Rude staff terrible service spend your money somewhere else. There is a male cashier in particular who tells you can't dine in. This same cashier will be passive aggressive and will start mopping and putting up chairs to push you out of the dining area a hour before closing. This should be a zero star review except for the nice girl at the front counter. I ordered Chicken Katsu to go and went to eat it in my car. It was obviously fried in oil that was too hot because the coating was overcooked while the chicken was severely undercooked. One bite and done. As for the rice and broccoli....stone cold. I decided that it wasn't worth walking back to tell them as it's obvious that if they don't care about how they cook the food to begin with, they're definitely not going to give a crap about a complaint. My family and I frequent here quite a bit, but no longer will we be doing so. My wife placed an online order for our sons 7th birthday party and when I showed up at 5:30pm to pick up the food, they clearly hadn't even started making it yet. I waited 15 minutes as they quickly whipped up my order and when I told them it was supposed to be ready at 5:30pm the manager, Jessica, said "Yeah, but it's not..." in an extremely rude way. She then said they were understaffed, but that doesn't explain why they didn't have anything ready when I arrived. It seemed like they forgot. I'm fine wiith mistakes, but OWN THEM and do not be rude to the customers when they inquire about why your food isn't ready when you say it is. We will not be back. read more

I ordered food today July 9, 2023 and was not happy with the service/food. I ordered a half katsu chicken and half pork and beef musubi to go. The person ordering it got my order wrong and didn't realize it till i drove all the way home and opened my order. i had to drive back to the establishment where I was met by a rude cashier. He was giving me issues, even though I was there 10 min prior. I said I wanted the pork and the lady didn't put the order in right. Then he said well you need to pay $1 more if you want the pork. So the cashier got my order wrong and made me drive all the way back, wait an extra 15 min and somehow now I have to pay $1 more. Horrible service. I would have never written a review on the food if I wasn't here. The Katsu tastes likes its fried in the same batter they put their seafood in. I placed an online order and added an extra order of Hawaiian BBQ chicken to a family meal. The food was decent, no complaints there, however the extra chicken was missing from the order. I called the restaurant and spoke to Keegan and had him review the receipt. He agreed and I asked if he could refund my card for the extra meat. He said he couldn't and would have a manager call me the following day. Nobody called. I called the next day and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I again called the following day and was told the manager can't speak English and the employee took all the information to translate to him. I gave him my online order number and asked to please refund the card the difference, he can confirm with Keegan and please call or text when it is taken care of. I didn't receive a call, called back around 8 PM and was told the manager was on break and I told them I would hold. I was on hold 10 minutes and they hung up one me. Any subsequent calls were met with hang-ups. As of today, it still is not resolved. I will be happy to update this review once my issue is addressed but I'm losing hope of resolving this cordially. I don't understand what is so hard about picking up the phone and having a conversation. *** UPDATE *** I was contacted via yelp on 5/22 and a refund was processed on 5/23 for the missing item. read more

Environment/service: This is definitely a nice little family friendly place. It's one of those not full on nice dinner restaurants yet not a fast food place, just something in between. The wait to get your food is on the slower side (especially when they get busy), but that just means you know for sure that your food is freshly made. Food: -Chicken Katsu: This is my favorite dish to get from here. I started to get the mini meal because it has a good portion of chicken and rice and macaroni. Whereas the regular meal has more rice and macaroni and just a bit more chicken. I personally don't like the macaroni so I asked for a substitute side. Get the Katsu sauce too!! This time I ordered the a la carte chicken katsu ($47.51 tax included). Order by phone ahead of time so you don't have to wait! I went to San Manuel casino and was hungry on my drive home so I stopped here because I could eat outdoors. I ordered the mixed BBQ plate. It came with 3 kinds of meat (short ribs, beef and chicken ?). It also comes with macaroni salad and some green vegetables. It was ready fairly quickly and the food was pretty good. Compared to L&L Hawaiian BBQ I think I like L&L slightly better. They have a good choice of sauces. I chose the teriyaki and the hot sauce. Just moving in down the road from here, so had to give this place a try. I love Hawaiian food and they didn't look too busy, so we popped in. Prices seemed fair and we got one of the entrees that came with a salad. It was bigger and cheaper than their other small bowls, just doesn't have the mac salad. Unfortunately their soda machine was not working, the teas and juices still worked and they had canned beverages. The girl helping us was very sweet and we got a couple extra sauces for our chicken and cream cheese ragoons. They have indoor and some outdoor seating. It was way too hot so we sat inside.
