What an amazing experience! I've been to the one in Pointe Orlando, but didn't remember it being this fancy! My guest and I got a bowl of Lobster Bisque each, a crab Cake to share, the Prime roll sushi and a twice baked potato. We shared everything, but it was still so much food! The soup was rich and dense, but extremely delicious! The crab cake was tasty with the slaw. The crab cake was delicious, and not overly breaded. The sushi roll was fantastic! The beef carpaccio on top really gave it elegance! The service was great and the team was very attentive! This was a lovely and fancy last night in Boston!

We were a party of 10 that made reservations for a birthday celebration. The restaurant gets very crowded, so reservations are highly recommended. The inside is dark and a maze to find your table, restrooms, etc. The food took a while to arrive, but everything tasted great! I enjoyed a lemon martini, the lobster roll and saved room for the butter cake! All delicious!

Excellent experience at Ocean Prime. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and perfectly prepared -- especially the oysters, hamachi crudo, and nigiri flight. Service by Hector was professional, attentive, and smooth without being intrusive. Great atmosphere, top-quality seafood, and overall a true high-end dining experience in Boston.

Everything was incredible except my steak, and since that was the main dish, I gave it 3 stars. I would like to shout out our server Frank out, he was so attentive, helpful, and overall made our experience better. What we ordered: -The cocktails: 10/10, expensive but beautiful presentations and tasty, my favorite was berries and bubbles. -Goat cheese ravioli: 10/10, 6 total, very delicious in a lemon cream with peppers and mushrooms -Bread basket: 8/10, pretzels were a little firm but everything tasted great and we loved the butter -Dynamite Roll, 9/10: good size for sharing, felt very fresh -14oz NY Strip *Oscar Style*(boyfriends): 10/10, cooked perfectly, Oscar style comes with Bernadine sauce, asparagus, topped with crab and Hollandaise sauce -16 oz ribeye (mine): 1/10, chewy, overcooked, couldn't appreciate any flavor because it was so painful to chew. -Sides: whipped garlic mash 10/10, Gouda tater tots 6/10 (could have bought these as frozen cheese curds at the grocery store) -Butter cake: 10/10, beautiful presentation, absolutely delicious.

Our waiter & service was fantastic. Food was presented beautifully. Everything was delicious. We started with Tuna Tartare and a selection of warm breads. Our entrees were fabulous. Sea scallops with sweet pea risotto, and rib steak for my husband. It was a wonderful meal!

I previously went to ocean prime a few years ago and had a great experience and service. Previously I had gluten free scallops with risotto. This time I went and did not have the same experience. We were seated outside as a table of 5. We all got the special dinner menu that was a salad/soup, entree and dessert. I ordered first and asked for the house salad, filet mignon, and then sorbet for dessert. When asking about which dessert was safer there was some uncertainty on the ice cream vs sorbet( as that line said gluten friendly). When our food came out, I could instantly tell that the potato that came with the meal were fried. My friends meal on the other hand had no potato but the vegetable she had asked for. We called our server over and he realized he messed up both of our meals and one friend spoke up to ask are you sure it's gluten free to which our server said it should be. Are you okay with cross contamination? I said I was not, as I had celiac and they remade my meal. As soon as they messed up our meals knowing I had an allergy I expected more from the service. I didn't feel the certainty that my meal was allergen free. It was also sad to have a steak with no alternative to the fried potatoes & not given an option to substitute mashed potatoes or fruit, etc. I was disappointed with our overall service and the safety when it comes to my allergy.

Overall an up scale restaurant that had its good and bad dishes. King crab dish: market price was about $150. For such an expensive dish, it severely disappointed. The crab was dry and overcooked. Flavor was lackluster at best. Came with a few sticks of asparagus and potatoes Lobster bisque: creamy and smooth. However the broth and lobster ratio was not proportionate. At the end I was left with too much broth that tasted a bit too salty without anything to balance it out Crème brûlée: the only dish I'd go back for. Supreme texture and perfect level of sweetness and flavor

In my 10 years of living in the United States, this is, without a doubt, the finest service I have ever experienced--truly in a league of its own! What moved me most was not just the food, but the heart behind the service. The moment the server noticed that one of our dishes remained untouched, he gently approached us with genuine concern, asking if everything was to our liking. I explained that after 10 days of traveling, we had simply reached our limit with seafood. Even so, he didn't hesitate. With grace and sincerity, he insisted on removing the dish from our bill, not because we asked, but because he cared! On another occasion, I visited for a business lunch and ordered the sea bass. The server was aware that I only had 30 minutes to dine, and the entire experience was executed with remarkable efficiency--seamless, precise, and without a single unnecessary moment. Every detail was handled with an acute awareness of time, as if each second truly mattered. That level of attentiveness was something I deeply admired!

