If you want to get bubble guts this is your to go place. Honestly the service is great but the food is so bad. Starting with the loaded blooming onion the fries were so soggy and the actual onion was soggy as well. I got the sirloin with a side of Barbie shrimp, loaded mashed potatoes and tortilla soup. The tortilla soup was just awful and the presentation didn't make it better it looked like food from the garbage disposal. The mashed potatoes and the cherry tomatoes that came with the shrimp were good. I didn't even try the shrimp. The steak was okay only because I bathed it in Garlic butter, waste of my appetite and I didn't like the bubble guts lol. read more

If you decide to eat here make sure you don't leave anything in your vehicle. We ate there on 9/16/2019 parked right outside the front door and when we came out the parking lot security person was waiting by our vehicle. The drives side rear door window had been shattered and our belongings were gone. We went to the police station to file a police report and there were others already in line to file a report and they were from the same parking lot and their cars had been broken into as well. This place gets 4 stars - maybe even 5 (but I don't give those out often) - in comparison to other chain restaurants in its grouping. Awesome service, crazy good prices. Where can you get a decent steak or salmon for $15? And a welcoming committee of 4 (despite the place being packed with customers). Service was fast, and they kept my water glass filled. I'm so impressed. And I walked in expecting the worst. It's not just another chain restaurant - this place stood out as unique, and I might have to come back for another $15 piece of steak. :) and the complimentary bread wasn't too bad either! Oh! We had a wonderful experience here tonight. Our waiter was Kent and he was new and fresh to the restaurant and yet undaunted by our needs and wants. He recommended the bloomin onion strings in leu of the entire Blooming Onion starter and it was excellent and just enough. He possesed a wonderful sense of humor and we bantered back and forth while ordering with him. I ordered the 12 oz prime rib, rare and it was cooked to perfection. Jody had the 6 ounce signature sirloin with garlic mashed potato's and was higly impressed with the cut of the meat and the appropriate doneness of his meat. All in all a very pleasant experience. I will say this, while I have dined in Sydney, Perth and Melbourne, Australia, this fare is not necessarily true to the Australian culture and foods but is close enough for Texas in my opinion. The only reason it gets 3 stars is because our waiter rocked. He was attentive and had a great personality. The steaks were both undercooked. My friend sent back his prime rib because it was WAY undercooked from how he ordered it. Mine was too, but it wasn't as bad. The new chicken dippers they have are great...w/a great dipping sauce. All was ok until my friend went to eat his baked potatoe and saw there was a spider on it. The waiter got a manager who just kind of laughed it off. I just ordered pick up now and the lady answering the phone was so rude and just a downright horrible employee, wish I knew her name but she messed up the order after repeating it twice to me, she was rude, made smart remarks and just didn't know what she was doing, maybe she should be washing dishes instead.. and every time I dine in the service is slow, I mean SLOW!! I ordered a steak salad and on the menu it says mixed greens so when I got my order delivered I got a salad with only iceberg lettuce and my well done steak looked liked dried up strips of meat and after a 90$ bill they are coming to pick up the salad and refund me . Good ole outback.. used to work here some years ago. Always had a good service here until tonight. Fiancé got the table while I ran to restroom. This was at 7:50. She ordered a drink, and ordered an appetizer. Fast forward about 10 minutes, server comes by. I order a Jack Honey Coke, it's in the menu. Server says "im not sure if we have it" no problem, just let me know if you don't and I'll order something different. About 20 minutes later, the appetizer came out, still no word about my drink. Fiancé ordered a salad, with entree and so did I. Her salad comes out, and he forgets dressing. Waits about 7 minutes, he checks and grabs dressing. Mind you, I've YET to get my salad. Oh, and my drink is still be to known if they have. He walks by, doesn't stop. I get his attention, order another drink (without asking about my original order.. pretty pissed at the moment) and ask about the dressing and salad. Order comes out, my baked potato is cold, still no salad, and her steak is over cooked and cold. This is about 9oclock by now. He stops by the table, and runs and grabs my salad. I finally get my drink half way they my entree. He tells us he will comp the salad and her steak, he copped mine instead (couple dollars less) I didn't say anything I was already pissed about the shitty service and just wanted to leave. I ordered from Outback a few times and I was underwhelmed the last few times. I ordered two ribeyes online and noted that I wanted Brown,"NO PINK" on the steaks. The steaks were RED with plasma in the tray. The ribs my daughter ordered were flavorless and fatty. The best part of our meal was the bread, which is why there are two stars. the first time it happened, I gave them a pass because it was in the height of COVID 19. Today's order was my 18th Anniversary Meal, and it was largely given to the dog because it was rare. I am disgusted by the thought of the blood in the container and the Rare steak I received. I went here for the first time today and it was AMAZING! Our waitress Stephanie (hopefully I spelled that right) was super nice and honest . It was like she was a part of the family . Everyone was super nice as soon as we came in the door . We got our drinks super fast . We also ordered the cheese fries as an appetizer. They were cooked super well . I was full right after eating them . For the entree I ordered the shrimp and chicken pasta . It was to die for . I loved every bit of it . I tasted the mac and cheese and that is also amazing . I have seen the commercial for Outback Steakhouse multiple times, so my boyfriend and I decided to try it out for the first time. From the moment we walked in the hostess greeted us, she was very courteous. The waiter that I had, Joanna, was AMAZING. she was so sweet, professional, she offered suggestions and catered to us very well. The food was spectacular. I ordered the chicken and ribs platter, my boyfriend ordered steak of course and everything was sooo good. The prices were great, we expected to spend more money, so the rest went towards Joanna's tip :). Ate here on my first night and had a great meal. Came back on my third and last night and although there were some hiccups with my order.
