The two stars are only for Lena, who was lovely. Like Olivia Newton-John, but a car saleslady. She was a sweetheart and grace under pressure, and she's Australian. Otherwise, they'd get one or zero. I went to check out a used car at this dealership. Granted, it's not their bread and butter. But the car reflected that, like it had been neglected. In fact, it didn't start when Lena tried to get it off the lot and it had no gas in it. After someone coming out to start it, we drove to the gas station where it died again. An employee had to drive over and start it. Lena handled all this like a champ. Meanwhile, I was thinking, this is embarrassing... oh wait- I'm the customer. What do I have to be embarrassed about? So then I just went with it. The sales manager told me it was probably because it had not been driven in a while. It needed some detailing. Despite all this... I was still interested in the vehicle. But the sales manager seemed to balk when I inquired if a new battery would be installed before I would do another test drive. "I don't know if we have that one in stock." Ultimately, they did install a new battery and the vehicle worked well. However... Ultimately this dealership's failure to earn my business was its use of "old school" sales manager techniques and unwillingness to negotiate at all. Lena submitted my offer to the sales manager, who is in a glass box, and was often on the phone or talking to someone else. When she emerged he had marked the offer paper up like a schoolteacher... basically that they were not budging on price and WE CAN BEAT YOUR FINANCING OFFER!!!! He came out casually, checked his phone, and then came over to shake my hand. He told me that the vehicle had been on the lot for some time, and it was almost going to auction, so that's why they can't move on price. And of course, with the generous warranty that comes with it (of course you have to take your car into a Nyle Maxwell dealership for service, and I'll let you read about the service reviews elsewhere) then there is just nothing they can do. Even after I advised Lena that I had found the same vehicle, in Dallas, at a lower price, with lower miles, and better tires, the sales manager was still unwilling to negotiate. So the bottom line is, somewhere there is probably an Acura being carted off to auction, and meanwhile, I drove to Dallas and got my nice new (to me) car and it's beautiful. read more

I was checking out the used cars on the Fiat site, and happened upon a 1 year old SUV that was on my list of favorites. Low miles, all the fun bells and whistles, and a damn good price. Riley at Fiat of Austin could not have made the process any easier for me. I did a test drive, and ended up taking it home for a 24-hour test drive so my husband could get a feel for it. They handled all the paperwork and processing for me, so when we came in the next day, we signed the papers and were out again in under an hour. No pressure, no gimmicks, just a quick and pleasant car buying experience. Even if you aren't interested in a Fiat, definitely check out their used cars and ask for Riley. I have been a big Honda fan for years. I have owned 5 Hondas and thought my next car would be a Honda. I did go out and test drive the Fiat 500 when these guys were at the Domain location. I liked they way it drove and for a smaller car it handled really well. I got a call to come check out the Fiats again. I figured I would come out, let them give me their deal and I would make the bend over backwards to give me a deal and end up walking out. I was driving a 2010 Honda Civic that I was going to be paying off in 2 1/2 years. I also knew what the Fiat dealership in San Antonio had and knew I could get a 2013 Fiat 500 Sport used for $12.9K. They were looking to clear out the 2013's. Brandon showed me the Fiats and was pushing me towards a new car. I hesitated because I knew that you never buy a new car. You always go used because you can usually get a better deal that route. Brandon tells me that the sales manager would bend over backwards to make deals happen. We decide on a 2013 Fiat 500 Pop. He starts to work the the deal. The first two rounds of their "four square" method of selling cars is usually more than you need to pay. I pull out the True Car app and show they what I should be paying for their car. I even offered to take a loss on my Honda, knowing it had a little dent on the passenger side that would cost about $500 to fix. I left that day because I was at lunch and I had already been at the dealership an hour and half. Brandon communicated me via text the next few days. He even offered an extra $500 off as an incentive to come down and pull the trigger on buying the Fiat. I appreciated the fact that he was not pushy and did go out of his way to seal the deal. I finally agreed if he tinted the windows for free, I would pull the trigger. He tells me to do the financing paperwork online and he would have everything ready at noon the next day. I walk in and the paperwork takes 20 minutes and I was finished. He did not have the Fiat in the color I agreed upon. He gave me a 2014 loaner, which was nice. I drove that thing around for over a week before my car came in from Dallas. Brandon was always keeping me updated as to what was going on with the transport of the car from Dallas. The deciding factor for me going with these guys is the fact that they offered a Lifetime Powertrain warranty as long as I owned the car. Plus, there was road side assist for at least 4 years. I appreciated the fact that Brandon was friendly, professional and was not pushy at all. I liked the fact that he was quite familiar with the aftermarket parks available for the Fiats. I have been driving the Fiat for almost 3 weeks now and I am quiet impressed. I am a convert from Honda now. read more

