    This is about the best and easiest time I've had at a dealership. The sales and financial teams are very professional, didn't try to over sell me, and were just pleasant to be around. My salesman was Josh Folmar, I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy (and already have). Purchased a 2019 Canyon, and couldn't be happier. Thanks to all the staff and have a Merry Christmas.

    I've had an exceptional first time car shopping experience with Chad today! Everyone has been super friendly and we are very satisfied with our purchase. I am confident our new vehicle will perform great and this dealership will be with us for years to come. EDIT: I wanted to add more to my review. I did write the initial review in the dealership while waiting for my car stuff to be finalized, and I was offered a chance to enter a raffle for liking them on Facebook, doing reviews, etc. I was not given incentives to say nice things though! I really do mean them, let me elaborate: I came in to see Marc Decker initially, as he is a friend of my family. Mom recommended I check this dealership out just for him! When I arrived, he wasn't available, so he had Mr. Chad Montey (see: charming photo) help me out. Chad was really funny and great to work with, and did his best to help with my situation. Francisco handled my credit and financial stuff very well! I could tell he worked hard to get me approved and get me the best deal. He was also very funny and made an otherwise stressful experience quite pleasant. I was so nervous about buying a car but he really made it easy for me. Marc Smith, the Sales Manager, even emailed me a few days later to check in, which I really appreciate. Chad has also stayed in touch and been very helpful with a variety of matters pertaining to my situation. I definitely feel like Nyle Maxwell GMC will continue to stay engaged with me throughout the lifetime of my ownership with this vehicle and then some, not as if they want to drop off now that I've completed my purchase. I will say I'm surprised by negative reviews, but negativity breeds negativity, folks! I must assume that the reviewer had some hand in the negative experience. I found everyone at this dealership to be professional and kind, with genuine interest in my needs. I am confident that if and when I need service for my car, that they will take excellent care of me. Thanks again!

    Walked in with unsure about a purchase and were blown away by the no pressure service. Jackie (sales) Josh (manager) and Alex (finance) were outstanding. Ended up purchasing a new truck, easiest experience I've ever had at any dealer.

    Previous visits we always good here. This time the financial lady was pushy and put us thru with their GMAC bank after we asked her not to, but to wait til we could see what our bank says. She was cocky stating that we wouldn't find a better deal. Indeed we did, by a lot too. So we had to redo all our paperwork again. Then had to take the truck right In cause the steering wheel was pulling to the left. Service place had it almost 4 hours and did nothing. Now there is a deep scratch on the mirror and the check engine light is on. They are wanting us to bring it in and they don't have a loaner to give us. My other car is in the shop for hail damage. WE HAVE NOTHING TO DRIVE. This place has put such an inconvenience in our lives right now. I dont know what we are going to do. Don't buy from here. They lie, have no respect for your property, and screw you over royally. Highly dont recommend.

We have reached out multiple times to Ashton in finance, Elmer in sales, and even Mark the general manager--none have responded. Our lender confirmed they have received nothing from the dealership. Yet, the general manager, Mark seems to have plenty of a time replying to reviews here on Google if he thinks they can get the dealership a sale. At this point, it appears the issue is being ignored rather than resolved. We are now escalating through formal channels. Buyers should be cautious do not sign any of their contracts unless additional packages have been removed accordingly. ***AVOID ROUND ROCK TOYOTA***

    I brought my vehicle in because it would not start. I was told it needed a battery, so I had the…read morebattery replaced and also paid for an oil change. There were no overheating issues or coolant leaks before bringing it in. After picking up my vehicle and driving home, it overheated on that same drive. I checked and found that the coolant was low. This is after paying for a service that advertises a multi-point inspection, which clearly was not performed. I had to tow the vehicle back at my own expense. At that point, I was told the technician was new and had not topped off fluids or completed the inspection. Shortly after, that explanation changed to "it's due to age and mileage," and the dealership refused to take any responsibility. Let's be clear: The vehicle was returned to me in an unsafe condition, without proper fluids, after a service that should have included basic checks. It overheated immediately after leaving. That is not a coincidence. Because of this, I was without my vehicle for 14 days, paid for a second tow, and was then charged over $3,000 for a radiator that failed after the overheating incident. The fact that they admitted the technician didn't perform routine checks, and still refused to take accountability, says everything about how this place operates. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before bringing your vehicle here.

