I went to this Outback to celebrate my birthday with my dad and step mom. The ambience was busy but clean with good energy. From the moment we got there we had such a good experience. Amber greeted us she was friendly and engaging. Our server was Elias he was amazing, attentive and friendly he really made us feel special which meant a lot to my dad. During our meal the manager Mark even came over to introduce himself and check on us! This team was great. I ordered a wedge salad, steak and ribs. That wedge salad was fantastic, I wish I got a picture . My step mom got the coconut shrimp and I will probably get that the next time. Over all I was surprised and so happy. My dad and step mom are seniors and have been dealing with illness, the fact the staff was patient and kind meant so much to me. Sometimes you never know how a little kindness impacts someone. Although I usually tend not patronize large corporate chain restaurants for dine-in, I have been to at least 1 other Outback before a few years ago, and I had a good experience there - my experience at this particular Outback was no different. We stopped here early on a Tuesday night - as it was not crowded at all, there was plenty of seating and parking available, we did not have to wait at all before being seated at comfy table. Thankfully, no papers were required to dine-in indoors. The food was decent overall (especially the complimentary bread!), and the portions were filling. Our server was Adam M. - all things considered, he rendered excellent service, and we would be happy to have him as our server again. Quiet. Clean. Not busy! Haven't been here in a while! Not sure when I will return! We started with mom's fave....and ummmmmm....Our blooming onion would have been best titled "Burning Onion!" The petals were passed crispy! There were parts that were inedible! The menu selections were disappointing. I wanted steak and fried shrimp (I forgot it's not their thing), needless to say that didn't happen. I went with the ribs and steak. Steak was smaller than a chicken wing and the ribs were burnt to a crisp! Unidentifiable bones with sauce on them. Like just why serve that? Embarrassing moment for the world down under! They should be ashamed! My loaded baked potato was nowhere near "loaded!" The broccoli was the star! It was so fresh and well seasoned! It basically saved the meal. The services is lacking at this location. The start of the services was great, but by the time we got our food it went downhill. Unfortunately our server Sam was lacking attention to details. Drink refills lacking, no pen was given to sign the check, he disappeared several times and continuously walked by the table as if we didn't exist. 3 stars, we love this place and the food is always good. This Outback ain't what it used to be, but then again I guess that's the same for all Outbacks. Even the service used to be absolutely VIP-level (I still remember when one of the waiters would pack our food to go and even labeled them for us, wherever he is I hope that guy is doing well). However, I still enjoy going here when I'm feeling fancy but not too fancy lol The drinks are good and the food is alright because it's hard to mess up steak and a blooming onion. The only thing I've ever regretted getting here is the addition of the lobster tail. What I got was lobster the size of a shrimp and for $10, I can tell you that it was one of the saddest bites I've ever had. This was my first time ever splurging for the surf and turf and what I got was a cold lobster bite :'( Shoutout to our servers Miguel and Kyle. They are very understaffed here but the two still managed to make it a great time for us (including great drink recommendations). Worst dine out experience in my life. I typically don't leave bad comments on any of the platforms. But it was extremely disappointed tonight! It was supposed to be a birthday celebration for my 8 year old son. 1. I called in the afternoon to make a reservation at 6:30 pm because we have a group of 7 people. But NO ONE EVER told me they don't take reservations, they offer "call ahead". We arrived and checked in at 6:09 and were told that no reservations, only call ahead. We didn't get seated until 7:09. I understand we have a large group and would've changed to somewhere that they take reservations. 2. Waited a good 10 mins to finally meet our waiter. Since we waited an hour, I wrote down our order. So I ordered what we wanted when he first stopped by at our table. We had to ask him for the bread (both first round and 2nd round). 3. 10 mins after we ordered, he told us they ran of bake potatoes at 7:26pm on a Sunday night. Unbelievable! 4. The potatoes soup is ridiculously salty! We ordered 3 bowls, no one could finish it. 5. We ordered 3 different steaks (all medium), and they all came in like medium well if not well done! 6. During our dinner, no one ever came to ask how the food was. In fact, our waiter/waitress changed 3 times without letting us know. 7. We waited at least 15 mins after we finished our meal and wanted to get the bill. We all tried to make eye contact with any of the employees but no one ever noticed even they walked by every 20 seconds. 