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Fiat of Austin and I am very happy with my purchase and experience. Brandon Grebe was my salesperson and I thought he was great and did a great job managing the sale. He and the sales manager were conscientious of my budget and although there was some negotiating, they made me an offer I was willing to accept for a vehicle I really wanted. In the end I feel like I paid a fair price for a really great car. In addition, the facilities are nice and all the staff I dealt with were courteous and friendly. The only cons were one of the headlights fogged up the first time I washed the car (just a day or two after purchase). They said they were not aware of this problem when they sold the vehicle and they would not cover the cost of replacement. The fogging was inconsistent (needed the right environmental circumstances I guess) so it's plausible they were not aware of this and the manufacturer replaced the headlamp assembly under warranty so with a little leg work it was not an issue. Second, the out the door detailing was almost non-existent. The outside wasn't washed and the interior was barely wiped down. While the interior was really clean to begin with and the car appears to have been well taken care of, there were some white fingerprint marks (in a black interior) that were a little less visible but much of the interior wasn't touched and it wasn't vacuumed. In my opinion a car purchase is a long term commitment and these were fleeting inconveniences. Oh, and another real perk in the pro column... the vehicle came with a powertrain warranty for as long as I own the car. To me that's a huge commitment on their part and gives me some peace of mind. Bottom line, if they have a vehicle that you are interested in I would highly recommend checking out Fiat of Austin. I can see why they have earned so many sales awards. read more

Great transaction, I stated my price for my existing car, they met it, I selected a new car and was out of there in an hour including financing (Kristen was great). Jose Hernandez made the whole thing happen. I'm usually not a very good customer from a car dealership perspective. Jose knows how and when to listen, a very valuable trait in any profession, but especially in sales. As to the car, this is my third Fiat. I love the handling and comfort both on long (especially the 500L) and short trips. Around Austin, it is absolutely the perfect car- great visibility, small enough to handle the multitude of narrow streets, very easy to park in tight places, plenty of power, and very good gas mileage. read more

I am rating my experience as a 5 star BUT that was the end result. We had quite a few upsets on our journey to get there. First off, I requested information about specific vehicles on line a couple of times and never received the information I was looking for, I would however get calls and emails asking me to come in to discuss. I wanted to make sure the trip was worth my time but I did ended driving up there and my sales person was Omar. It was a cold rainy evening and while he was very nice he offered to let us browse the inventory on line rather than go outside to look at the cars. He did not let us drive a car and would not even get keys to let us look at the interiors. After about an hour we gave up and left. I was immediately contacted by the GM Lisa who was awesome! She gave my complaint its deserved attention and set me up with Brandon whom both my husband and I worked with via text and email for a couple weeks before we finally went back in. The day I had the time set aside to come get my new car Brandon was booked with other customers so he handed us over to Teofil. I was a little hesitant to work with someone other than Brandon but we gave him a shot and we could not have been more pleased with the experience. Teofil was so easy going that I felt like I was doing business with a friend. Even though I went there knowing what car I wanted, once i got there I ended up boucing back and forth between several vehicles and spent 6 hours deliberating. Never once did we get any sense of frustration or feeling of being rushed. Teofil ran around getting us all the answers we needed and wanted to help us make our decision. I have purchased several cars in the past and have has decent experiences but Teofil provided the best experience by far! His sense of honesty and transparency is admirable and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a no hassle, no stress car shopping experience. First of all please let me thank your staff. After months of research and shopping online found the car we wanted at your dealership. The fact that it had the warranty was the tipping point over our local cars, but the biggest reason I jumped on a plane and flew 563 miles to buy the car was your sales team! I sent a request for information about the car on a Saturday night and within a minute got a text from Danielle. The response was so fast that I thought it was an autobot response instead of a real person, but I was wrong. From that point on, she stayed in contact with me and answered any crazy question that I could come up with. After several days decided that this was the car we wanted and was immediately contacted by Mario who walked me through the process and overnighted the paperwork to me. On top of making it painless he shopped for the best rates and plans to suit us and found one lower than originally agreed on! When I told him that I would be flying in, he insisted on having a car and driver pick me up from the airport. I would expect this had I been looking at one of the Alphas and not a used Mercedes for a fraction of the price, but again the entire staff treated me exactly the same. Josh, who was also awesome, brought me to the dealership to finish the paperwork. Before hitting the long drive home, Mario had the car checked one more time and filled up with gas. That was above and beyond anything I could possibly expect. All that I can say here is that this was the best customer service that I have seen in as long as I can remember. This morning I went to the Austin Fiat dealership and was told that they would look at the charging cord for my Fiat 500E. The cord started malfunctioning not too long ago. After 4 hours of waiting I was told that they would not abide to the warranty and would not replace the cord. Since leaving the dealership I have spent well over 2 hours going back and forth on the phone with Fiats corporate level customer service as well as the Austin Fiat dealership. Corporate had agreed with me that the cord is under warrant and should be replace but after they spoke to the dealership they now have changed their minds. Their reasoning is not a malfunctioning cord but rather every charging area I have used (I have used 4 different locations with the same results) is the problem and not the cord. They are choosing to disregard the facts which prove that the facilities used have the ability to charge cars considering one of the locations was Tesla. Speaking to the dealership over the phone also proves to make the employees resemble a keyboard warrior because they jumped their tone up and seemed incapable of talking professionally. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life however I am determined to have this matter resolved. Never have I heard of a dealership ignoring the warranty of their vehicles. If you wont follow it then REMOVE IT from the warranty and your website. read more

