My mom and I come here whenever we want soup and salad but I decided to branch out this time and get something else. I mean the salad NEVER disappoints here and is hands down my favorite anywhere. Their Italian dressing is just so unique. I had gotten the Tortelloni Alfredo and my mom the soup and salad. Their alfredo has not changed in the many years i have been to olive Garden and is so flippin good. We also saw that they had an option we had never seen before for the three dipping sauces rather than just alfredo for the bread sticks. I couldn't have the additional two due to an issue with tomato sauce but my mom said they were really good. Service was good. The portion of food still ok. I got the unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks. Husband got the Classico lasagna. The soup zuppa toscana is mainly potatoes now. Where is the sausage and kale? So I got to me, an Italian potato soup and nothing but potatoes. Taste was ok but expected at least some sausage not bits of sausage and kale. It was disappointing. On 8/16/25 my family and my daughters friends came in to celebrate her 12th birthday and from the moment we walked in, Jeff took the best care of us. He was friendly, attentive and oh so sweet! There are a lot of things in life that I miss. The 80's, Dress to Impress attire, Pick Up Basketball but most of all the I miss having Sunday lunch with my Daddy. Olive Garden was one place he really enjoyed. Gone is the never ending pasta bowls but he would most definitely take up on the buy one take one. It may be ideal for most but for dine in, you have to order a dinner entree (some starting at about $20) and the take one is more simple and not much by way of choices (Spaghetti, Ziti or Fettuccine). Mom and I were here for lunch and being a weekend, there is no special lunch menu with lunchtime pricing. I ordered the spaghetti with marinara and Mom ordered the spaghetti with shrimp. The lunch size was decent for the price but our standout was the iced tea. We asked for lite syrup and for sure our waitress, Emily, served it up to our liking. The Mango Strawberry was definitely refreshing and we did get free refills. Busy Saturday afternoon with couples and family alike so the dining room was rather loud at 2p. Not too busy for a Friday night as wee were sat immediately after arriving at approx 8:30pm. We were also attended to quickly for our drinks and apps. One of the best restaurants out there! if you are like me and have Celiac Disease or just a gluten intolerance, then you will want to check out Olive Garden's GF menu options. I had the Gluten Free Rotini which was taken into great care from staff. When I told the waitress that it was for an allergy the cooking staff changed their gloves and utensils to avoid cross contamination. Additionally the manager came out to our table to inform me of the process and assure me that my food was prepared to the upmost consideration of my allergy. Olive Garden is now one of my go to restaurants and out of two decades experiencing my disease is the best restaurant I have seen for allergy care. Five minutes later same hostess seated another couple at the closed/unavailable table. Food was ok, salad limp and under dressed. If you've been someone who grew up going to OG's, I'm sure it's fair enough to say that, like most chain restaurants - the quality of food isn't as fantabulous as it was, over 10 years ago. This particular time I went, I have to say it was the customer service that was the "winner" of this visit. The host was walking us to our seat and said, "it'll be quite a walk" to get to our seat, and the booth was literally 5 yards lol. Jose was a pretty decent, personable, and efficient waiter(but he did almost forget my husband's drink). I got my usual Chicken Scampi. Like the last few times I've gotten this entree, I definitely got my money's worth(HUGE PLATE-2 ADULTS COULD EASILY share this entree), but the flavor itself just wasn't AS good, like it was a LOOONG time ago. At the edge of the mall next to Red Lobsters. Glad to wonder into this location. Been awhile since my last visit but glad to be back. There are 10 to go parking spaces right at the front. Must be very popular restaurant for "to go" orders. We must got there right before the lunch rush . Sat us right away but after quick lunch, there was wait already. Lunch special was still on and had lots of smaller version of dinner at great price. We got two different dish and was able to order soup of choice or salad and also came with bread sticks. I made the stupid mistake of giving these guys a second chance. They were able to see us immediately, which was a red flag. We went in for soup and salad and some appetizers brought out the appetizers first they were incredibly cold and old. I think it was from lunch. The meatballs were so dry you couldn't even cut into them. Salad was disgustingly brown. The soup I'll give three stars. The server five star but the food horrible I mean horrible I've had better food from a Stouffer's microwave dinner corporate restaurants suck anymore. Find a good local restaurant. All the corporate restaurants are worried about is delivering food now. Pretty sad. read more

I haven't experienced many Italian restaurants in Colorado so take it as that. But as far as fast food chains go, Olive Garden is pretty great. I only come here for the chicken Alfredo. I don't know how they do it but the chicken breast is never dry - even after I eat it the next day for left overs. I love the unlimited breadsticks. The soups are pretty good too. I always get enough for two meals for one price. Due to a lack of employees working, there can be a wait. The space is quite large with lots of seating but there's not enough people. So be patient and tip your waiter/waitress well. It's not their fault there's not enough people working. read more