    Let me start by putting my bias out front: I hate the dealership experience. I hate the upselling…read morewhen you get in front of the finance manager and the strategic//infuriating waiting they make you do when they have "ask their manager" anything. I hate this so much that I've bought my last two cars from Carvana simply because I wouldn't have to speak to anyone. I find the stereotypical car-buying experience (new and, especially, used) to be unnecessarily stressful and taxing. Today, this has changed. When I found a slightly better deal locally than I did on Carvana, I took the plunge. From the beginning, Angela was super helpful and responsive. She didn't insist on talking on the phone and was happy to text details, which is infinitely more manageable during the workweek. When it came time to make the trek to Austin e Autos, Angela let me know that she would be off that day and handed off the deal to Isaac. Isaac is the best. Isaac put us through the paces of letting us test drive, then talking numbers. At no point did the numbers they advertised ever change. I came in with pre-approval through USAA, and they did not push me toward in-house financing. This has never happened to me before. They usually push that really hard. Once the numbers were agreed upon, we were handed over to Stephanie for the paper signing. This was equally painless, and there was no push to buy extended warranties, wheel insurance, GAP, etc, etc, etc. The numbers we discussed with Isaac were the exact numbers we signed off on with Stephanie. Incredibly painless, transparent, and honest process. My wife loves her car, and I am very impressed by the buying experience. If you're in the market for a used EV, look here first. All the stars. The latter is important as it demonstrates to me that he's more about being helpful and building trust than he is about selling me things I don't need. I haven't purchased a vehicle from Steven, but knew of him and his dealership, so I asked him about some automotive issues I had: I had to replace two things on my vehicle: a very expensive HID headlight and a passenger side mirror that got sideswiped and demolished. I prefer to do things myself if it's easy enough and won't kill the vehicle. The headlight would've cost nearly $2,000 to have someone else get the part and replace it. Steven helped me locate a reasonably-priced used headlight that I installed myself and saved $1,700. The side mirror was surprisingly more involved than the headlight, and was harder to find a replacement. Parts and labor at other places were running around $800. Steven was able to find a used part and installed it in about 15 minutes. On that one he saved me around $650. My situations in which he's helped me are a bit different than buying from him, and maybe people don't often ask him about parts as much as they do about buying from his inventory, but in both cases that I've reached out to him on his opinions and expertise he's been above board and honest, as well as taking my expressed concerns into consideration. He's never tried to sell me on something I didn't need or up charge me when he could save me money. That speaks volumes, and he's earned my trust. I'd highly recommend checking out Steven and Hip Motors if you're looking for a car or have auto issues!

I was tired of looking around at used cars since I had been looking for 2.5 months, trying to make sure I did not buy an unsafe car. This car has a seat belt that does not work, does not have a wheel lock, turn signal does not work and does not have a manual. I am sure I will uncover more things about the car that was withheld from me during my initial meeting with Steven. He told me when I purchased the car that they top off all of the fluids when they get cars in and inspect them before selling them. The 2nd day I had the car, I noticed a warning light was on. I took it to a auto store and they said the washer fluid was low. I purchased 2 gallons of washer fluid and it took 1.5 gallons. So Steven is now an untruthful person, because there is no way they could top off the fluids when it needed that much washer fluid. Save your money and the aggravation, if you have any issues after the sale and buy from an honest dealer that sells cars that are safe to drive. Don't buy a car from him or the guy he shares a building with Josh at Centexsi.com.

    I visited this AutoZone around 11 a.m. today, possibly a little after, and the experience was very…read moredisappointing. From the moment I walked in, no one greeted me or acknowledged me. I spent time walking the aisles trying to figure out which product would be best for the odor coming through my car vents, but no one asked if I needed help or if I was finding everything okay. While I was in the store, one employee at the register stood watching me, but not in a way that felt helpful or welcoming. It felt more like I was being watched instead of assisted. At the front of the store, another employee, who may have been in a leadership role but I am not certain, was tossing an object in the air and acting in a way that came across as unprofessional in front of customers. When I finally walked up to the counter, no one greeted me. No one said hello, asked how I was doing, or asked whether I found everything okay. I had to speak first and ask how they were doing just to get any acknowledgment at all. The cashier, a short Black woman with curly hair in a red shirt, started scanning my items without saying anything to me. At that point, I said that I had a question. My question was directed to the employee at the front who had been tossing the object in the air. Instead of responding professionally or asking what I needed help with, he gave me a very rude and unwelcoming look. He did not say, "What is your question?" or "How can I help you?" The look on his face came across like I was bothering him just by asking. It was dismissive, unprofessional, and uncomfortable enough that I decided not to ask my question at all and simply said, "Never mind." What made the experience even more disappointing is that I have had better visits at this location before. There is another employee there, a tall Black man who has usually been helpful during past visits, but this time he did not offer any help either and seemed to go along with the same unprofessional atmosphere. It is unfortunate that the experience at this location seems to depend on who is working that day. Customer service should be consistent, and that was not the case during this visit. Because of how uncomfortable and unwelcome I felt, I chose to leave and take my business to O'Reilly Auto Parts instead.