Redemption Austin continued to keep in contact with me and make sure I was happy and ok and wanted to process my refund. I had lots of things going on, and wasn't able to reach out to him right away - but he kept at it and made sure I was not forgotten just because I wasn't causing a stink. Then, when things finally calmed down, I realized my engine was rattling while idling at lights - w AC on. Crank the AC and it went away. The low settings, which is what is needed right now - rattle. AND I went through a drive through and hit the down button on the window, while reaching for $ so the window went ALL the way down for the 1st time in quite some time. CLUNK. Roll back up....CLUNK. Figured, now as good a time as any to ask about these things to see if it was something I could fix myself, or look into and or give Fiat of Austin Service another chance. I emailed Austin and he immediately said, I will come get your Fiat, fix any issues, and bring it back to you before you leave for work, and will refund your Oil change when I do. We set a date and he came and got it. When he showed up with the car later on that day, it was shiny and pretty and new. He had them detail it for me! Not only did he fix my most recent problem in record time, he was also addressing the original problem and resolving it. He went so far above and beyond its quite frankly downright amazing. He restored my faith in humanity and more importantly in the Customer Service at Fiat of Austin Service Department. He genuinely cares, and I will be back due to his dogged and continued attempts to make things right. Highly suggest trying them out and if it is not exactly what you expected contact Austin. He is incredible. REALLY! The ONE thing they can improve on and I am giving one less star for is I do still get the automate emails occassionally - and got a postcard saying the Fiat was due for service, and here is a coupon....and would I like to purchase an extended warranty. Pay attention. I just got the oil changed. The coupon would have been nice to use....and I have the warranty. Little things, but it makes a difference. read more

Bought a 34,000 cadillac xts that was online. Showed up and it had been used as a demo by an employee. It had been driven over 2,000 miles. It needed to be washed (it was dirty), aligned and oil changed. Salesman couldn't answer a single question about the vehicle. My request was that I wanted this small stuff done in order to buy. Salesman did everything he could to talk me out of oil change saying sticker on window was when they had it done not when it needed to be done again. Which I believe was a lie. He even took sticker and wouldnt give it back. He agrees to align and wash and assures me he will gas up. I get in it to leave and notice he put half a tank of gas in it. After I waited hours for them to prep car after it had been driven by an employee. I ask him about it since he didnt volunteer that they only put in half a tank after assuring me 2 to 3 times he would gas up. He says "its a cost thing" and I'm blown away as I just bought a $34k car and put 5k down...and they couldnt fill it with $2 gas a gallon. Gas is the cheapest it has EVER been. The crap he gave me as an excuse not to fill up was so odd. He tells me they normally only give a quarter of a tank in cars. Thats crazy. Horrible thank you to the customers in my opinion. read more

