The bartender, I don't want to say his name, (but it rhymes with Kogan) has the personality of drywall. He made our entire experience very forgettable. As an example, I asked if he had Coors Light on tap, which he replied "No, corporate changed it to Bud Light. We have Blue Moon, that would be the closest to Coors light". So we order the Blue Moons, after finishing it I see in the menu they offer Coors Light, so I ask Logan, oops I mean Kogan, if they have Coors light in a bottle. Guess what, THEY DO. So to make a long story short, why wouldn't you say "I don't have Coors Light on tap but I have it in botttles, would you like that?" Customer service has gone down hill. That's just one example, I could go on and on. The manager made it right and was very helpful, but because of that bartender, I will probably never go to another Outback ever again. read more

I rarely write bad reviews However unfortunately this restaurant will be getting one... the service here is great! Our waiter was very kind and attentive which is why I decided to give two stars because of his service. However, $55 for TWO alcoholic drinks and TWO appetizers (not including tip!!!)... that's just crazy. And the appetizers were definitely not worth that much money quality or quantity wise. Early mid week visit. Sat in bar so we could watch some baseball. Server was very good. Drinks came out quick as did the food. 1 filet and 1- sirloin ordered. Both MR as ordered; my sirloin tasted good, but a bit tough. Filet was tasty. Wedge salads were really good. Stuffed potato well prepared, companion had asparagus which was overcooked. I prefer the Ribeye over the filet honestly. During this visit, my husband and I were seated immediately upon arrival. Our waitress Haley was extremely attentive and our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. I always order the wedge salad, the balsamic glaze is reallllyyy good. We also got the coconut and fried shrimp appetizers. The coconut is a little better in my opinion, more crunchy & not as oily as the other and the sauce with the coconut shrimp is an orange sauce it's really nice. For our entrees I of course had the rib-eye it was cooked to an absolute perfect medium well, compliments to the chef. I always have blue cheese crumbles with my steak! I love this place. They have a deal now with an appetizer, entree, and dessert. I get the salad, sirloin, and cheesecake. Food is always great. Perfect service. Good value. We were passing through at lunch time on a Wednesday and this was convenient off the highway. We were seated quickly and there were not that many people in the restaurant. Our waitress was also the bartender and the service was excellent. We were provided bread, our drinks came out quickly and we all ordered off the lunch menu and the portions were perfect sizes for lunch. The waitress are rude...you can tell that they don't like to be inconvenienced...they try too hard to win your tip in a sense that you can tell that you are just another number to them...entitlement is what it is! The food quality has dropped...I order a filet mignon medium-well...it came well done and even burnt in several places. I sent it back...waited about 15 minutes for it to arrive and they cooked it perfectly the second time, but VERY VERY chewy...I was told by my waitress that the manager took it off the bill completely, but when check was served, the waitress said she made a mistake and I was charged for it anyways. Another in our party ordered a rib eye and a big piece of it was 100% fat...yuk! I was told the rib eye was not the greatest from time's past. My wife mentioned that her chicken salad was okay. Food is mediocre at best...not like it use to be, at least at this location. This is typically our go to restaurant but what we experienced today was such a disappointment. They offered a free meal for Veterans Day and so we wanted to take my dad out to celebrate. Granted, when we arrived you could see that they were not fully staffed but we were seated after 5 minutes. Other families were seated after us. We then sat at our table for 30mins. We were never greeted by our server, our drink order was never taken, and our food order was never taken. Meanwhile everyone who was seated after us had their drinks and appetizers served. We spoke with the hostess to see who our waiter was and informed her of the lack of service we received. She apologized and we waited a few more minutes before ultimately deciding to leave. We decided to go to Safari Room instead and had a much better experience. We were seated and served a delicious meal within 40mins. There was only one waiter who was also running the bar and she was on top of it and was serving everyone in a timely manner so I don't feel like Outback, who had multiple employees working, has any excuse for the lack of service we received today. read more

But the best thing about this place is the staff... my server was very professional and most importantly, very personable. Plus - at the end of the evening, I found out that someone on the staff had also done something very nice for me. Overall, excellent restaurant. Bloomin onion burger, ribs, filet o mignon, garlic Parmesan bites(had this during 4th of July week) and most of their American BBQ items are good. Ironically, the steak was just MID though. But, all their items are decent. They can be severely understaffed some days, so just patient. Ambiance is alright, just like any other Outback. We stayed in a nearby hotel on our way home and it was a rainy New Year's eve. We were lucky to get in without a reservation, just before the bigger crowds arrived. Our server was VERY helpful as I had new dietary restrictions and didn't know what I could have besides a bowl of lettuce. Since neither DH nor I were very hungry we split some shrimp grilled with no spices, the bread and then I had a bowl of lettuce to go with it. DH had a bowl of soup. Great experience!! Been to this location a couple times, the food and service has always been good. My friend and I decided on this Outback for a late lunch. Our server, Todd, was very pleasant and helpful. We were in a little early and we decided to order the prime rib, he wasn't sure if the prime rib would be ready. However, he took the time to check and see if we could order it. He came back and said it was fine. We asked if we could split a meal and he said that was not a problem...Great service!! In a time when TAKE AWAY is the life line for restaurants, it angers me when places like Outback seem to take advantage of customers who are supporting them. We paid $100 for 3 dinners for take way. We decided to try here for lunch today for the first time. We ordered the prime rib sandwich which came with fries or vegetables or a SMALL salad. We opted for the salad and added the fries for another $4.99! We asked for the fries to be cooked crispy, however they were not and we had to send them back. I hate to do this but it has been heard/read. And this is coming from a former server. My boyfriend and I went to Outback on Saturday evening. It was not busy so we got sat which is a plus. However it went downhill from there. We didn't get greeted by our server/bartender for more than 10 minutes. We got two waters, bread and the bloomin' onion. My boyfriend got the fried chicken sandwich with fries and Mac & cheese. And regretfully, I got the sirloin (medium rare) with broccoli and mashed potatos. My boyfriend and I got full, so we just sat there and waited for our server to come check on us. We just wanted boxes and our check. It was not busy at all. There were some servers on the floor. And as we were patiently waiting for any server to check up on us, an older lady fell from her barstool. Me and one other guy jumped from our seats to check on her and our server/bartender did not notice it until he saw me standing there. I told him the lady fell. There is obviously a lack of sense of urgency. The woman manager came out and checked up on her. And all the other servers were just standing there, to see what was happening. At that point, I wanted to leave. My bf had to tell the host to get us boxes and our check. Although it was terrible service, I still left a 20%. Now later that night, I was starting to feel sick. I threw up all the food. But the next day, it was worse. I was throwing up nonstop. I am pretty sure I got food borne illness/food poisoning. And I will never eat at Outback Steakhouse ever again. read more

My table ordered a blooming onion (free with yelp check in) cheese bacon fries, & I ordered the prime rib (medium) with a side of mashed potatoes. Blooming onion tasted amazing & the dipping sauce it comes with was even better. Fries were also very good & flavorful. However, my prime rib tasted dry & low in quality I was very disappointed by this. Mashed potatoes were okay, not great not horrible. Atmosphere/service: service was good & bad. Bad because the hostess was rude & had an attitude to the point to where we had to say something & good because our waiter was amazing & extremely friendly. My only complaint was that she forgot it was my birthday & didn't bring out anything which was a little sad considering that I watched them sing happy birthday to the table right next to me. I could have reminded my waiter but I didn't want to push. Atmosphere was typical no complaints. Food came out fast which I appreciated.
