nasty like the grill had not been cleaned in months. Same with my ham. The atmosphere of the restaurant itself makes you feel like you just want to get out of that place. The silverware was dirty, booths are unclean condiment bottles look like they've never been replaced since the restaurant opened. I will never return to this restaurant ever again! Stay away from this place would be my best recommendation to anyone. -5 stars! read more

Norms is amazing every single time. This place is a mainstay which will provide you with great breakfast every time. My review is for breakfast which I have stopped by for many many times. It's always easy to find parking in their large lot. You're immediately greeted once inside and depending on the time of day you may be provided with a wait time. Everyone is friendly. Once seated you're provided with a menu and asked about your drink choice. The menu contains many typical diner options from breakfast burritos to French toast. Today I went with the bigger better breakfast and we also had the chilaquiles. The bigger better was a great as expected breakfast. Crispy bacon, tasty sausage, scrambled eggs, hashed browns and a couple of fluffy pancakes. The chilaquiles you ask...from a diner ? They were fantastic. The chips were crispy, the green sauce was flavorful and the scrambled eggs were a perfect addition. Accompanied by black beans this was a great plate. As soon as I walked it I was greeted with a genuine smile. Chose to sit at the bar today which was very clean and also comfortable. From where I sat I can see and feel a great work environment. Smiles and positive energy all around. My server was very friendly and she was very polite. Ordered the 6oz sirloin steak and egg breakfast, and may I Say that it was cooked perfectly just to my liking along with some delicious french toast . Great start to my morning. Save your money and go somewhere else. Food was worse than reheated left overs. Server never came back for refills. When I mentioned this to the fat lady with glasses who said she was the manager she laughed and said "I keep my waiters busy so they don't have much time to check on refills". I'm not sure she understood that she came off as an idiot by saying that. Tables were sticky. Salt and pepper shakers were sticky and gross. The entrance stunk like pee! read more

The service waiting time is atrociously longer than any other location... The servers are preoccupied with being the cashiers and no manager in sight... Careful ordering off of the breakfast menu for the smaller sized items like their French toast and or Pancakes combos because the servers tending to bill everything À La Carte; Seems like this location needs both better managers and also designated cashiers only... The service is okay, but my biggest concern is the REWARDS SCAM. I went two days in a row and they pretend to scan the rewards app and then you realize that it never updated and gave me points. One of the hostess up front said "it's not working". I went with three people and we used the app and no one's points updated. I guess this location with the new mgr Roy feels that they're giving away free food or something. Why waste our time pulling up the app and pretending to scan if you're NOT going to honor it. I doubt that getting enough points for a short stack of pancakes will bankrupt this location. read more

i love the food and we always come here to dine in. but i ordered over the phone for pick up. $92 order and the young girl who was working the very front on 3/26 at 9:05 am was for one rude, and gave our order to a postmate driver who was right before us. i could clearly tell it was our order on the counter and she didnt even confirm the name with the other person picking up! she did not help us after instead she helped a dine in customer who came after us. another man came and asked the name and when i told them the girl said "oops!" and walked into the back. she never apologized for giving the wrong order. we had to wait another 20 minutes for our food. nothing comped and workers didnt seem to care. really disappointed!!! read more

Dependable neighborhood family restaurant. Prices are still reasonable and the food is plenty. A variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner options to choose from. Be sure to see what the specials are offered which changes periodically. Tip: I stock up gift cards over the holiday because the promo is too good to pass up. Depending on the amount purchased, you get a mystery gift card of $5-20 off( with an expiration date ). Just a side note: I think their orange divided take out container is the best! It keeps my toast from getting soggy. You'll be happy with just about anything you order. Food isn't fancy, but satisfying. Also, one of the few places open 24hours! It's nice that the parking lot has a few spots for take out too. Sometimes it's hard to find parking during breakfast /brunch hours particularly on the weekends. read more

