This was my first time visiting, as I came for a business luncheon. The environment and the restaurant itself are beautiful, especially the entryway. I loved the cart with the champagne bottle; such a nice touch. We sat in one of the reserved rooms and were served by two gentlemen who were truly on top of their game. Their customer service was excellent, efficient, attentive, and very courteous. As for the food, I'm not exactly sure what the dish was called, but it was delicious. The dessert and the bread were also very good. I'd love to come back on my own time and try other dishes from the menu. One thing to note: parking is limited. They do offer valet for $5, which is a helpful option. Overall, a great first experience. I'll definitely be back.

This is a very pretty restaurant to take a special person to or to just meet a friend. The food is always very good, and they will normally permit substitutions (vegetables, fries, etc.) - basically "they aim to please". Met a friend here for lunch and there's always room on a weekday for lunch - the restaurant does fill up in the evenings and on weekends. The server was very pleasant and accommodating with a change order. We just had standard fare today, the burger with fries and the turkey club. Also, a cappuccino. Very reasonably priced for lunch. A leisurely lunch and we sat around for another 15 minutes. Food came out in about 10 minutes time. Easy to get here - just inside the loop on San Felipe. Valet parking is $5 - you could park yourself, but it is a long walk.

Came here for a company lunch and was really impressed with everything from the decor, to the service, to the food. Started out with the shrimp and crab tower, had the salmon as my entree, and tres leches for dessert. I would absolutely come back for any future events.

Ordered the fish tacos. They were delicious. Service was friendly and quick. Interior was very nice, tables spaced for easy conversation. Parking was tight but $5 valet is available.

I came to celebrate my birthday/Christmas with a friend. We've both passed by here a million times (though I thought it was called Elvie's table and she thought it was Eunice due to the cursive letters lol) so we finally stopped in. The place was cute and cozy in the lobby. The main dining room is one big room and it seems like it used to be a house. They had a pianist playing seasonal music (and later happy birthday for me :). Rey have an assortment of complementary bread that was unfortunately the best thing we ate all night. We asked for more and took 3 waiters to finally bring it. The menu sounds super exciting but the pictures left a bit to be desired and the flavor did as well. We dined toast style from their small plates and nothing was mentionably good. The calamari was oddly thick and cut into squares which made me wonder if it was really calamari. The oysters Rockefeller were left uneaten after trying one each. The crab cakes also disappointed. My friend did like her edge salad though. They brought a slice of cake for my birthday that was good. Overall it was disappointing. They have free parking in front of San Faldo's or valet is $5

Cute little restaurant, kind of hidden in a sense. They have valet which is $10. Came here for an early dinner so it wasn't crowded at all! John was our server and he was amazing. I had the American Angus beef burger cooked a medium no complaints there. The Greek salad is also pictured. I did not try it, but it looked delicious. Loved my blueberry lemon drop martini.

I hosted my annual Galentine's Brunch here this year and it was a success! I highly recommend reserving Cooper's Bin for privacy. They allowed me to bring my speaker and play the music that I wanted and also to decorate. Management was very communicative and helped me create my own menu. I would absolutely come back with my family and friends for brunch!

I love coming here. It has been awhile since I was here last. The food is always Awesome. I got the grilled-10-oz-rib-eye and my fried got the herb crusted sea scallops and shrimp with salmon roe. Everything was perfectly cooked. Ten stars.

Came here for a work meeting. There's valet service for $5 at the front. The service was wonderful, food was decent and the ambiance was nice.

I was excited to try Ouisie's Table for Houston Restaurant Weeks, especially when I saw the $39 dinner menu featuring a crab cake appetizer. Despite some reviews about forced valet parking, we had no issues and were able to park ourselves and walk to the restaurant. The ambiance had an older, more traditional feel compared to the fun atmosphere I was expecting given its proximity to the Galleria. I think I was probably the youngest diner there. The meal started with three types of muffins--cornbread and jalapeño cheddar being the BEST. I shamelessly ate six of them, and the waitstaff happily kept them coming! For the appetizer, I ordered for the crab cake. While the portion was decent, the flavor didn't stand out, and the corn pairing did not help. My main course was the beef tenderloin with vegetables and au gratin potatoes. It was simple and straightforward, but nothing memorable. The potatoes were my favorite part of the dish, though they could have been cooked a little longer for a softer texture and more browning on top as you would expect with au gratin potatoes. Overall, the service was excellent, but the simplicity of the food just wasn't for me. Can I get those muffins to go?

