Firstly, I highly recommend making a reservation a few days in advance, especially if you plan to visit on a weekend evening for dinner, as you might end up waiting for over an hour. Although the restaurant offers a decent wine selection, I suggest starting with a cocktail. I tried the Black Fig Manhattan, and my friend opted for the Grapefruit Martini, and we both loved our choices. For an appetizer, we ordered the White Truffle Garlic Bread, which I highly recommend trying as a starter; if you do nothing else, please order this truffle bread. For the main course, I ordered the Squid Ink Tonnarelli, and it was absolutely delicious. The shrimp tasted very fresh, and the noodles were black, giving the dish a unique and cool appearance. I also had a bite of my friend's Bolognese, which had added spice, and it was equally good. Although the dessert menu looked amazing, we were too full to try anything. Great food and a nice place to go for more fancier dinner. Our table shared a few pasta, pizzas and appetizers. For appetizers, I would recommend the garlic truffle bread. For pastas, the pesto was light and had a nice lemon taste to it. The prosciutto and fig pizza was also delicious with large chunks of fig. The servers were very attentive to our large party's needs and everything came out timely. White truffle garlic bread: Omg delicious! Super strong flavor of the truffle and the bread was soft and delectable. It is definitely a top tier garlic bread! (I didn't get a picture of this sadly it was demolished fast) Grilled bread & oil: A classic toasted bread with a balsamic and oil mixture. You can't go wrong with this, but it isn't anything super special like the white truffle garlic bread! Chicken Parmesan: The only disappointment from the experience - the chicken was burnt and dry and the lac of sauce did not help. I couldn't even eat the chicken because it just tasted like burnt crust with no trace of chicken or parmesan. The pasta itself was good, but obviously would've been better paired with a better chicken parmesan. Overall, the only reason it's not a 5/5 is because of the chicken parm, but I am definitely willing to go back to try the other array of delicious sounding dishes. My intern actually wanted this as one of her last week lunch meetings. I ordered the spicy rigatoni vodka. It comes with Italian sausage, crispy pancetta, shaved garlic, torn basil, grana padano. When I took a bite of this pasta I was in absolute heaven. The rigatoni melted in my mouth. The flavors all aligned perfectly. They have multiple individual stalls. Happy hour Ends at 6, but has drinks and appetizers that are a good deal. Some of the appetizers are our favs there. Food Yummy, tasty and full of flavor. Favs are the meatballs and the olive oil bread. As well as not spicy broccolini and the pesto chicken. The spicy broccolini is VERY spicy even for those that like spice. I enjoy coming here. The food is always good and any little mistake I have ever had was corrected immediately. I love their meatballs and the bread w cheese. That is a meal for me. The polenta is also delicious. Staff are very attentive and do a great job at making your experience a good one. Ambiance is very comfortable and I have come in casual wear as well as dressed up a bit and both are fine. My child loves their pizza and has a blast here. This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Legacy area. I've been here multiple times & the food is always to die for! Especially the white truffle garlic bread. It's truly a must-have every single time I go! The service there never disappoints, even the hostess are really sweet. I love the lighting and the restaurant especially if you go in the evening, lunchtime always has beautiful, natural lighting. I've gone here for family dinners, and also girls brunch and even a date night. I love Italian food, so it's easily moved up to my top restaurant in the area. Just a tip: whenever I order the chicken Parmesan.. I always ask for an extra side of Alfredo sauce, I just like my pasta to be a bit more saucy. read more

I walked into the establishment and was immediately greeted by sweet hostesses. The vibe in the restaurant was so great! Fancy but comfortable! Brandon was our server and he was so patient with us as it was our first time here and he gave great recommendations. Props to Brandon!! I saw him saying hi to many guests and it reassured me he was as great as we thought! We got the eggplant parmesan and it was to die for!! The chicken pesto and strozzapreti was so delicious too! I got the moscato and that is now my favorite wine I have ever tasted. Food took a while to come out but it was no worries because 1) we came at a busy time and 2) gave my table time to catch up! The small eats of calamari was too salty. I give a star for the bolognese after all it's their signature dish so cannot mess it up! And let me tell you about the avocado arugula salad with which we added chicken and told them dressing on the side.. so there was more arugula and hardly could find the avocado. There was dressing on the salad and the grilled chicken was dry. They should take that off the menu. Most Unsatisfactory $80 spent on lunch any where! Sorry last time we will be coming here. Beautiful interior and bar area, where we were able to snag a seat because we didn't make reservations. We started off with some drinks. We tried the Julietta, the Quiet Italian Gentleman, and an old fashioned with bullet. They were all really good! The old fashioned was especially well made. We tried the beef carpaccio as our appetizer. It was perfectly thinly sliced and the flavors were great! The pine nuts were a nice touch of texture change. Definitely must try if you're feeling a bit adventurous! For our main course we decided to try the bolognese and the squid ink pasta. The squid ink was honestly eh... not great. The sauce and seafood were good and perfectly cooked, but something about squid ink pasta just isn't my favorite. It is just too thick for my liking. The texture reminds me of a twizzler. However, the bolognese was INCREDIBLE! It is a MUST TRY!!! Sooo flavorful, perfectly cooked, and perfect portion size. Definitely going to try that again next time we're in time.