They refused repairs for our Fiat as well. WARNING Stay away from this place no matter what. My daughter had an accident on her birthday while celebrating in Austin. She is ok but my little Fiat was not drivable. Due to my previous experience with Fiat in Fort Worth and the assurance that this place would have all the parts needed to do repairs in a timely manner, of course I thought this would be an excellent choice. Timeline of events: Friday night- car towed to overnight drop off area. Saturday morning- car sits, NOT touched. Monday- "its first in line to be seen." NOT touched. Tuesday- finally seen and estimates were worth getting my insurance involved. "We will go ahead and start working on it since your daughter is stranded." **REALLY??** I thought they had been working on it already!! Wednesday- my insurance adjuster issues a check for repairs and leaves it in their office. "Car will be ready by end of business on Friday." By this time my daughter and boyfriend decided it's time to come home. Boyfriend leaves a 1 review without comment and Austin the service manager calls boyfriend yelling and questioning why the review.... it gets better! He threatens boyfriend by saying that if the review is not removed the car will not get repaired!!..... it gets better! Austin then calls me yelling about boyfriends review, I was speechless! What did this guy want me to do?.... give him a half star and a detailed description of why he earned it?? I called Customer Care to ask and file a complaint, and the person I spoke with was in disbelief so she called Austin to verify his threat. He admitted to it ..... it gets better!!!!...... he added "your car will be ready for pickup in one hour and you have 48 hrs to get your car off my property, after that I will charge you storage fees." He refused service after already having a check in hand. Courtney Farrar, a parts advisor, was absolutely terrible. I tried calling to get a spare key made and she was not having it. Polite as my phone voice was, Courtney's tone was pointed and rushed. I kindly asked her to reach out to the company I have paying for the key and she abruptly tells me " I won't call them. They have to call me"... OK, first of all CHILL. I can have that done, it's literally just a phone call. I have the company call Courtney's direct phone line, but she is so unwilling to help and, although I have them contact her, there was no resolve. She didn't budge. So at this point, I'm furious. WE HAVE THE PAYMENT READY, yet Courtney is unwilling to accept it for whatever personal reason. She didn't even bother to call me back. I had to call back. I don't know where she gets being so rude from, but it's certainly not acceptable or appreciated in this field of work. I called back and spoke to Cassandra and let her know about my dissatisfaction with Courtney. I was ready to take my business elsewhere, however Cassandra is helpful and willing to listen. She tells me that they will call the 3rd party paying for the key and get this sorted out. Courtney still had to email me my receipt and even her emails were vapid. When I arrived to pick up my key, Courtney hands me the new key and tells me that I have to pay to get it programmed. WHAT? With all the straight to the point emails she had sent me, she never once mentioned that I would also have to have it programmed for an additional fee, which meant getting my 3rd party re-involved. All it would have taken was a simple explanation via email, but she neglects to inform me. I legit thought that after we had paid the $175 for the key we were ready, set, go! Nope. There's an addition $73 fee to program it. Whomp, whomp, whomp. The price was not the issue, but Courtney's complete lack of communication was deplorable. This was my first experience with Fiat Austin and it truly deserved a one star review due to Courtney's salty attitude. However, I'll give credit where it's due and Cassandra shined through. Also, Craig in parts was very helpful and was able to speedily process the new payment for processing and had me on my way. If I have to get another part from this FIAT, I'll again request to work around Courtney or find another place. read more

