Ochoa's Mexican Restaurant is a great choice because their huge burritos leave no one hungry! My go-to favorite is the Ochoa's Special, a delicious mix of grilled chicken, fresh grilled veggies, rice, and beans. Ochoa's is very generous with their ingredients: a single burrito becomes dinner that night, and lunch the following day. The only downside? The parking lot. It get really packed, and door dings seem almost inevitable. To avoid the parking situation, my partner and I use teamwork: One of us drives and circles around the parking lot while the other runs in to pickup and pay. Ochoa's burritos are worth it! read more

Food was decent, not worth the crappy service and mean mugs we got from the cook the red haired woman up front. Ambiance is immediately ruined by the red haired women as she doesn't demonstrate any soft skills while on the job. We ordered 4 meals and they were offended we asked for additional chips and salsa... I hope conversations are had about customer service at some point. 100% never going back. We've been going there about once a week or every other week but we're consistent. Tonight I changed my regular order and it was written down all wrong. Maybe I shouldn't have changed my order idk. The girl at the front started to argue with me. I told her I'd pay whatever the extra cost is if they could remake it, they refused. Unfortunately I had already paid for my order ahead of checking it. Even after offering to pay it again for the right thing the chef in the back told me straight up the best he could do was a side of rice and beans. I'm pregnant and was not going to argue with any of them. Never in my life have I ever heard of any restaurant refuse to remake an order. I didn't take the food. This place is a scam, we went today got 9 tacos 1 burrito and 3 drinks and totaled to be $90.04! The service is horrible, the whole time you're ordering the cook is just staring at you w a mad face! When we asked for our receipt, the cashier gave us a ticket number with the price written on it w a sharpie and said that's all they are required to provide! Came here for dinner & grabbed a super burrito & a kids meal. Since the kids meals are not listed I had to ask. She had to verbally explain what kid meals they offered. As she was explaining, I thought she said the quesadilla came with rice and beans. I mean everything else came with rice and beans. We got food for pickup, comes out quick. We had gotten a non meat and chorizo breakfast burritos. Overall, it was decent. The breakfast burrito without potatos was tiny. Can't really add veggies to it either. The chorizo burrito looked much better and the flavors were pretty good. Chips were a bit stale tho and skimped a bit on the salsa. Not sure I'd come back for breakfast, but would want to see what the actual veggie burritos are like considering how close the place is. read more

My husband and I spent the day in Santa Rosa and came upon this little restaurant. After looking at their menu, we realized that they didn't have Chilaquiles on their menu, so I asked the lady who was taking our order if Chilaquiles was an available option. She stated she would ask the cook. He responded by saying he could make them but only in green salsa. We were so pleased to hear him say yes. OMG!!!! He did an amazing job! We let him work his magic, and they were the best we have ever had. Way better than mine. I'm a foodie, and I loved their chilaquiles in green salsa. Everything was fresh and nicely presented. I have been eating at this location for many years, almost weekly. The order is pretty much the same each week. We have always received one bag of chips for each burrito. Today, the gal at the counter only gave me two bags of chips for three burritos. When I asked for another bag of chips she told me NO. I said I always get one with each burrito and she said that is not how it is supposed to be. She said it was one bag for each burrito and I said but I am getting three burritos. She said no you only get a bag if you buy a regular burrito, not bean and cheese burrito they don't count. I was shocked!!! I don't know about the restaurant itself but the food you just can't go wrong. Not too salty. The most amazing salsas and guacamole the best in county. Loved the crispy taco for lunch and got the flan, it was such a low price I wasn't sure what it would be like. It came on a plate nicely decorated with a thin slice of orange, it's the best I have had in my lifetime. It stands on its own this flan, it doesn't need any syrup or whip cream, it is a fancy expertly made flan with hints or orange baked in, it floored me. Of course both of those items and the refried beans were amply dusted with melted cheddar cheese. A small salad of shredded iceberg lettuce and diced tomato has a fresh citrus tang. This is workingman's, not fancy, flavorful food. Lots of carbs and lots of comfort for the mind and belly. Humble dining room with Formica top tables and uncomfortable cheap wooden chairs. Their enchilada sauce is wonderfully full of flavor, and the nachos are unreal because they add some extras I've never gotten at any other spot like fajita style onions and bell peppers and fresh cilantro.