8. Based on all above, I didn't tip. 1st time ever in my life not tipping anyone!!! I know they don't care if they lose a customer or 2. But for sure they will lose me as a returned customer! I came here for lunch on a Nice Saturday afternoon in April. My family and I arrived there at 11:30am and got seated at a booth right away. Our waiter. Miguel was friendly and very good on refills of drinks. He also gave us 3 plates of bread and butter which was really nice of him. Their menu has evolved to more burgers and fried chicken sandwiches. We haven't aren't inside for few years. We ordered blooming onion for appetizer and 2 prime rib sandwiches with fries and I ordered a sweet cooking bacon burger with fries. I was tempted to order a bowl of clam chowder or potato soup but I resisted. The bread was soft with soft butter on top which was yummy. The onion was nicely fried with a lot of seasoning . Our waiter checked on us several times as he got more tables. My burger was yummy and the fries was seasoned just right. My brother and sister loved their prime dip sandwich of heaping of meats and seasoned fries. We were so full and he gave my brother a birthday dessert which was nice of Miguel. So glad we went to the Arcadia Outback to celebrate our birthdays with family! The service was amazing, our waiter Kyle was extremely attentive and friendly, catering to our large group and made sure we were all happy. The food was delicious, the blooming onion did not disappoint, my grandson loved his fries, my steak melted in my mouth, my mother in law raved about her hamburger, no one was remotely disappointed. Dress for the occasion *** this place is picky with how they choose to treat people based of what you wear (to be fair we had a rough day and just came to grab a quick bite) we dressed like bums but we didn't think that we get ignored. Me and my sister were seated in between two tables with ppl, one table across from us as well. Everytime the bald server (w/mustache) came by he asked every table "how are you guys doing is there anything I can get for you guys?" Literally to all the tables around us, I gave benefit of the doubt that maybe he just served us our food that we didn't need anything yet, I told my sister "if he doesn't ask us if we need anything it's definitely bc how we dressed" he came around two more times, ask everyone around us again but not us, even offering water refills for the other tables while our cups had no water , at this point I didn't even bother to ask for water bc I was over the lack of customer service. But I will say he does have a good customer service voice definitely makes you think he cares but his actions proved otherwise :c. The food was relatively decent or else I would have given one star. My partner and I had come for dinner and once seated we waited for 15 minutes for a server to come greet us. During that time we watched at least 6 different servers walk by our table and just look at us. My partner ended up having to get up and tell the host our issue. Once we were served, our drinks took an additional 10 minutes to come out, just soda and water. We ordered our food and once it arrived both of our steaks weren't cooked properly. Based on what I have seen in other reviews here, I would emphasize that this is a very pleasant restaurant *** during off-peak time *** and could be the perfect escape for a special occasion. My wife and I enjoyed an excellent anniversary dinner for two for about $60, taking advantage of the three-course meal special. This included baked potato soup or a garden salad, a main entree (1/2 rack of ribs with rice pilaf or 9 oz center cut sirloin with generous baked potato), finished off separate desserts (chocolate cheesecake and strawberry cheesecake). The delicious steak and ribs were well-seasoned and very well presented and the rice pilaf had a robust garlic tang. The baked potato soup was surpassingly robust and the garden salad was generous in size. Great service was provided by Jennifer who attended to our every request and kept the excellent house bread coming, as well as plenty of salad dressing or potato fixings as needed. These days when it seems every post-pandemic restaurant has jumped in price, reduced portion sizes, cut back on service and then nickel-and-dime you for every additional ingredient, side order or condiment, Outback Steakhouse stands by its motto of making sure everything is "Just Right". read more