We were already pre approved with funds but it took 2 days to get a response so obviously they didn't want to sell the car. We took our business else where. I suggest you do the same. It sucks losing a car in a wreck. It also sucks having to rent a car for weeks after the other insurance company stops cover. The last stress you want is the hard task of car shopping and getting bombarded by salesmen. I was shopping around and went into Fiat of Austin after liking the Fiat 500L I had been given as a rental. I had stopped at Carmax looking for used cars closer in price before I went to Fiat of Austin, lets just say... I went to Fiat, fell in love with a 500 Pop, left after a late night to think it over, then returned to get my car, and STILL have no heard from the other dealership that was supposed to transfer a car for me to test drive. Clearly you can see where first the communication between FIAT of Austin and it's customers start. Jesse was awesome. We went in, undecided, and left the first night still debating it. However, Jesse the entire time was patient and willing to listen to what we wanted. Also he was incredibly personable the entire time. Turns out we have pretty similar stories going on. Also It was incredibly nice to come in Saturday Morning and have Jesse even remember what drinks my fiance and I had the day before. I can barely get my waiters at restaurants to do that. Theres also the nice fact that someone who has only recently come to Austin, that they also do the registration on your car for you. I was stressing over this detail, trying to collect ever piece of information I needed and having huge anxiety attack after UPS lost a lot of it. Getting married in a month on top of that, who has time for any of that, Fiat of Austin takes care of that. They took a huge weight off my shoulders, and I finally am mobile again. Horrible ! I bought a 2014 500L brand new from the lot there and the past couple of years I have had issue after issue. I take it in, expressing my concerns, my car is kept a few days, and I get told we couldn't find anything wrong. I drive away frustrated every single time. I mean what's the point in taking my car there when I am always being told nothing is wrong. I've had my transmission replaced, my ac serviced 5xs, my backup camera works when it wants, so does my radio, the burning smell...- they got an answer for that but not a solution. I have stalled out in the middle of the highway...my gears go out...it's something new every freakin month. I don't feel safe in this car. I regret trading my car in for this! Maybe it's just me but if you want a headache and waste your hard earn dollar- buy a fiat. Hell buy mine! read more

Absolutely the worst customer service in any service department that I have ever experienced. All four times that my FIAT has been brought, or towed, in for service something new was wrong with the car when I picked it up. These problems ranged from electrical issues, rattling in the engine because covers weren't replaced properly, and in my last pick-up there was a foot-long crack in my windshield that they take no responsibility for. This is after they could not locate my car on their lot three days after it was left in the service department lot despite two calls made in advance to give notice that the car would be delivered by myself and the tow company after hours. Twice, they said it would be no problem, but not taking care of a customer's car that in their service lot seems to be a pretty significant problem. In all of my interactions with the Austin FIAT service department they have placed blame on either the tow company or the customer for issues with my car found upon pick-up, immediately after it has been in their care, taking no responsibility for shoddy or reckless work. I plan to sell my FIAT simply because the service department, which is the only option for a FIAT under warranty in Austin, is so awful. I certainly would recommend NOT purchasing a FIAT in Austin for the same reason. Save yourself time and immense frustration. read more

They were fine when selling me my new fiat but service/parts on the other hand is lacking. My fiat is making a weird noise behind the dash board so attempt to schedule an appointment to have it looked at and the next available appointment is over 2 weeks away! I'm sorry but I don't think 2 weeks is an acceptable time frame. I also stopped by the parts department while I was getting my oil changed to get some touch up paint to fix some rock chips to my hood. I was told that they didn't have the paint on hand and it would have to be ordered from Dallas so they could have it here (at this fiat dealership) tomorrow. I informed them that it's an hour and a half drive one way for me to come back to the dealership again tomorrow, I asked if they could mail it directly to me or send it to a Mopar/Chrysler dealer closer to me. I was told that neither option was possible and they didn't make any suggestions or options that would be available. So pretty much I'm SOL. Once my 3yr/36,000 free service is over, I will never return here. The customer service is horrible. read more

