For our family of 5, my husband ordered for curbside pickup. When he pulled up, he called the phone number displayed, but it went straight to voicemail. No problem, he put on his mask and went inside. He told the young man behind the counter that he had ordered for curbside pickup and explained his call went straight to voicemail. The ChopShop employee said nothing, just retrieved the order. No apology, explanation, "thank you"...nothing. Simply rude. In these trying Covid times, especially when we are trying to support restaurants and small businesses, a little customer service and basic manners goes a long way. Ok so I left a review about this place from a Foodsby delivery that went a little awry. But - today I went there in person to eat, and WOW. It was so good!!! The Danish salad is on point. They only use frozen products. I'm not sure how they have such high stars. I got the chicken teriyaki bowl. It was frozen unseasoned chicken chunks on top of still slightly frozen veggies. There was no flavor. It's actually probably the worst food dish I've ever had BUT the manager saw me sitting at the table and saw that I didn't like it and offered me an açaí bowl which was decent. read more

Good salads, but small portions for the $$$. I get that they probably give small portions because people are trying to be healthy. But, for over $28 (two salads and drinks) we were given a side salad (basically) and left still hungry. Great concept and the salads were good, but lower your prices or up the portion sizes. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE DIRECTLY! They will send emails asking for you to order from them to save on fees from the 3rd party etc. I have now made this mistake twice and each time the food has arrived an hour later than when I requested it. A coworker ordered after I did on favor and hers showed up 20 minutes later. I am currently still waiting (it's been an hour). Everything I've had here has been wonderful and tasty, and I'm addicted to the Chia Pudding. It's the perfect treat lunch. Reasonably priced, full of protein, and it's basically dessert for a meal! i've become obsessed ever since i heard about this place a few weeks ago and have had it 3 times since being home for the holidays this season. i've been to both this location and the preston one and i've gotten the same thing every time: kale + quinoa salad, add chicken, no tomatoes and it's perfection. the most unique but flavorful and satisfying salad i've ever had, it's my favorite salad of all time. i could truly have one for lunch multiple days out of the week and never get tired of it. this place is clean, staff is always friendly, and the environment is great. I was looking for something with coconut chicken via Uber Eats. Original ChopShop was returned with my search results. I don't trust the UberEat reviews so I checked Yelp. Saw great Yelp reviews for the Thai coconut chicken bowl. Decided to try the bowl and added the Kale Cleanse juice on a whim. Loved the taste of both. I ate every bite of the Thai Coconut Chicken Bowl and all of the juice. The terrible thing is I have looked at this place a few times but didn't think I would like it. I had high hopes for this place as I had heard a great deal about it. Not sure what the fuss was about. I ordered the Thai chicken bowl. I had to search for the bits of chicken and didn't have much peanut sauce, has to ask for more. My friend had a lovely looking salad but he said it was more or less flavorless. On a positive note, the lemonades were great and the monthly flavor was worth a try. Loved the soda machine. Cool stuff, but you cannot draw from drinks alone. Nice staff btw! read more

This is one of our favorite lunch spots. The food is healthy and is always consistently good - and we eat here enough that if it wasn't, we'd know :) There are lots of gluten free options, and my kids love the kid's sandwiches as well. The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. Wess has always given good recommendations when I'm debating trying new menu items as well. While visiting Dallas, my daughter wanted to take me here to enjoy some of her favorite places to eat and this was one. I have to agree with her. I ordered the Green Curry Tofu Bowl and it was moderately priced with a great taste of vegetables and tofu with the curry spice was a pleasure. Everything was good and healthy. I did half and half per the employees' suggestion of quinoa and sweet potato hash. This is definitely a place to visit for healthy good tasting food!
