[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is my favorite Outback. I love to come for lunch and sit in the bar area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] During the week, Heidi is usually running that section and she is the best! I recently stopped in for lunch and ordered the burger off of the lunch menu. I went with the creamed corn as the side. I added sautéed onions to the burger. Outback makes a fantastic burger, and they always cook it perfectly. Sometimes all I want is a good burger and on those occasions I like to come here. This location is a "testing" restaurant. Meaning this is one of the few restaurants where they try new menu items. If the items do well, they eventually expand to other Outback branches. For example; both the creamed corn and the cinnamon butter are test items. Great value, great food and great service. If you're there during the week, sit in the bar area and meet Heidi.

The steak was lukewarm warm, and tasteless. The sides, also only like warm. Not happy!!

    Classic Prime Rib*

It's so seriously disappointing that this Outback fails to deliver! I have been eating here since 2014, so nearly 12 years and I have witnessed a gradual but consistent decline. Please see the attached picture, and the amount of fat that was on this prime rib. It was more than 50% fat. They allowed this to leave to kitchen? Was there no one looking at the plate and seeing the disgusting amount of fat? The manager only offered $15 off of the bill for this. What a joke!!!! Keep the $15, to spend of advertising for new customers, because I will not comeback until everyone of the employees are replaced. Seriously what is the point of spending so much money on advertising and remodeling the restaurant, when the result is horrible food? This location needs more than a remodel, they need new management, and a total overhaul of the employees. It's disgraceful !!!!!!!

Met my grandparents to eat at the outback steakhouse on Lantana this summer. Our server had a smile on her face from start to finish and it was a great hostess to our party! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Clean dining room, good vibes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] And if you come here, just get a fillet with a combo side. Cheers mate!

Hadn't been to this place in years, but my son and I stopped in for lunch today. I can't believe how much has changed at Outback. Incredibly overpriced, very small portions of mediocre quality food. No atmosphere or ambience. Service was good but I can't see a reason to come back,

Food: sirloin and grilled shrimp combo with loaded baked potato and Mac and cheese. Sirloin and Alice spring chicken with mashed potatoes and rice. Very tasty. Service: A little slow but it was ok. Ambiance: Busy and medium volume.

    The Outbacker Burger*

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Very unfriendly staff and unwelcoming atmosphere at take out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] No napkin, no utensils, no condiments were included. I expected more for a $16 burger. I'll stick to other locations as my to go outback is awesome.

The pre-mix menu made ordering super easy, as we started with a shrimp cocktail and, for the main, a lobster linguini. The menu also included a delicious dessert (raspberry sorbet) for $68. This did not include drinks. For drinks, I enjoyed a Pink Flamingo and a spicy margarita. And for the music, the DJ was very lively and encouraged diners to get out of their seats and dance around the restaurant in a line. Kelly S and the entire team did an amazing job hosting us. The place is beautiful and thankfully the food quality is top tier. I look forward to my return!

I've been here on a multitude of occasions…read more I'm not sure exactly how long they've been open but when I first became aware of the place, which was about a year ago, someone took me for my birthday and I had a great time. The service was excellent, and the food was actually quite good. But it's really the atmosphere that's just so interesting. From an aesthetic standpoint, it's really a very pleasing environment. Sadly, all subsequent visits since the first have gone downhill. So perhaps I just got more than lucky on that first occasion. The sushi in particular has been "fishy". So I stopped ordering it, but on the last try, they actually argued with me before taking it back. No apology mind you. While they were fighting with me, I asked, "why don't you taste it?". Which resulted in a lecture series on how the chef is the owner and how he prepares everything himself. So I logically asked to speak to him because you could smell it from at least a few inches away and it wasn't fresh or at least wasn't good. And of course they let me know that he's not working. So what was that exercise about exactly lol? On my last and final visit, I got stuck in some crazy Florida storm prior to walking in the door. The streets were literally getting flooded. Anyone on the road at that moment knows what I'm talking about. The restaurant had just opened and there was not a person inside nor do I think anyone would enter the restaurant because to get to it, they would have had to walk through the parking lot and by the time they made it to the door, they would be soaking wet (as I was). Meanwhile, I did not want to drive in that flood and so just decided to order food / drinks and wait it out. So without a single person in a restaurant, other than staff, and with sympathetic glances from the hostess and the bartender that I had survived the storm to get into the restaurant relatively dry-ish, and just grateful to be anywhere and not outside, the manager decided to come over and throw me out because I had a graphic on my T-shirt. Ironically, it was my own design, having worked in fashion for years. Of course, he could've made an exception since there was a massive storm outside, and no customers inside, but no, he made me go back out into the rain and now by the time I hit my car, I was completely soaking wet drenched, which also drenched my car. So let me just say a giant FU to that Manager whoever the hell you are dude yeah and you won't be getting my business ever again. I predict this place goes the way of the dodo and not the flamingo. It will take time, but it will happen.

