It was busy so we opted to sit outside and we loved the views and vibe. Everything is great. The food was delicious. The best part was the service they were amazing.

My 2nd time ever eating at an outback, the second we walked in, my husband and I were greeted with smiles. Our server, Macy, was an absolute doll! She was so very sweet and attentive, friendly, and from what I noticed, she was very very busy (Saturday evening) and went to each of the tables at her section with nothing but a smile and making sure that everyone was enjoying their meal. I know I gave this place a good review a year ago, but I just had it again last night for the first time in a year & felt the need to give them another review. 5 stars for sure!!! I was extremely happy with my delicious meal. I don't think I had ever tried their pork chops before until last night, but holy moly's, the pork chops are EXTREMELY TASTY! I honestly do not know if I've ever had a better tasting pork chop. This was easily the best or second best pork chop I've ever tasted in my life! Yum, I want more of it now haha. I just had to state that. If anyone is craving some pork chops, I highly recommend giving theirs a try! It was only like $22 for two good sized chops that was split between father & I, yet filled both of us up easily. I dig it. :) Give em a try! A little confusion with the call ahead and put yourself on the waitlist option. When I had called prior to our arrival whoever I talk to said there was no wait. But when we had arrived there was a 25 minute wait. I had told the hostess what had happened and she was so awesome and made sure we got sat as quick as possible. Then the service was a little wonky at first and nobody helped us for a little bit but finally I believe it was the bartender/manager that came and helped us. From then on, it was a great experience. My husband and I went to Outback Steakhouse for my Birthday. When we got there, we only waited about 5 mins and got seated. I had the Ribeye, Mac&cheese with veggies. I have always enjoyed Outback. The two stars is based on the status of their building and outdoor patio. We came in today to sit outside and it is dilapidated. I really hope the OWNER of this place reads this review. It wouldn't take much money to have your employees keep the patio clean and to have some tables that aren't being supported by coasters. The TV also appears to be from the 1990s. Come on! TVs aren't even expensive anymore. Stop being so cheap before this place goes under due to a lack of investment back into the business. read more

Most definitely the worst Outback experience I've ever had. We made a reservation for six on our way home from Universal Studios. No need though, the place was empty on a Saturday night. Our waiter Vince, had to be the driest human on the planet. Zero personality whatsoever. I would've been happy to deal it that if he'd provided good service, but that wasn't the case either. My son ordered the hot wings & cheese fries. The wings came with no sauce for whatever odd reason. Makes no sense since he was even asked if he wanted mild, hot or spicy. They came seasoned instead. With no fries. We reminded Vince about the fries and he said "okay" and never brought them, but brought the bacon for the fries that he never brought. Then my son asked for sauce and was brought some chunky orange sauce that was not the wing sauce. No clue what it was, but it wasn't that. My husbands prime rib sandwich was flavorless. At the end of the meal, we seriously were laughing at what a f**NG mess the whole thing was. Vince overheard and asked what was wrong. My husband listed it all out and Vince (finally) smiled, even laughed a little and said, "Sorry, guys." So if you're sorry, why are we still paying $175 for this atrocity of a meal?? To top it off, we drove through the McDonald's across the street afterward, to get our son the chicken and fries he'd wanted. It's clear why the place was empty. read more

I've been to this location numerous times with my family for a big family meal to celebrate someone's birthday. Usually we always have great service and good food. Tonight, we are a party of 25, and made the reservation a week ago, you think they would have a dedicated waiter or waitress for a party of this size. Well, they don't and I'm honestly leaving this review why I'm currently in the restaurant...why you ask... because nearly half of everyone's meal was wrong or undercooked and had to be sent back. Half of our party didn't receive their food for almost an hour. Do I feel this is the fault of the waitress? HELL NO! This is how big corporations work...they are obviously severely understaffed and rather let the customers suffer with a terrible experience rather than bring in the amount of staff you should have to cater a party of 25 people with two birthdays being celebrated. This was such a bad experience I felt compelled to leave them a terrible review. I hope the management will read this and make changes so this doesn't happen to other big parties. To be honest, this was suppose to be a joyful occasion with great food and service, unfortunately it was the complete opposite. We called ahead to see if there was a wait. We made reservations and we were still told to wait. We were then seated by the bar and when we asked if the server would be slowed down due to this and they told us no. We were then seated with zero silverware. After waiting an hour we finally got our food. Literally we waited an hour maybe more than that since the restaurant closed when we finally got our food. The steak was almost like a piece of rubber. I couldn't even cut the steak and the baked potato looked like someone dropped it. It got to a point where I didn't even want to eat the food. The other orders were cold/ a medium rare steak was rough and was pretty much well done. Out of all of my visits this has to be the worst time I have ever been here. Then you get charged for club soda An extra dollar for French Onion soup An extra dollar for wedge salad. The place is dirty and run down plus " nickel and diming" you for for items that most all restaurants consider complimentary. Not bad. We went to this Outback after we completed our climb of the U.S. Bank Tower earlier in the evening. I had an 11 oz. Special Steak which tasted pretty good. Juicy and cooked just the way I asked: medium-well. Our server was pretty nice but maybe they were a little under staffed that night because it took a while for us to get drink refills and we were pretty thirsty. Also the bread re-fills were a little slow as well. Our server looked pretty busy though, so I don't blame him. Service was pretty good. Had a foofoo drink carmel-crumb-chocolate something martini (8 bucks) The highlight was the Bloomin' Onion. HUGE appetizer ($6) made from a whole onion, fried, that splits open, with a sauce that was awesome in itself. Highly habit forming. That thing could be a meal by itself. Good food. The French onion soup was good and the chopped blue cheese and pecan salad was good. My husband and I got the ribeye and lobster and split it. When you ask for medium rare you get medium rare unlike most restaurants where you have to ask for medium rare to get medium. They were busy and really pushed you to finish up. read more