One of the best restaurants in seaport. The service and food is always great. I would advise to always make a reservation as they can get very busy. Even if you have a reservation there is always usually a bit of a wait time. For an app I got a Caesar salad and point Judith calamari. Both were amazing! I got the filet and it was cooked perfectly and tender. I got a side of béarnaise sauce and it was good but overpriced for what it was. The warm butter cake was so delicious, melts in your mouth. The restaurant itself is clean and classy. You can't ever go wrong !

The service was wonderful, we walked in without a reservation and were accommodated quickly. The truffle popcorn they serve with drinks was great. We sampled some of the potato dishes and filets. Everything was delicious

Prime Roll ($26) - Tempura Shrimp, Cream Cheese, Scallion, Beef Carpaccio Boyfriend: 10/10 * Me: 7.5/10 -- Rich, indulgent, and beautifully balanced. Creamy Clam Chowder ($12 cup) - Littleneck Clams, Smoked Bacon, Oyster Crackers 8/10 -- Needed more bacon flavor and seasoning; wished for more clams, but still better than Legal Seafood. Blackened Snapper ($57) - Corn Spoon Bread, Swiss Chard, Corn Emulsion 8/10 -- First fish was overcooked (they insisted on remaking it), and I'm so glad they did. The second was incredibly moist. The corn spoon bread pairing is unreal, and I usually don't even like snapper. Ahi Tuna ($54) - Mango, Avocado, Cashews, Spicy Sesame Soy Glaze 9/10 -- Fresh and flavorful, but could've used a bit more citrus to brighten it up. Bacon Creamed Spinach ($16) 8/10 -- Very bacon-forward, slightly salty, but delicious. Warm Butter Cake ($20) - Fresh Berries, Vanilla Ice Cream, Raspberry Sauce 7/10 -- Good, but not mind-blowing. Overall: Definitely expensive and a lot overpriced, but the atmosphere is upscale, business-chic, and perfect for a special date night especially if you get a back room. The waitstaff is truly next level: incredibly personable, attentive, and genuinely invested in the guest experience not robotic at all. One of the best service experiences I've had in a long time.

It was a Sunday night and we didn't feel like going far for a meal. That's when we put the voucher to use as the Capiz is in the lobby of the hotel. We went for an early dinner. Walking into the restaurant, no one was there to greet us and there was no host stand. Finally, a server (who also turned out to be our server) told us to pick where we wanted to sit. We chose a four-top table. When it was time to order, we were dealing with a limited menu. I chose lobster quesadillas, which were listed under "appetizers". My husband chose the fish and chips. The quesadilla was sloppily made. Some pieces had hardly any cheese or lobster in them. Other pieces were overloaded with lobster and cheese. While it was all edible and the lobster was properly cooked, it still was underwhelming. My husband said the fish was well prepared, flaky and crispy at the same time. There were too many French fries, making the plate a bit messy. In a pinch, Capiz did fit the bill as we didn't feel like going far for a meal that day.

We ordered several dishes to share: beef tartare, octopus, crudo, steak, meatloaf, Brussels sprouts, and lobster mac & cheese. Out of everything, the octopus was the only dish that really stood out, and the drinks were still solid. Steak was at high price point but below average for quality. Mac and cheese somehow the sauce was all on the bottom and not covering the Mac.. Also, Parmesan seemed to be on about 95% of the dishes. I like Parmesan, but after this meal, I never want to see another sprinkle of it again. LOL. The service was honestly the biggest disappointment. For an upscale restaurant charging upscale prices, I expected much more attentive service. No one ever came by to ask how the food was, and I actually had to box up my own leftovers. At this price point, that should not be happening. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and I can see myself coming back for drinks and maybe a few apps at the bar. But for dinner? I'd skip the table and the entrees.
