Despite how backed up with work they had due to island wide damage from this last storm, they were also very accommodating with scheduling given my concerns about the needs to have the fence replaced before the remains of my old fence caused damage if another storm hits. From beginning to end, my experience with Supreme Fencing has been exemplary. Erika kept me up to date and answered every question I had immediately, with cheer and enthusiasm. She's a great asset to Supreme Fencing and contributed greatly to my fantastic experience hiring them. The work crew arrived on schedule and worked HARD through a very hot and humid two days to demolish my old fence and put up a new vinyl fence and gate. Their foreman and crew were very friendly and despite the conditions worked nonstop and sounded like they had fun doing it. They were perfectionists in how they tackled the project, filling me in each step on what they had planned to do and how they planned to do it, and made sure everything was done with my needs in mind, and a flawless end result as the goal. Requested HECO to come out and discovered the 100 amp breaker melted the plastic behind it and basically fell apart. Requested an electrician on Memorial Day and Johny responded very quickly and came out right away. Obviously checked the reviews prior to requesting him. Anyways, by just providing him a picture he could tell just the breaker needed replacing instead of the whole panel, which would've costed thousands. Johny is super knowledgeable and friendly. He ended up checking all my breakers and if there were any overload. Basically made sure everything is safe and up to par. Got everything done within an hour including having HECO come back to reenergize my house. Everything is back to normal again. So thank you very much Johny and Grand Hawaii Electric. And the color options, both in stock & ordering, are quite extensive. I ended up including some industrial pipe pieces that I was using for barn door handles. I have told everyone, including other trades people coming through, people commenting on the rack after seeing it on a Zoom call, friends, etc. & no one had any idea about this finish option. They will also pick-up/deliver your items. A finish date was promised & it was completed several days before. I couldn't be happier with the finished product!