Although I sold my Fiat a few months ago, this is my last therapeutic release to rid me of all the horrible Fiat of Austin juju. My experience started off strong: a great buying experience in 2012 and fine service when it was over at Nyles Maxwell. Then the problems started. The car started turning off after it started, which was not a big deal because it always kept running the second time that I started it. Service department said it was a simple software update, and they would let me know when the update was available. I waited a few months, calling in periodically to see if the update had been developed. Nope. Okay, no problem. But I started to get nervous as the months passed because I needed to upgrade to a bigger car as our family was growing. I knew I couldn't sell a car that turned off as soon as you started it. Called Austin, the service manager, to express my concern over the update that was taking MONTHS, and instead of an explanation or a word of comfort, he rose his voice and said something to the effect of, "if there's not an update yet, what do you want me to do about it?!!" Well, that was a surprising way to try to assuage my concerns. Waited another month or so before calling corporate, who assured me that the update was readily available. They said they'd call the service department in Austin to make sure they knew how to get the update, and that I should expect to hear from someone within a day or two. I didn't hear from anyone. The corporate Fiat people called to check in and were surprised no one from service had phoned. She must have called them and reminded them to call me, because I finally did make an appointment and got the (what-should-have-been-simple) update. The best part is that, some time in the early months of waiting for the update, we went to test drive the 500 X, and when the sales manager came back with a low-ball offer for my Fiat Pop, he said it was because of the starter glitch...ha! He low-balled me on the glitch that was a simple software update that they wouldn't get around to fixing. After I sold the car (3.5 years of owning) I fully expected a refund on the warranty (5 year extended), and when I got the notice in the mail that said $0, I called in to talk to someone and ended up talking to a financial manager who rose his voice and asked me how I expected him to change the state legislation that caused the new law to take effect. Also talked over me and when I asked him to let me finish told me that I had already wasted enough of their time...I hung up appalled. I could give a few more examples, but I think you get the gist. I enjoyed my cute little Fiat, but the MANAGERS spoke over me, condescended to me, mansplained, and honestly bullied me at every turn. It's several months later, and I still think about it sometimes and get worked up. The funny thing is, the other workers were pretty awesome! There were guys in the service department who would go over and above to make my experience great: changing little light bulbs or replacing little parts, or whatever. But the managers were bullies: I have never been treated so poorly in a customer service setting. Good riddance, Fiat of Austin. That was a disappointing ride. read more

What a waste of time dealing with these people. Don't even bother at this dealership.

These guys are the time-share shady geezers of the car industry. Worse than any used car salespeople. They send out scratch cards to trick people into thinking they've won $25,000 and/or a car but in the end it's just a shady trick to get them to come to the dealership where they are given the hard-sell and squeezed for their personal information. They employ a third-party "marketing" firm to do this work and they actively target the people more likely to be intimidated or duped by this - like your Grandmother or young adults. Avoid them like the plague and tell everyone about how shady and unprofessional they are. I'm never buying a Fiat now. read more

I bought a 2015 Fiat 500 from Nyle Maxwell Fiat. I took it in many times for repairs which was covered under warranty. Just before it was about to exceed the warranty I took it in again for the same problem. While it was being repaired we were approached by a salesman who put on a "full court press". We decided rather than keep dealing with the same problem to buy a 2018 Fiat 500. During the negotiations we were told that the first oil change would be free so we scheduled the appointment for July 13, 2019. I drove my Fiat from Georgetown, Texas to Nyle Maxwell expecting to get a free oil change when I was told that I couldn't have been told that since they don't offer that on any of their vehicles. After talking to a couple of very rude managers I said that I would just take my car back to Georgetown and pay for an oil change. One of them said, "Well, since you're here it would be cheaper and quicker if you just let us do it." I told him that I would gladly pay for someone else to do it who won't lie to me. I suspect that many new car buyers have been tricked into this. I will never buy another vehicle from them and will tell anyone who will listen to me the same. I fell in love with the Fiat when I rented one in the summer of 2011. On New Year's Day 2012, I decided to test drive one, and drove home with a Fiat 500 Sport that day. Fast forward 5 years, and I still loved my car. But I drove onto the Fiat Austin lot yesterday -- and "what to my wondering eyes did appear?!" A low mileage 2015 Fiat 500 Turbo! In my same (favorite) color. A few minutes of discussing, and quick test drive (yes -- the Turbo IS amazing) and a good quote on both my trade-in and a great service contract.... and there's a new Fiat in my driveway! The warranty work was always been amazing (they replace headlights for free!) -- and really easy to get appointments. Happy to have renewed my relationship with them for at least another 5 years! read more

Very good customer service! They were having a red tag event. I decided to go try one out and see if they could work with me. The had a base model Fiat 500 Pop brand new in yellow. The only color I wanted. To look at was yellow! The base model has cloth seats... But electric windows, locks, hands free phone, rear window defogger and windshield wiper, cruise control, sport button and the ability to drive like a stick or automatic AND beats audio system... Oh no window tint. So cloth seats and no window tint are small things to live without in comparison to the other base features. The space inside is bigger than you would think. The back seat is a little small but I've had 3 adults in the car with no complaints. My friends 5 year old daughter loves it and is totally comfortable. What I love about my car is that it's not so small that you feel at risk... But I can get in and out of tight places with ease. The dealership staff is very friendly and offer free coffee, water and computers to use while you wait. Oh! They have a charging station for electronic devices such as phone /tablet chargers! read more
