Got the fettuccine Alfredo with crispy chicken grits again. It was good! Some of the idles were a bit hard but it was still fine. Bread was nice as always and the salad was good just a little too much dressing. Kids menu has some options including build your own pasta. Came out to a pretty big portion as well. Except the grapes they gave us like 5 grapes as the side. Our server was just OK, he did bring us to go salad which was very nice and an entire small plate of mints. Working for that tip I suppose! Nice thing about this place is you can be in an out in no time flat so you can probably bet on here if you are in a rush. They also changed their drink menu which I was a little disappointed in. I can't believe I've never reviewed this dimond mall Olive Garden.........hmmm let's start with the positive! Parking is near and dear. Two different doors to enter and exit + mall access. The hostess station was a bit of a mess. Mostly empty restaurant, yet lots of people waiting to be seated. Large groups were being seated in areas too small for them. When dining customers would leave, tables and floors were not cleaned well enough. Our waiter was also thee bartender. He was fantastic with the drinks...but he was obviously too overwhelmed doing both jobs and couldn't keep them coming. We tipped as a courtesy (and so we can sleep at night), but the tip was not earned tbh. We ordered a few apps plus their salad and breadsticks....still solid. I noticed the amount and quality of pastas available has decreased. I also don't come here often FYI. We'll always return to accommodate the bland taste palettes of our kids, but there are so many other places in town to get pasta when you're craving. read more

We were warmly greeted, seated right away (pro tip join the online waiting list ahead of arrival) and treated with warm service. The food came out fast and fresh. Had a reservation for 10 , Thursday May 21st 2026, at 6 pm. Nephews graduation. FINALLY SEATED AT 6:35. Over 30 minute wait. All the while MANY groups of 2-3 were seated IMMEDIATELY. What's the point of even taking reservations?? And the whole time the entire staff were avoiding ANY accountability. We are a group of 10. You already OVERPRICE EVERYTHING. Holy moly. Hot mess here for veteran's day. I've worked restaurants 30+ years, everything from busser, cook, prep, dishwasher, waiter and manager. There's no reason why 5 empty clean tables should be left empty 25 minutes (I waited and watched) while 7 workers (three managers) stand at the front and tell everyone there's an 1.5 hour wait. Zero stars!! Went last night and got treated like we were trash. Snooty hostess!! Made us wait for no reason before seating us! Tried to put us in the bar, we asked for the dining room and a booth. She tried to put us at a table in the middle that seated 6 ( it was just 2 of us). Said again we would like a booth. The atmosphere and place were pleasant and clean We had to wait to be seated. Ther was no one else waiting and lots of tables open. We ordered eggplant and salad and breadstick. The breadsticks were hard and over cooked. The eggplant was ok. The angel hair we ordered came as regular spaghetti not angel hair. The salad had huge chunks of bad lettuce in it and it just came out of the freezer. The olives tasted sour/rancid. Recommend another restaurant. read more

I ordered Shrimp Alfredo and a salad for my side. When i arrived home In my order i got salad, breadsticks, and Shrimp scampi instead of my shrimp Alfredo. I called olive garden to correct my order and they told me I could go get my shrimp Alfredo and get a refund for my order. I arrived there to get my correct order and they refunded me, i also got a $25 gift card. Im am grateful they were able to give me a refund and a $25 gift card for the mistake. I arrived home AGAIN. I opened the bag and i got Chicken Alfredo instead of shrimp Alfredo AGAIN! I called them again and i told them it is not the right order again. They gave me the option to go pick up the right order. This review isn't on food or service but cleanliness. We were sat on at a bench table seat close to the front of the restaurant. When I sat down my hand touched wet drips of something on the seat. There was visible chunks of food and silver were stuck behind the seat and under the table. read more

We stopped for dinner and the food was as expected. Salad and breadsticks plus a couple pasta dishes and an appetizer. Both of our dishes were good but the seafood fettuccine was the best. The calamari was a pleasant surprise too. Not a bad spot for basic Italian cuisine but nothing to write joke about and not cheap either. read more

I really do have to give them a 5 star rating because Friday night I came in with a group just under 40 people. The staff tackled us like pros! It's consistent and a bargain especially if you have a big family and since souplantation went out of business this is the next best thing. Best experiences here yet. Even though our visit took about two hours (ending in my toddlers meltdown), the server was so friendly and helpful. They comped our dessert and a to go take home meal because of the long wait (super pleasant surprise). Some guests upset with covid policies and all of the procedures and having to wear masks left a host in tears (don't be mean!! We all hate masks!!) and her manager was comforting her and had her back. Always a good sign when management is nice to the staff. Anyway, the food was great, the service was so nice we came back two days later. This time we were seated immediately and it was a short visit. Unfortunately my Alfredo came out cold and when I pointed it out (super nicely which I believe made all the difference) they brought out a fresh and hot dish and took it off of our bill (I did NOT ask them to). Don't bother with this location; the management evidently doesn't retain adequate staffing to run the place. Have tried at 11am time-frame on three occasions, been given estimate of 10m wait, only to leave 40 minutes later having never been seated. The restaurant has the lights on and music playing, but 90% of the tables are empty. Shame on me for giving them additional chances. read more

