The restaurant is close to the Mission District and, from the outside, it might not immediately catch your attention, but it is definitely worth trying. Owner is a complete jerk. He bullies the surrounding neighbors and other people in the neighborhood and tries to use residential spots for his own personal use. He has gotten people towed and threatened to tow locals' cars in the area. He has cameras on the outside of his building and the next door neighbors have had to deal with parking tickets that he impersonated the landlord in order to have them get. The landlords nearby don't even want to deal with him. He has yelled at multiple people, calls them obscenities, and likes to loosely throw the word, "B*$%#" at women. read more

If you haven't been there yet, let me ask you why because you need to go and try the delicious food that Opa Cafe has to offer you. Lunch time is the busiest time, so I recommend you go a little bit earlier or later, you can even go for dinner time. Something great is that the food is always delicious. Opa has recently changed owners and it has continued to improve, but the best part of it is that there is no sign that they want to stop the improvement. Really good rotisserie chicken that comes with flavored rice and side salad/slaw mix. I think there's a choice of breast or leg and I chose the leg which came with plenty of meat -- actually the whole order was a lot larger than I expected for only $10.