Ouisie's never disappoints. I have been a few times and the latest was for a baby shower in the large banquet room. Great food, great service and beautifully decorated. Valet parking is available and recommended since spaces are very limited.

It's a blessing now when you walk into a restaurant and the table conversations are not competing with the music. Seems to be a trend in Houston and Ouisie's is not the case ! Great food - reasonable price and killer service !Keep up the great work !!!

Wow! What a brunch! We were so incredibly surprised by everything at Ouisie's! My husband and I went for brunch as we are looking for a place to host our daughter's baby shower. We are very picky eaters. Everything was perfect! It really isn't like us to both say that. We already texted all of our friends and plan on bringing our out of town guests! All I can say is give Ouisie's a try. You won't be disappointed! Valet is $5 and not mandatory.

We started by sharing a couple of appetizers - the smoked redfish dip and the biscuits. I'm weird about smells and aftertastes - and was hesitant to try the smoked redfish dip. The dip was flavorful and very smoky - the crackers it is served with were amazing. The aftertaste was tolerable, but a little fishy for me. The biscuits - I could write poems about them. I'd go back to eat baskets of just those biscuits. Highly recommend. My husband ordered the fried catfish platter - it was amazing. The catfish nuggets were crunchy and HOT (temperature), the fries were perfectly seasoned and the hush puppy was a crunch heard around the globe. Sadly, the shrimp and grits arrived to the table at room temp. The flavor was really good, but I was worried to mention the temp issue and have the kitchen nuke them in the microwave. The red beans and rice were similarly room temp and congealed. The restaurant atmosphere was lovely, the service was solid, and on a Tuesday evening we could have walked in and been seated quickly. Overall, it was a nice evening with our friends. Sometimes the company makes up for small disappointments.

We were sat relatively quick, I would put reservation for this place if I were you, but when we came it wasn't too busy. We were sat and was greeted by our server, Fabian. The vibe was very nice, had the R&B jams in the background but wasn't overly loud to where you can't converse. It was a beautiful sunny day outside and it reflected all throughout the large windows of the restaurant. A+ for the ambiance. We started off with mimosa carafes for the table, great blend of juice and champagne. No complaints at all about the mimosas. He started us with a round of biscuits, with butter & jelly on the side. Would give it overall rating of 8.5/10, I actually liked them they weren't too sweetened like other biscuits. For food, I ordered the Buttermilk Waffles, turkey links, and side of Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese. The food was good, above average in my opinion. The buttermilk waffles weren't overly crisp but still had nice warm flavor (8.7/10), turkey links were satisfactory (8.1/10), and the mac & cheese was above average as well, not out of this world but pretty good nonetheless (8.0/10). In my opinion, I give this restaurant a 5-stars, not just because of the food (4 stars), but just the overall experience. The ambiance was great, our server was hilarious, kept us entertained the entire time, and they were convenient nonetheless. They do 20% auto-gratuity as well. Was a calmer brunch with a good vibe, something that is very underrated in a city like Houston. I would recommend this place if you have older adult family in town or if you want an experience more... "demure" for a Sunday. Once we order he must've taken a break because he did not return to the table until after the food had been brought out by kitchen staff. Lastly the terrible server did not show the ticket he told me the price I asked to review it and he let out a deep sigh and clutched the reader as if only he could hold it. I realized that he was clutching it because he had added an additional tip for himself. Despite the resturant automatically charging each guest 20% grautity. Maybe seasoning them a little more, cutting them in halves, and charring them would've done the job. Peach cobbler was so yummy. I loveeeee how they have offer for preferences with the peach cobbler (more crust, more filling, or neutral) because I personally love more crust. Kool aid was good but could stand to be just a tad bit less sweet with more flavor. All in all if you have a catfish craving and want good vibes and service I'd 1000% endorse this spot.

I was undecided on what to order, so I went with the cajun stuffed chicken exactly as it comes, along with mac & cheese and collard greens. The meal wasn't bad, but it wasn't that good either. The chicken, I'd probably skip next time, I took most to go and it went bad cause I couldn't do it. Mac wasn't anything to write home about either but again, them greens and cornbread are absolutely getting reordered. He made menu suggestions without being pushy, kept my glass full the entire meal, was kind, patient, and anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask. That level of service is becoming harder to find, and it definitely elevated the experience.