So, I have family from out of town and the little one wanted pasta, and since they were near Dimond mall I suggested Olive Garden. I hadn't been to this location, and it was my second visit to the OG en total I thought why not. We were sat near the kitchen and it was fine. People coming and going did not distract from the conversation or meal. Watered quickly by B. and he was a candid, attentive, fellow. Was helpful with appetizer selection and made substitutions an easy peasy situation. The app was Lasagna Frittata, which I have to say was the best thing on the table that night, along with the salty, garlicky, breadsticks. I ordered the shrimp scampi, but subbed the chicken scampi cream sauce instead of the garlic sauce. I have to say I was impressed with the kids menu. There were so many choices, from build your own entrée, entrée selection, add-ons, dessert, etc... She colored on the wall with the crayon though... We apologized and waiter was like no problem we have a great spray cleaner. That deserved a decent tip. The service was okay until the waiter seemed a little rude to me. I wasn't paying attention to him so when he asked for my order I asked what he was asking me and he said "the only reason you're here for." I was just humiliated and know I was in the wrong but my ego is bruised so I want to bring the rating down. Overall his customer service isn't my type, he wasn't as professional as I'd like and didn't seem so knowledgeable, maybe he's a newbie in that case I won't shame him. He also confirmed that we didn't want onions in our salad, I want you to guess what was in the salad. Onions!!! I'm severely allergic but it's ok I don't wanna be healthy anyways. I was very skeptical when giving this place another shot. I've had not as great service and food from Olive Gardens from different states. But this one on E. Dimond was more than great. Food was delicious. Great customer service. Our waiter Craig was outstanding. Great guy with an awesome personality. All the food he suggested were more than AMAZING. The Shrimp Alfredo, Chicken Marsala Fettuccine, Fried Mozzarella, and Zuppa Toscana Soup are all MUST TRYS. Been here a few times. The food here was always pretty good for me. My fiancé always get the Tour of Italy, but his chicken parm was a little salty this time. Of course, who doesn't love their breadsticks. All the unlimited goodness and right out of the oven too! I love their shrimp and chicken carbonara. It was very creamy and tasty. But with all the breadsticks that I ate, I had to take half home, so there is definitely plenty to fill you up. I was eyeing the desserts but sadly had to give it up so I can still breath. I ordered Togo. Unfortunately my husband came home with half of our food. I called to ask what happened to the rest of our food and the guy on the phone apologized and said he would fix it. Here's my gripe: if I order to go, then I didn't want to sit in there and eat. I don't want to have to drive all the way back while half of my food gets cold to pick up the other half. Smh. When I showed up the manager (I think) took care of getting all the missing items together and even giving me a much needed glass of water. Even though I called ahead and it took 10 minutes for me to get there I still waited 15-20 minutes on the rest of my food. Needless to say, when I got home the first half of my meal was almost ice cold. Everything had to be reheated. He gave me an order of zeppoli and a gift card for my troubles. I know lots of people think this is just another chain restaurant but we in Alaska love our Olive Garden. Came in for lunch and was seated right away. Our server was attentive and on top of refills of salad, bread and drinks. I had the endless soup and salad as did my friend. My favorite is always Tuscan Zuppa Soup. The soup was, as always, the perfect temperature and consistency. Delicious. The bread sticks always my favorite was hot and seasoned perfectly and the house salad was crisp and good. For dessert I had warm apple crosata with vanilla bean ice cream. I was a bit disappointed in this new dessert because it was more crust than filling and the crust was flavorless really. You need to train your servers to inform the customer that they pay using the terminal and to APOLOGIZE if they leave the customer waiting 15 minutes for their $5 additional take home meal. I always have a great experience at OG. Of course, I'm not a hard customer since I always go for the soup/salad/breadsticks. But this time, the soup was entirely too liquidy. Then, even though nobody is here, it takes 15-20 minutes for the waiter to stop hanging out and come take our order... The food is standard Olive Garden... Decent, but over $20 for lasagna and $30 plus for most other things is a bit excessive... PS: Know that the games on the tablets on the table are not free... Was meeting up with a couple of my friends for a business meeting and they picked Olive Garden. We walked in and I saw a lot of the tables were not occupied but was still asked to wait almost 5-10 minutes before we were seated:why they did that is something I fail to understand. The food is good. I tried the unlimited soup and salad. For soup I tried chicken and gnocchi - I would give it a 4.5/5 and the salad was good too. Everything comes with a generous topping of cheese. They have some good wine here and I was impressed. Extremely good service and the complimentary bread is just awesome. I would rate this place a 3.75 out of 5 and yes, I would like to go back and try some of their other dishes. read more
