Been 6 times since their soft grand opening...wow ++ Online ordering is user friendly and on time 100%. Ordered at location as well, line moves fast. The beautiful, fresh, and unique menu items are delicious and consistent. Love that you can customize your orders from the numerous fresh proteins, veggies, grains, green, toppings and sauces. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and super knowledgable. The food prep and seating areas are spotless and clean. Napa needed a high quality, healthy and convenient restaurant. However, I witnessed 3 different employees asking someone if their dog was a service dog within a span of 10 minutes, & I could tell the person was getting frustrated. I love this place! Today was the grand opening but it "soft opened" a few weeks ago and I have been at least seven times. The first time I went, I ordered a Poke Bowl. It was fresh, full of flavor, and a good value for the amount of food. The second time, and every time after that, I have ordered their Pokerrito. Imagine a GIANT sushi roll, with a Poke Bowl inside. Delicious does not even begin to describe it. The staff is well trained, all wear gloves, and everyone I have encountered has given excellent customer service. A special shout out to Chloe for suggesting the scallions, and Wyatt for excellent door service. Today we sat inside the restaurant to eat and it was very clean and organized. The tables were being cleaned upon turnover quickly and very thoroughly. Advice: try the shaved iced with condensed sweetened milk, I have found ordering online is a great way to get your order quickly, and download the app because you can earn rewards. At least 15 people have gotten their food ahead of us. Other online orders have arrived and left. They aren't being very responsive when we check in on the order, mostly dismissive. It surprises me that the staff and the owner/manager that was walking around wasn't apologetic. In fact they didn't even acknowledge us. Definitely regretting and will not be returning. read more

I went to this place for the first time with my girlfriend and I was a first timer so I was probably gunna be asking a lot of questions I was giving my order to a shorter girl with purple hair I think when I asked for a medium she held up the bowl and I asked oh is the medium and large the same size bowl she replied underneath her breath what dose it look like you F..ing Re...d and I was like how is acceptable I've never had someone cuss me out over a question and I proceeded to watch her go and complain to other workers and laugh and look at me I'll never be returning to this place and I hope that worker is fired read more

It's always intimidating as a first timer, we had no idea what to expect. Everyone there is super kind and walked us through everything and weren't pushy at all. The servings are large,, I got a medium poke-ritto, and my friend got a medium bowl and we couldn't finish them. They have everything labeled, and the menu also has the steps to walk you through everything. I recommend this to everyone who likes poke. They have a large drink selection as well to choose from. I'm so glad that there's finally a poke spot in Napa! This place opened about a week ago and I've already gone twice this week, and will likely go once more! I love its convenient location as it's right off the highway and on my way to work. My go-to order is the large poke bowl and I like to switch up the proteins, depending on what I'm feeling that day. All the fish options taste super fresh and you could tell that it's of high quality as well. I also appreciate the wide variety of toppings & sauces that they offer. My favorite sauce combo so far is the crunchy garlic & miso! They have just the right amount of spice for me and it's not too overwhelming. I've also tried the firecracker sauce, which has a little more of a kick. They have been super busy lately since they just opened, but the staff has been doing a really good job at making the line move as quickly as possible and being attentive to each customer. On my most recent visit, I placed an online order and it did take a little longer than expected for my order to be ready, but it's understandable as they were quite busy at the time and I know they're still new trying to get accustomed to everything! Another positive about this place is their generous portions along with a very affordable price. The large size comes with 5 scoops of protein with the base price only being $19.95! I'm looking forward to my next visit here and knowing that I can now get a poke bowl on my way to work makes going to work not so bad! Didn't know Napa had a a location, I've only been to the one in Walnut Creek and it's been awhile. The cashier was very patient since I had a lot of questions about the sauces and toppings. He let me sample the sauces so it didn't ruin my bowl. I forgot I signed up for the app and got $2 off my bowl so that saved me some money. This was so refreshing! Walking in, the space is quaint and very clean. Immediately greeted at the front by whom I believe is the manager as she was extremely friendly, personable, and attentive. She was restocking fresh ingredients while others were helping fill orders. Highly impressed by the amount of options to choose from! I always love trying new spots/food so I ordered what I could. The pokerrito was SO delicious!! I took a chance on a protein and some sauces I've never tried before, what an explosion of flavor!!!! The shaved ice with condensed milk was just what I needed after the pokerrito, the dole whip is also in close competition and I'm so glad I got both to try!!!! They also have an app to order ahead of time and it was extremely easy to navigate, customize, and order. They currently have a promotion for downloading the app [as of 8/10/24] so I would recommend downloading it! Yeah so I've been here multiple times always in person now the one time I order online you skimp the hell out of my portions I ordered a large bowl 5 scoops of protein vs medium being 3 and you gave exactly the same amount of fish as the medium further more you barely mixed the ingredients together in the bowl so much so some fish looked untoucheded by sauces and toppings. I love okepoke but today I came in and was going to order a mini bowl but I asked the employee if the nachos were good and she said good things about them, but I decided on a bowl and she asked me if I was sure about that so I just went with firecracker nachos which she recommend since I said I like spice, however I failed to realize it was served on tortilla chips that were very bland and it was just not my cup of tea at all. I had a few bites trying to force myself to like it but indecied to go back about 15 minutes later, I told the employee who was very nice actually but she didn't offer to make me something else or anything she just said something among the lines of "sorry about that" so I asked if I could at least get some rice to try and save my order since I spent roughly about $24 after tip. She gave me a bowl of rice AND then asked me to checkout at the register! I was charged about $3.50 which is a fair price but I feel like I would've just proffered to have a new order made. I was originally going In to order my usual mini bowl since that's plenty for me which usually comes to about $14. So I spent $27.50 on a plate of food that I didn't enjoy, Ive been working for about 8 years since the age of 15 in restaurant/ service industry and I would never not offer something else to make up for their order not meeting their standards. They need to make sure the rice does not go below a certain temperature for long. I spent the night calling Ralph on the porcelain telephone. Had classic bad rice symptoms. Luckily it was over quickly. The fish tastes fresh. I suggest going early in the day when the rice is hopefully fresh, unless left over from the previous day. Won't be back anytime soon. read more

I've been here a few times, and I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt since they are new... I figured they are still working out the details on how to run the establishment but today I had the worst experience that really makes me never want to go back and spend my money there. I placed an online order thinking I would save some time, and have an easy pick up. Boy was I wrong! I came up to the front counter and was never acknowledged. I waited for about 20 minutes, and when I tried to get someone's attention I could tell they were purposefully ignoring me. The workers seemed to only care about the walk-in customers, and as I waited I saw my order just stayed on the counter. I have never felt so unappreciated as a customer. Once I was finally able to get someone to hand me my order, I did grab it angrily because that is not how you treat customers. I am not sure if the workers are just so young and inexperienced, or they just really don't care about their customers. Seafood is not something that should stay out of the fridge for too long, and who knows how long my order was out before I arrived and it was actually handed to me. read more
