No toilet paper, paper towels couldn't be in the wall container, but stacked high where a small adult like myself could barely reach it, let alone a kid. Two wall soap dispensers neither were filled, the store bought soap on the sink was almost out. Now why would you say it got three stars? The pan fried dumplings were huge and you got 10 pieces per order. The soup dumplings were good but got super sticky when I tried to wait to eat before the others came out.
