They got to work on it immediately, plugged the puncture, and rolled it out to me in less than 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. Took my car in to swap out my winter tires for the summer tires. They finished quickly and set the correct tire pressure. I knew that I needed new rear brakes but they checked them for me. Still had 80% pads on the front but the rears were down to 20%. They got the parts in quickly and I am going back today to have them put on new rotors and pads. I like dealing with these people. You buy 4 winter tires and they take your all season radials from you and sell them to a recycler....How often have I gone and bought shoes only to have the salesman take the ones I walked in with and box'em SAP for sale to another customer. Never asking me if I still wanted my old shoes. Why would I ever want to NOT use the all season tires anther 4-6 years? They never asked if I wanted my old tires recyled. Watch out!!!! read more

As many others have stated, I made my appointment and showed up at my appointment time only to be told they were too busy and could not work on my car and tried to get me to drop it off. It's a work vehicle, I can't drop it off, I need it to work. That's why I make "stay and wait" appointments. When I tried to reschedule I was told that I'd have to call back sometime next week when I'm free and see if they could get me in. Nobody bothered to call/text/email to say they were busy and I should reschedule. They let me waste my time and mess up my work schedule driving there for absolutely no reason when a quick phone call would have taken all of a minute to let me know today was not going to work out. read more

I made an appointment a week in advance. I mentioned to them that they would need to order new lug nuts for my vehicle. At that time I was told it would take approximately 2 hours to do. When it came to appointment day, I showed up about 13 minutes late. They told me I would need to drop it off, and that they were too busy to have it done in 2 hours. not only that, but they called me 3 hours into the appointment to tell me I would need new lug nuts. they had not ordered them the week prior. it took 9 hours to get my work vehicle back. absolutely unacceptable. read more

Brought my car in as I thought I needed new brake pads. They took the car in and gave it a good look over. Turns out, I did not need brakes after all and they did not charge me for looking at them. They could have easily told me that I needed brakes, and I would not have known the difference. I so appreciate their honesty. We have been going to this location for tires and oil changes and have always enjoyed their quick service. The staff is always very pleasant and professional, which I truly enjoy. NTB has good prices on tires. However, that said, it's almost impossible to have any service done without having to drop the car off for a day. I understand and appreciate that NTB is in business to obviously make a profit. They just overbook their work which causes long waiting times. Plz understand this when considering them for service to your car that you'll need to drop it off probably for the day. read more

I took my car in for steering wheel vibration. Rotate and balance tires. Ended up I was told there was a defect in one tire and it was under warranty and was replaced. I left and the problem was worse. I looked the care over and checked all the components to see if there was another cause. I took it back and they did try again to balance the tires and it was still bad. After my investigation of the car I swapped another set of tires to the car and it went away so I was angry because I knew then the problem was the balancing. SO I decided not to take it back there and paid someone else to balance the tires and it is fine now. I took it back and spent a lot of time checking it out all because of bad work or ????? I have been a customer for a long time but not sure I can go back now. read more

Place is garbage, I took my car here and in the process of changing tires they broke the center piece of one of my wheels, didn't tell me about until I got home and see it missing, I call and the guy who answer told me oh yeah I forgot to tell you but I will let the manager know and he will order one for you no problem after 3 weeks I call back and ask about it, same guy told me that my car was old and what did I expect to happen I told them I had change brakes on it myself and never broke anything well they didn't order and literally told me to go fuck myself, what a joke of a place actually the guy changing my tires quit this shit job while he was working on my car and left for the other guy to finish it. I stopped in to get a price on tires which were to be exactly the same as factory, Michelin Premiere LTX. I was quoted a fair price and told the guy to get Em in then call me. He wrote it up, I have a copy, and said it'd be a day or two because they were stocked locally. Now it's two weeks later and still no call. I proceeded to go online and order the tires, I saved $200+. The tires were shipped to Mr. Tire a few days later. I received a text that told me they were there, set the install date, and it was done. Easy peasy. What is so hard about customer service??? Made an appointment online this morning for an oil change. Appointment was scheduled for 5:30 (1 1/2 hrs before close). Arrived early and was told they couldn't accommodate because they were too busy. They blamed the website for letting me make the appointment. Was there earlier this week for another service and had the same complaint. That I had an appointment that shouldn't have been made and they were too busy. That time they accommodated. This time, I was turned away. If the local store and corporate want to disagree about online appointments, great. Leave me and other customers out of it and honor appointments in the interim. Too many other places that one can take a car for service to have such bad service. I'll do my part to help them. I'll ease their workload by going elsewhere. read more

I came to place because the online application was so easy to use. It found the right tires for my car, gave my the full total, and even let me step up a precise time for installation. This was the best part of the whole ordeal. I arrived at the time of the install, okay, running two minutes late. Moved to the desk and told the employee I had an appointment. He then looks at me like I was crazy. The guy had no idea how to look it up. Once he was able to find my order, he took me out to the cast for additional information. He informed me that I needed new brakes, which I knew, so I asked for an estimate. We returned inside the store, where I was told a better tie was available... I expected some up sell. The tires were rated better, but with out the instant saving I found on the last set online. Okay? So now the total of the better tires and the brakes would have exceeded my credit limit. So I declined the brakes, and was told they could add the instant savings for the better tires which would bring the price down into my range, barely. While the sales men where looking into ways of getting the deals done, I started looking on line to price better tires. Only to find that the tires the wye selling me had the same damn rebate on it. so I ask the guy for a quote on the better tires alone and the price jumped up $100! So I show him my phone and he seemed reluctant to match the price, but he did under the protest of that he'd "get yelled at." Why is this my problem? read more

