As soon as I arrived, I was seated in a timely manner. I received mix feelings about my visit. Positive: I ordered the 6oz Sirloin and my friend the 6oz Filet. Both were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. No complaints on that end. Negative: Our server was polite and respectful. However, he was at our table few, far and in between. He had an enormous section and was overworked, which was why we didn't get upset. However, no one should have to wait 15 plus minutes for two sodas and so on for everything else. We went here for the unlimited shrimp promotion. The menu is really nice to choose from for the promotion. Are waitress was very good. I had the sirloin and it was cooked perfect. Season really good. My wife and daughter had the grilled chicken that tasted fantastic. All three of us had the unlimited shrimp with it. The shrimp came out fast. Wasn't a long wait at all between refills. First let me say coming from Ohio and a regular at Outback here at home I was Very Impressed with Sabrina Baldwin store Manager. Not that we needed her but for her ability to get her entire staff to work so well in sync. From the Hostess to the server to Sabrina herself it was a real pleasure eating here. We did have a short but very nice talk with her and that was because we wanted to compliment her on the visit, food , service and appearance of the location. Steak was great, potato hot, bread very warm and soft..just perfect and on a busy Sat. night I might add. Job well done and Thank You. We had a terrible experience on this particular evening. The waiter, Michael C, forgot a drink order and the cocktail was not served until the halfway point of the meal. The kitchen messed up two of the salads. Finally, the manager on duty, Erica, stated that we would not have to pay for the cocktail that was served late. The charge still showed up on the bill, but was finally removed. Although Michael and Erica were very apologetic, more could have been done regarding adjustments to our bill. We will not be coming back and we will be spreading the word regarding this poor experience. read more

Very nice meal and enjoyable atmosphere. Sara, our server, had a friendly, engaging personality and was very attentive without being intrusive. For a lighter appetite, the chicken quesadilla was the perfect size and the Bourbon Salmon with Bacon was a great choice for a mid-sized appetite. Both selections proved to be very flavorful, cooked perfectly, and served promptly after being prepared rather than left sitting under warming lights. I also had to return the next day to retrieve the credit card I (stupidly!!) left with the signed merchant's copy and despite the restaurant being extremely busy due to having a large tour bus full of customers, the manager was very accommodating and prompt in getting my card out of the safe. read more

The wait to get in was hectic, the hostess had no sense what going on, who was next etc. After being seated it felt like a good 10 mins to see orlur server. Finally got our drinks, the microwave tasting cornbread muffins were horrible. Waitress barely checked on us. After finally getting our order in cause our waitress was mia, the wait began. A table that sat beside us with a dif server arrived 10-15 mins after us. We were amazed at how fast the received drinks, muffins and placed an order. They were half way through their dinner before a dif server brought us our food. We ordered ribs, brisket and chicken for all 3 of us. First of all, we love to get the curbside Outback but this location needs major improvements. It is hit or miss. This summer I made two trips back to this location for a well done steak that was supposed to be medium rare. I wrote the manager and he didn't even respond to my email. Last night, I ordered ribs which were way overcooked and barely edible. They actually gave me a stomach ache. The kicker was that ribs weren't even sauced up! The sauce was simply thrown in the box. Just moved to the area, hostess didn't greet me, waited around for a while until finally a server came up. Had Kayla, she never refilled my drink or asked me how my meal was. Didn't bring side plates, saw her chatting it up with other servers. Luckily there are other outbacks in the area because I will not be returning to this one. Went to Outback today with my wife and children for my birthday. The blooming onion looked and smelled like the oil was a week late being changed, then my steak comes out which I ordered medium well and was burned and dry. I ate 2 bites and asked for a box so I could take my veggies home. The waitress asked if everything was ok, I responded with my steak is burned and dry, she apologized and walked off. Awesome food! Great staff too. I'm a regular and I'm never disappointed with my experience. My favorite dish is the 9 ounce sirloin on the flat top cooked medium. I had the best prime rib I have ever had in 22 years in Myrtle Beach. The bar tender made me a very special drink. Not too sweet, not too sour and just the right amount of rum. Tasah our waitress was wonderful and had a great personality. It was extremely busy so we had to wait a little for our dinners but it was worth the wait. My advice is if you are going on a Friday night, don't be in a hurry. I live in the area so I go there on a regular basis. I have never had a meal that I was not happy with. Had dinner here twice during the golf week and wasn't disappointed each time! I was in a party of 8 the first time and 7 the second time. Most the people in my party ordered steak (including one allergic to seafood who had his cooked in tinfoil (impressive!!)) Definitely not the best food I've tasted. The fries were cold and mushy, the cheese on my sandwich was hard (almost like it has been sitting out for awhile). The only thing good about this restaurant was the waiter. At least he was attentive and had a sense of humor. This is my first trip to an Outback Steakhouse in about 3 years. Everything was excellent from the minute we walked thru the door which was held open by an employee to another employee holding the door when we left. Came here with my girlfriend for dinner on Monday 3/12/18 around 6pm. Ordered Bloomin Onion, Filet Mignon, and Parmesan Crusted Chicken. Within 4 hours, my girlfriend and I came down with painful food poisoning. We were up all night and the symptoms lasted until the following Thursday. We were "assured" that there's no way we got food poisoning from here because they had a health inspector there that day and everything had to have come out to code, but that was the only shared meal we had together. Not to mention, our symptoms started like clockwork and happened simultaneously. For a 1bth house you could say it got chaotic. Won't be dining at another Outback anytime soon. read more

my boyfriend and i dined at the outback steak house on friday. the service was terrible. never offered to refill drinks. food was bad my boyfriend has the lobster tail with lobster stuffed shrimp and crab cakes. the lobster tail was very rubbery and the saqlad had almost no dressing. the waitress was to interested in taking care of her other 2 tables instead of including us. will never be back .had to rate this on but should not be rated at all read more

After going to this location several times I thought I knew for sure what I would be getting and THOUGHT I could count on good device and good food. Ordered steak med-well and was basically rare and in eatable . Both bar tenders looked at me several times but ignored me and my problem.