Our server was so attentive and helpful--Liam. The decor was very cozy Florida style but I kept smelling cleaning solution now and again so that's not so good. The menu is really eclectic as you read through it. Fried rice and French dip and tacos on the same menu? But.. We loved the apps! I wish I just ordered the ceviche for my meal. It was fresh and zesty. The others loved the thanksgiving empanada which was basically an empanada with turkey and cranberry, etc. Tuna poke was also loved. The tallow fries tasty but I liked the regular ones better. But basically everyone loved all the fries. Entrees were just mediocre. The French dip would, have been nice but the beef was too thick and overcooked and the roll was thick and doughy. The cheese shouldn't be on a French dip at all, but even more so when it was congealed and not melted. Skip this one. The tacos were decent though. The snapper was really good but a little overcooked and seriously over salted. No room for dessert. Love the bar because they accommodated a silly pisco sour request with a humorous creative twist! The mushrooms were excellent, there was a nice char on the crust, the cheese was deliciously melty, yum. We also had a bottle of Chablis that was delightful. For dinner, we ordered a pasta dish that was also great. For dessert, we went with a shortbread cheesecake dessert which was very gastronomic. I loved everything. The only reason I am not giving them 5/5 was because my husband called ahead of time to request a desert with a candle in it AND he asked the front desk multiple times to make sure they had a dessert setup for my birthday and they did not, so he was really upset about that (I didn't mind). Our server was really sweet and knowledgeable. I guess she wasn't related the information, not her fault. I didn't realize how packed it would be here in July! We will definitely be back. My wife and I agreed on sharing a Porterhouse steak but unfortunately, they ran out the night before. The Waiter told us their daily meat, fish, and starters. We ordered the Empanadas, Me So Crispy, Wedge Salad, 40oz New York Strip (daily meat special), Mac, and Fries. Way too much food for the 2 of us. They brought out a little free snack that's Curried Chicken Salad on a Tortilla chip. Absolutely delicious. Next was the Empanadas and Me So Crispy. The Empanadas with the chimichurri sauce was amazing. The best empanadas we've ever had. I'm not a big seafood fan, but the Spicy Tuna Tartare on the Crispy Rice was spectacular. That was my favorite starter. The Wedge salad came and that was delicious also, the egg was boiled perfectly. The service is amazing. Checking up on us throughout the time. They brought out steak knives from Argentina and we got to choose our weapons. The 40oz New York Strip with sauces, Mac, and fries came out and it was the best cut of meat I've ever had. We ordered it rare to medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. It had a great sear and crust on it, it cut super easily and was super tender. Mac was really good as well, and the fries were perfect. Didn't even need ketchup for them. After we were done, they brought out a free Madeleine and chocolate muffin. They also gave us free Champagne to celebrate our anniversary. We ordered Bread Pudding because why not and it was delicious too. My wife and I have been to quite a few fancy expensive restaurants where even one was 420$ a person. Nicholson Muir has turned to our number 1. We have zero complaints. They exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We will definitely be back.