This place is a mess. I made an online appointment for 11, but the guy tells me I need to wait 3 hours to instal my snow tires. The whole idea behind making an appoint is so that i don't want to wait that long. On top of that they charge 99 dollars for one time mounting and balancing. Should have gone to Costco. For 60 dollars you get lifetime balancing rotation and nitrogen fill. My recommendation "do not go to NTB". You can save some money and time by going to Costco instead. read more

I've been trying to get my car into NTB for a month to get a tire stem repaired. I bought my tires here. They told me I can bring my car back any time. They finally made me an appt for 8 am. I have to drive thirty minutes to get there. I'm older and have no one to pick me up or bring me back to get my car. They told me they had nine cars left over from Saturday all to do and couldn't get to mine until noon. I bought my tires here. They told me I can bring my car back any time. I've been trying for a month....for a small tire leak. It would take then twenty minutes. Ridiculous. They lied. Don't use this business. read more

Fabulous service! I ordered tires and wheels from an on-line vendor and had them shipped to this store. Less than an hour after I received a confirmation from the shipping company that the materials had been received by the store, I went to the location, unannounced. The first employee who greeted me, Jason, was more than happy to show me the tires and wheels and allow me to inspect the parts. He assured me that they would be able to install these items that same day, though I would have a two hour wait. He encouraged me to relax at the coffee shop/bake house in the strip mall near the NTB location. And so I did. Jason called me while I was at the coffee shop to ask/inform me that the Tire Pressure Monitor System from my old tires was attached to the valve stems (something that is standard, I should have realized this and purchased new equipment, but this turned out to be inconsequential anyway). He asked/informed me before they continued with the installation, that I would be responsible for paying labor fees, due to the fact that they would need to remove the valve stems and TPMS from my old tires. This was a courteous call and I was more than willing to pay the associated labor fees. He told me then, that due to the little hold up, the installation may take up to an additional half hour. I returned back to the store at the original time that he quoted, and as I expected, the car was still in the air. The other mechanics, two in particular, Jordan and Blake, were extraordinarily friendly and let me know at each step of the way, what was happening to my vehicle. The following week, I returned to the NTB location after I drove a few hundred miles, to have the lugs re-torqued, and again, was greeted by friendly employees and a trouble-free experience. I could not be more satisfied with the services that they provided. Not only would I recommend this store to all of my friends and family, but I plan to return to this location for any future services. read more

went for new tires. dropped vehicle off and got a call telling me all sorts of things were wrong. oil, tranny fluid, brakes, etc. just recently had an oil change but they wanted to do all sorts of extra work to get the bill higher. didn't have the extras done but when I got my vehicle back the next day and was driving that evening I heard some noise coming from the front end. I pulled over and checked. The front drivers wheel had 3 lug nuts that I was able to easily turn with my fingers..(no wrench needed) and the other 2 were also loose, just not as much. next time I will go elsewhere. read more

Scum. Found great deal on tires here and if they only replaced the tires WHICH IS WHAT THEIR JOB WAS, I have no problem. BUT they up sold my daughter for an entire rear brake and rotors job for just about as much as the freaking 4 new tires were. When I called them out, their excuse was.... 1. Can't your daughter make her own decisions? 2. We put NAPA brakes on with lifetime this and that. 3. The brakes appeared to look worn down. Etc etc. Here's the deal. We took my daughters car there to have TIRES PUT ON. That's it. They said it's their duty to inform the customer if the brakes are low. OK, whatever idiots. Did you inform me that the windshield wiper fluid was low too??? NO, of course not. They charged her $500 extra dollars for just the rear brakes. Did we ask for a brake check, NO! Did we ask for new premium brakes +200% over retail cost brakes, NO! Did we ask for +200% over retail rotors, NO! Did we ask for an inspection of the vehicle, No!!! What we paid for was to put 4 new tires on PERIOD. But of course they called my daughter telling her how grim her rear brake situation was and it needed to be addressed...OR ELSE. Put her on the spot over the phone. Do you want us to fix this grim situation??? Great job you a-holes, taking advantage of a young girl. You got her good. Great show. Stopped by to get 2 new tires on my SUV (I'm a WOMEN) , while the salesman is placing my order for 2 new tires one of their mechanics walks up and offers to take my car for a test drive... he comes back in (like 2 minutes later) and says "not good news, your suspension is shot and your alignment is off" at which I respond "you know all that by a 2 minute ride test ride"! Funny I haven't notice any shaking/pulling going on (to be truthful I did figure my alignment was off because of the way my tires wore), BUT THE SUSPENSION! The saleman then says because your SUV is a 4 wheel drive I will need to measure the tread on the other two tires before replacing only 2 tires....um OK!.....so he comes back in and tells me he can't sell me only 2 tires legally, he would have to replace all 4 or none! I told him I could not afford 4 tires, alignment and suspension work at one time so both he and the mechanic try to sell me on applying for a NTB credit card! I took my keys and was gone baby gone!