Norms is a dinner that been serving Californians for over 70 years. Serving breakfast lunch and dinner all day and evening (7am to 11pm). We stopped in for breakfast I ordered Chicken and Waffle which also had bacon and a egg. The chicken breast was tender, juicy, lightly battered and fried golden brown. Bacon was fried almost crispy - just under crispy the way I ordered it - absolutely delicious. I ordered my egg scrambled, however it look like three eggs it was fluffy-buttery-yum. Hubby ordered sausage, bacon, eggs and hash-browns. The portions are more than generous. I wish we had a norms in Oklahoma City, I sure miss it. Okay, so to start off, I went with my grandparents because I have a negative experience once before but I had only gone once before so I would give them a chance to redeem themselves. Our food took FOREVER to come! People who were sat down before us had got their food and mind you we did have a party of six but there were four other tables that got served before us who had a party of 4-5. To continue, we had no one to ask about where our food was because our waitress had disappeared! No where to be found! We found a man who happened to be the manager and HE GOT our food, not our waitress. Once we got our food that was long waited for, my grandpa had sausage in his food when he asked for it OUT. They then got his new plate in under TWO MINUTES which was funny considering how long it took to get our food initially. After that, I was started to eat my food which had no problems UNTIL i took a couple of bites and discovered A HAIR in my food. Of course I was disgusted so i notified our waitress and she offered to pick something else from the menu but I had already lost my appetite. They did take my food off our order and give us an additional 20% off our meal for the all the inconveniences they caused us which was nice. Honestly, if I could rate this restaurant 0 stars that's what I would rate it. It took our server over5 minutes to greet us and over 10 minutes to grab our drinks. Our server Ashley looked annoyed to be there. Not friendly whatsoever. The food was very bland, the gumbo soup barely had any rice of meat in there. The pancakes were microwaved and the server didn't set the plate down, she handed it to my mother in law! In her fuckin hand which burned her. She was pissed and I was pissed. I don't understand how any management or owner are okay with this. You get complaints and instead of trying to help the customer to make sure they come back, your response is, "I hope you give us another chance" or "we'll address this with our staff" how about figuring a way to please your upset customers. Customer Beware! We went to this restaurant exactly three weeks ago before today. They gave us a small container of strawberry/whipcream for our pancakes AT NO CHARGE. Today we ordered the same items and asked for the strawberry/whipcream again(never informing us that there will be a charge). When we talked to the manager why we were charged, he said "we charge for all condiments". But we told him that we were never charged three weeks ago when we were given just a small size. Today he lied to us, "saying we only have one size". Two condiments for $5 is OUT OF LINE! They need to hire people that aren't LIARS! I love Norm's Restaurant. The only drawback is that they are usually VERY crowded, but they have lots of wait staff so you still get your food quickly, it is just the parking situation that can be a problem. However, once you get inside, you will have a great meal at very reasonable prices. Also, I love their pick up, because they properly package the food so that NOTHING gets squished or mixed up. And now, they use Door Dash to deliver, which makes it the best of all possible worlds. You get the great food, and good prices, properly packaged, and now you don't have to deal with the parking. I came all the way from Vegas to try Norm's, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! I went for the Classic Bigger Better Breakfast, and it was so good I inhaled it in less than 10 minutes (I'm talking fully devoured -- no crumbs left behind). Everything was so fresh and flavorful, I'm still thinking about it! The vibe of the place is perfect too -- cozy, lively, and just the right amount of hustle without being overwhelming. Norms is great! On the list of the "fast food diners" as I like to call them, I would rank Norms as the best. Here's that list: 1. Norms 2. IHOP 3. Denny's 4. Dumpster Diving This particular Norms is a place I often wander to after a night of excess. It's always open, so I can stumble in at 3am as opposed to starving and eating string cheese back at my home. I love the steaks, and I love the breakfast sandwiches. I got to NORMS a lot, and most of that time is in the night. They are always open and always happy to give us a table. Whether it be 3am or 12pm in the afternoon I always get my same meal. The Club House Sandwich hits in all the right ways and never ceases to amaze me. Not a total fan of healthy foods so I always get fries on the side. They have increased their prices, remodel the place lately and they continue to offer great deals. Service was ok, but definitely won't be back unless someone pays for me...they are ridiculous with their pricing now! 25 dollars for fettuccine with chicken, almost 26 dollars for "chicken" scampi (it only came with 3 tenders on top! You want quality, go somewhere else...ANYWHERE ELSE!

My boyfriend and I came in on a Friday night, so we expected a wait. The hostess took our name and…read moretold us it would be about 20 minutes, so we happily went outside to wait since the lobby is tiny and the staff looked like they were fighting for their lives. As we waited, I started noticing something interesting: two parties who came in after us were seated immediately. Then almost 30 minutes went by. At that point, I poked my head back in and said, "Hey, we put our name down about 30 minutes ago, and I've noticed people coming in and getting seats." Immediately, the hostess who originally helped us said, "Yes, yes... sorry about that. You can choose a table right now." So apparently our table had been available in the Witness Protection Program. To make matters worse, we were seated next to one of the parties that arrived after us, and we got to enjoy the thrilling experience of watching them receive their food before we even ordered. The food itself was good overall. The only miss for me was the mac and cheese, which tasted like KFC mac and cheese that had a passionate encounter with a jar of jalapeño juice. Would I come back? Maybe. The food was decent, but for a first visit, the service definitely left a stronger impression than the meal did.

I am so happy they honored my free birthday sandwich! It was clean and they have a separate section for gluten free. Even the customers were friendly which was a cherry on top. It was a very welcoming environment. The only problem I saw was that the avocado spread was not applied too generous so I wouldn't pay separately for it. All in all a positive experience, thank you!

I've eaten I've eaten at Dave's hot chicken before and I can definitely say I do appreciate it…read more Their food is really really good. Their tenders are pretty solid. They have a great crunch too. One of the things that I wanna appreciate that I will always appreciate our business is good service. I was in the drive-through and Eric was the one who was taking good care of me honestly that is something that will always keep me coming back as somebody that has a good attitude, and that takes care of me and makes me not only feel welcomed, but is overall just has a good vibe and I really appreciate that.