Due to the shady way this outback has treated me I will not be returning. They flagged my previous reviews to yelp, citing "conflict of interests" in order to get my negative and critical review taken down. So basically this outback will outright lie on customers to yelp, pretending there is a "conflict of interest" in order to get critical reviews taken down. I WAS a loyal and regular customer of this place since 2010, spending atleast $150 to $200 every couple of weeks there. But between the bad customer service, declining quality of food and this deceitful yelp tactic you can kiss this customer good bye for good. A lot of the tables at this place look like rats have been chewing on them, and the only thing left that is upscale is the price. Calling corporate is useless too, you will never reach anyone but the answering service which is a waste of time to even bother with. Sure you can leave messages and your call back number, but no one will bother to call you. This corporation/restaurant chain has definitely declined, especially this location. Talking to the manager at this store was also a waste of time, as she couldnt have been more apathetic. So thanks to my experiences with this restaurant I will no longer be going to outback. They used to be my all time favorite. In any case, if you have any recommendations for a good steakhouse in the area please feel free to let me know in the private message. Our drinks, blooming onion app, and side dishes were good! Meat (prime rib), not so much. Tough and flavorless. It was very hard to chew. And when I smothered it with horseradish sauce and dipped in au jus, it still didn't taste like anything. I left more than half in my plate. The manager was kind enough to comp our meals though. We came in when it was slower time, around lunch time, not too many people, ordered drinks and an appetizer, took a little bit to get those. We had also asked for extra cherries for a drink, by the time they came around the drink was finished. We sat there for over an hour before our meals finally came out, we were asked if we needed anything, we asked for a1 sauce and lemons, we never received those, One meal was withshrimp and it was very under cooked, so we sent it back and asked to cancel that, and they partially refunded us for it so that was great. We asked for the check and seen we were charged for the blooming onion when the lady who had taken the order had comped it because the rewards for it wasn't coming up, we informed the waiter and he was very quick with his "Well it wasn't me so" like okay calm down no one said it was, we just informed you and asked about it. The one star is definitely more for the service, we were rarely checked on, everything was super slow, and when were were leaving the waiter and it looked like a team lead or a manager walked by to check over our shoulder to see if we left a tip, we did even though the service was terrible, and she just made the ugliest like ha face, like ma'am you should stop doing it before it's stuck like that. We got there are the restaurant felt about 1/3rd full - but maybe there was a shift change and they were just waiting to get people seated as people started working. The service was pleasant, but the food was mediocre. My son had prime rib and it was very fatty. I got salmon -- and it was okay, but it didn't feel super fresh. My husband got his steak and he said that it was good. I don't intend to go back to this location. It felt expensive for what it was. As we were looking over the menu, we were brought out two loaves of hot fresh baked bread and a delicious salted butter to slather on it...so yummy,we could barely keep our eyes on the menu, we just kept going back to the bread! We decided to try a couple different appetizers,' the Bloomin Shrimp" looked good,and we were not disappointed, a plate full of big thick shrimp in a light batter, served with a delicious dipping sauce that had a slight flavor of horseradish it was a salmon-colored tasty sauce that was absolutely delicious! Another appetizer we just had to try,(( because we heard so much about it)) was the,'Bloomin Onion" and that was delicious too, but I really enjoyed the shrimp so much more... I was pleasantly surprised at how big the shrimp were very delicious and juicy...I was impressed with the Bloomin shrimp platter,it is one of my favorites! Now on to the main event, we ordered a T-bone steak cooked medium, a fully loaded potato and a fully loaded potato soup...the steak was cooked to perfection (we sent our compliments to the chef!) The meat was tender and the char on the fatty edge was so,soooo tasty! The chef really knows how to grill a steak...not every place has a chef that does...we will be back for sure! And Steve,our waiter,he was great with suggestions, and with that,it brings us to a dessert, we decided to share...it was called,' Thunder chocolate mountain brownie" or summthin like that,there's a picture in my photos... the warm brownie was absolutely delicious with toasted walnuts in it,giving it an absolutely wonderful flavor,an absolutely amazing warm chocolate fudge sauce topped with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream, a big swirl of whipped cream... atop that, last but not least,shaved chocolate curls on top...such a perfect ending to a perfect meal!