We order to go most of the time. Saturday night, 09/27, there was very little sauce on the spaghetti and meatballs. When I say little, I mean a scant bit of sauce. We threw the dry noodles in the trash. This is the third time that this has happened with different noodle dishes. One might understand if it was one time but this is a regulat thing at Olive Garden. There is a reason this Olive Garden is so poorly rated. When you can't place a To go order at 3 pm for pickup in 30 to 40 mins for one order, there is a serious management issue! When calling to place an order for pickup before a flight I was told I couldn't unless this pickup would be way later this evening! That's absurd. It's 3 pm in the afternoon you are a restaurant. This food made me sick as hell. Barely made it home and into the bathroom in time to throw up. The chicken and gnocci soup is made with canned chicken. The steak medallion Alfredo with basalmic vinegar was the worst food I've ever eaten. The sauce did NOT taste like Alfredo and the meat which (thankfully I guess) was over cooked from how I ordered it, was the worst cut of meat I've ever had and tasted more like liver. I originally did an online order that was for delivery by Uber. They left the wrong order. I called the restaurant and was transferred to the ToGo. Craig answered. I explained what happened and I was honestly expecting that there might be nothing that would be able to be done! Craig was amazing and kind. He apologized and offered me a couple of options. I opted to place a duplicate order and come in to pick it up. Craig gave us a gift of dessert. Honestly this was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! I used to work for an airline in customer service and I know how challenging it can be and how gratifying it is when you have someone who cares, helping you! I always like to give props to servers and outstanding service. Edgar served our table last night and he was awesome. Very on top of everything, making sure we were well taken care of, checking in on us, and just a nice guy in general. My go to is Chicken Alfredo and it's always good. My son had pasta and meatballs and I had soup and salad. My first soup was luke warm. My second soup NEVER came. Our drink refills were NEVER offered. I assume they are trying to cut costs so our first salad came a quarter filled and he only brought three breadsticks. That's fine since its free refills but if you can never find your server again than it's an awful experience. Love the salad and it's my main reason to keep coming back to OG. Service is great always, but food is meh-okay not something to be Wowed. Tiramisu cake is too creamy for me and the tomato sauce that comes with the pasta with meatballs or lasagna tastes to me too processed instead of more natural flavors...it's like they poured a can of fake tomato sauce on plate and heat up at microwave. After working in our yard all morning, my husband & I decided we earned a nice lunch at Olive Garden. We walked in and were greeted by a very nice yound lady and then the Hostess Lyn, walked us over to a table. Lyn brought us to a 1/2 booth with 2 chairs, and I asked if we could have a full booth. Lyn was not too happy with my requested and stormed off with a loud sigh of frustration and left us standing to there. My husband suggested to me that we just sit at the bar, and we walked back to the front & I told the greeter that we would sit at the bar. Dined at this Olive Garden this evening with my Mom and a friend. I'll preface the review by noting Olive Garden doesn't have a wide variety of options for plant based diners like myself but there are options. Pretty much the vast majority of the menu has either meat or loads of cheese, which if that's your thing great! I had the spaghetti with marinara sauce with extra sauce as the other two diners indicated they wanted extra as well so why not. This of course includes the salad and breadsticks or soup. We opted for salad and breadsticks. If you've been to an Olive Garden before the salad tastes like any other Olive Garden, pretty good! The spaghetti and marinara dish I had was fairly massive and tasty but nothing special. I did not eat it all. The service was good, the restaurant started filling up after we arrived and we didn't wait long for drinks or the salad and breadsticks to arrive. However we were still eating our salads when our main course arrived and space on the table was quickly devoured by plates both empty and full. That made it a bit awkward as we soon after were stacking plates to get room on the table and asked our server to take the empties. Shouldn't really have to ask them to do that but I digress. All in all everyone enjoyed their meal, and aside from a screaming child seated close to us that was thankfully attended to eventually by a parent I enjoyed the meal. read more

We had dinner at Olive Garden last evening. Sadly, it was a little disappointing. The salad was all iceberg lettuce, and not the green parts either. Huge chunks of white rib pieces. If this was the middle of winter, I would understand. But it's nearly July and delicious quality greens are available locally. My partner ordered the steak with fettuccine; the steak was well cooked but the fettuccine portion was light. I ordered the shrimp scampi with asparagus and tomato on angel hair pasta. The asparagus was pipe cleaner thin and chopped so small it wouldn't twirl up with the pasta. I scooped some of it up with a spoon but that defeats the flavor combo experience. The shrimp did not taste fresh, right on the edge of gamey. The espresso machine was broken and had been so for several days, according to our server. Getting the espresso machine fixed is a) not difficult, and b) pretty important. We didn't stay to be further disappointed by dessert. This has been our favorite pre-movie restaurant for over five years. These were not Covid related issues; We ate there twice after restaurants were allowed to reopen and the quality had been fine. This was something new. The server was great and we tipped her 30% because none of these things were her fault. But I honestly doubt we will return to that restaurant. read more

I have been to a few Olive Garden locations in various states and this one is pretty decent. It's newer so that definitely helps from an ambience standpoint. Doesn't feel as old or run down as some other locations I have been too. Also the staff and our waitress were very friendly. The best thing about my meal was the new sangria drink that they now offer. It was very sweet...which is how I like most of my alcoholic drinks. I also enjoyed the ravioli di Portobello dish.
