It really sucks having to write this review considering they have the best pizza in town. The customer service is horrible , they're always so inconvenienced by our business and rude . We waited over 2.5 hours ( understandable because it's so busy here on the weekends) and spent over $100 but when our food finally arrived we had 2 ranches (paid for 8) and the only ranches we were given got put in a box with wings so it was hot and mixed with wing sauce. When we called , the guy I talked to laughed at me , gave me so much attitude and even called me a stupid bit*h before passing me to the owner. The owner was worse than he was, told me next time I should "do my best to be more specific " and told me "sorry we have only 4 people working here so I don't know what to tell you " .. everyone is busy right now so I was confused on why being mean to a customer would make me feel bad for them being understaffed . She also told me to specify if I don't want my ranch mixed with wings. I didn't know ranch always came hot and sweaty in a box with hot sauce inside and all over the container? She told me to never call back and laughed again before hanging up on me . Won't ever be returning which actually sucks bc their food is usually really good. read more

Great place to find out the history of the town and meet the man himself. I wish I left room in my stomach to try everything there. Please understand I'm not writing this review to hurt the business but instead in hopes to improve the business so I might want to go back. My grandparents, my parents, my children, and my grand children have always stopped here on the way to the coast. We love this little place. However this last visit made me not want to go back and I never even took a bite of the pronto pup. I was very disappointed. They have closed down the inside of the restraunt which isn't a huge deal except they blocked off the top two doors but left the bottom exposed so the first thing I saw was 2 dogs and 2 glass doors that were filthy and looked as if nobody cleans them. There was also a package of depends on the floor by the doors. Next I gave my order at the window that the top half is also blocked off so the only thing I saw was a woman from the shoulders to the waste. After she took my order she needed to go take care of a crying baby (no big deal I love babies) however I bent down to take a look inside and it was filthy. When my order was ready some guy handed me the bag and he was very polite but his finger nails were dirty and again could only see him from shoulders to waist. On our drive back home we passed by and I could see a guy bent down taking someone's order so I could actually see his face. I don't usually write a review but this place has always been a nice staple in my family and hoping it will remain a staple for many more generations. I'm just really hoping that they clean the place up and can stop hiding behind a blocked window. I've ordered pizza from Otis pizzeria many times, it used to be amazing, as of now, I won't place another order. The quality and customer service are both in the toilet, very sad as this used to be my go to delivery restaurant. Perhaps if they get new cooks ... I'll be tempted to try them again, but until then, no way, it's a serious loss of money. Sorry guys I know it's hard to get staff, but if you can't deliver quality food, maybe cut back on delivery? We've gone in for Corn Dogs (Pronto Pups, if you like) often when leaving LC. They don't dip em' til you order em', so be prepared for a wait. Can take up to 20 minutes, even when not busy. We've tried several kinds, but I think I prefer the regular 1/8 lb (standard hot dog) Pronto Pup. They have other choices for sausages, and while these are also tasty, I feel the extra flavor of say, a jalapeno cheddar sausage, while delicious, actually detracts from how very very good the batter on the dog tastes here. We stayed at the Best Western Lincoln Sands hotel fir one night on Saturday. The room was a suite with jacuzzi tub and fireplace and right on the ocean beach. Because if this we decided to stay in and order pizza. I tried the Otis Pizzeria based on reviews and was rewarded with an amazing pizza, calzone and salad with the best blue cheese home made dressing we've ever had. My wife had a spinach/tomato calzone and I had a pizza. They were amazing; my wife said it was the best calzone she can remember having. Highly recommend trying this place. If ordering for delivery, plan on about an hour as the pizzeria is north of Lincoln city by a few miles. Well worth the wait! Came hot and delicious. read more

Staying in Neskowin and needed some late night munchies with no fast food around. Found this place on Google Maps and ordered a pizza and wings, delicious. Awesome little hole in the wall. Drive was about 10-15 minutes. Our food was ready when we got there and stayed nice and hot on our drive back to our hotel in Neskowin. Sometimes reviews are randomly deleted from Yelp, I'm still not sure why but it has happened with mine and other reviewers. That said Otis Pizzeria is a god send to Lincoln County. Well made ingredients with care, exceptional ingredients that are fresh and made in house and or locally farm raised. The Owner is a sweetheart who continues to do the hard work to make it work. Gotta admire that! I am personally on a quest to try everything on the menu and so far I am very impressed. I personally love the salads they are huge and fresh with so many options. The salmon burger is phenomenal, the Blues Brothers Burger addictive, the beer battered fries w ranch almost made me cry w joy that is. So many options and don't forget their homemade pizza dough that is light crispy and delicious as well as their signature Pizzas, the Pizzano my fave thus far. Don't miss this gem and as a bonus you can order online what a treat. With very few places delivering here this original Pizzeria had way more to offer than just Pizzas check out the Elk burger or for me the Vegetarian burger made in house. First off the 5 stars I am giving this place are relative to the convenience of delivery, also the challenge of finding food made with quality ingredients and care in this community. We just had a first order delivered this evening. The wait time was long, almost 90 minutes. The kind girl who took our order let me know that before I even ordered. We ordered the manicotti meal, a calzone, and garlic balls. Garlic balls were super yummy, very garlicky, and not doughy. The only thing that I would say is that a dipping sauce for these would be ideal. I used some of the marinara from our calzone and my husband used the leftover ranch from my salad. The manicotti meal next, salad was simple, ingredients fresh, loved the quality cheese and peppers on it. The pasta was yummy! Nice chew to the pasta, sauce was good, I would personally liked a little more spinach in them, husband liked them just as is! The calzone we ordered with sausage and olives, it was cooked perfectly, very cheesy, big chunks of sausage, and a large portion. The only thing I would say would have improved this would have been if the marinara it was served with was warm. The container we got seemed as though it had come out of the fridge. Stopped by here after missing Taco Bell I'm Lincoln City on our way home. I'm so glad we stopped here! Most of us were starting to get the food swings and a little bit hangry and I knew Otis had something to offer. I've been by here fifty times and never noticed the Otis Pizzeria next to the gas station before. Nice surprise! Pizza, corn dogs and cheeseburgers all in the same spot! The inside looks recently renovated and clean with plenty of interesting things on the walls to look at. The young lady behind the counter happily took our complicated and varied orders without breaking a sweat! One of us ordered a pizza which came with a drink and he said it was very good. I had the 1/4 pound smoked bacon cheddar Pronto Pup and it was awesome! The Coating was fried dark brown and delicious and the dog was more like a kielbasa inside. It came with a basket of fries that filled me up. Another of us had a double cheeseburger with grilled jalapeños. Talk about a variety on the menu! Our food came to our table pretty quickly and we devoured it, immediately improving our moods. The bathroom is clean and tidy. There are chalkboards on the walls and colored chalk provided for everyone to leave a message. Cool idea! There are only four tables but they seat six at each so I imagine it could be hard to find a seat on a busy day. I highly recomend this place for people passing through Otis for good eats on your way to wherever! read more

It's a great addition to the area, especially with their delivery availability. We went basic the first time with pizza and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks weren't anything to write home about, but were solid and good. The pizza was surprisingly good. We got the meat pie and everything was flavorful and in proportion, which is hard to find with some pizza. Definitely try it out, especially if you enjoy crust a little on the thicker side (they do thin crust as well, we just didn't get it, so I can't say how they do with it). read more
