We came here for an early dinner and had a great experience! An employee opened the door for us as soon as we arrived! The hostess sat us quickly and wiped down the high chair for our toddler! Our waiter brought us waters and bread! We decided to order drinks and I truly enjoyed mine! Our waiter was friendly and attentive and he brought us out more bread! For our entrées, we got a burger with a side salad and steak, fries and broccoli and mac and cheese and broccoli for our toddler! We all enjoyed our food!

I came here for dinner on a Sunday night and it was packed. I ordered a filet and salad and both turned out really good. The filet was perfectly cooked and service was great. The restaurant was full of good vibes and cheers due to a football game. Parking was easy and I would definitely come back again.

Ribeye "medium rare" bit overcooked would recommend ordering lower temp than desired

Had a fantastic time here with Brandice, sat at the bar while the girlfriend was having a girls night, brandice was the bartender and had great recommendations on what to get and what she wouldn't get, knew all her wines and picked out a good one for me went with conundrum, she picked out a steak we went ribeye, a checked in on me several times throughout the experience. Definitely someone to have on the team, thanks for the great experience

Outback and a quick interesting fun fact before my writing starts to jack. I did Not know that this is an American chain and that it's based out of Tampa Florida. Wow! Like where have I been! Probably under an edible rock?! LoL! Ok I must admit when I think of this place it's not at the top of my list but it was surprisingly pretty good. We went with what they're known for which was the Shrimp on the Barbie and one of the combos with the Alice Springs Chicken. Oh yeah and a bowl of their French Onion soup. Everything was pretty good except the chicken which was kinda dry and tough but still flavorful in a way. The service was really good and that surprised me since I've been to a few that were not so memorable. But yeah, except for the chicken everything was pretty decent. On a final note, I hope one day they will update and upgrade their seating for peeps with bad backs. Parking is a breeze and that's my take on it, Peace out

Affordable casual steak house and home of the famous blooming onion Popped in for the first time in maybe 10 years. Place still the same as far as decor, menu items and all that. Walked in and promptly seated. Super friendly server David. Ordered the blooming onion to start, the rib eye and shrimp plate with a house salad and the steak sandwich. Blooming onion.. was ok I'm sure it's the same as it's always been but it just didn't hit like it used to. Maybe cuz I'm older and tastes have changed but I thought it was greasy n meh.. Ribeye was good had a bunch of fatty ends but it was tasty. I didn't try the steak sandwich but was told it was "chewy" the grilled shrimp with my steak was frozen tasting it was ok but nothing to write home about. Service was good, plenty of parking and food was cool but maybe just not my cup of tea any longer. For what it is a casual steak place why not give it a try. 1 cheesecake to go, ribeye dinner, steak sandwich, 1soda 1 lemonade and a blooming onion...$99

The food and service were fantastic. I had never been to Outback Steakhouse before. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious and perfectly cooked this restaurant's steaks are. The mushroom appetizers were so good and the wait was short. We went for my moms 93rd birthday and she had a great time. Thank you to our server and the awesome host who opened the door for her. So sweet

Went for a solo dinner after work due to craving a blooming onion and seeing this deal somewhere. Showed up and due it to being an hour till close the tablet for the table was off so I didn't see the deal. I was going to just pay the 17.99 for the burger meal and attested it to this not being a participating restaurant. As I was ordering though my waiter said there was a really good deal with that burger option and showed me. What's not pictured is the side salad that I ate and the dessert I opted for the brownie instead of the included cheesecake slice. Went home with lots of leftovers and surprisingly the blooming onion reheated well in the microwave and was crispy. The staff was really nice and the place was practically empty service was great and they were playing the basketball game which was enjoyable to watch. Happy left within 40 minutes but was told I didn't have to leave as they weren't closed yet which I thought was nice also.

    Proof of purchase.

Ordered from Ontario mills location. Steak came overcooked and hard as a BRICK, the asparagus was over cooked and SOGGY and COLD! I wouldn't feed this to a dog. Seriously what a disappointment! Whoever is cooking clearly has no clue how.

The food was great. This was my first time going with family. We had a super sweet server who always checked up on our table. The staff was very sweet greeting us. The ambiance was nice and had a hockey game going. Loved the salad, didn't know I needed a wedge salad until eating one here. Steak was perfectly cooked and potato was nice and fluffy.

Came here for dinner tonight before a concert at Toyota arena. Made call ahead reservations. Was seated within g 5 min of arriving. I did the 3 course meal baked potato soup for round one, grilled shrimp on the Barbie for round two, and cheesecake with raspberry sauce. Jay was our server he was super friendly and made the experience great dinner. It is a very family friendly restaurant. Lots of kids etc nice top 40 music playing in background.

The bread was okay, didn't seem too fresh but it was nice to hold us off while we waited for our food. I ordered the outlaw ribeye and my Dad ordered a regular ribeye medium rare. The outlaw was about $40. I also ordered a side of salad and a baked potato which came with the steak. The food arrived fairly quickly amd we dug in. It was very tasty. The streak was cooked perfectly but the baked potato could have used more toppings. I ordered an extra side of sour cream. The steak was bomb. It was well seasoned and delicious. It was a nice spot and the service was very fast as well.

Ambience: The…read morerestaurant has a very modern look to it, and feels comfortable overall. The decor is pretty nice and creates a welcoming atmosphere, although it would be betterv if the place was a bit cleaner, but it is what it is. One thing I did notice is that the tables are placed pretty close together, so it can be a little difficult to move around when it's busy. Service: We had a reservation for 7 PM, and despite it being a busy night, we were seated pretty quickly. Our waiter Sydney was very friendly and informative. Although, the restaurant was very busy, it was sometimes difficult to find our waiter when we needed some refills or wanted to make some requests. It also took a while for us to get the check and pay, which was a slight inconvenience at the end of our dinner. Drinks: Passion Fruit Limeade - it was very fresh and refreshing. I enjoyed it, but i think $20 for a whole jug is a little bit pricey. Food: Spicy Sirloin - The sirloin had a good level of spice that wasn't that overpowerin. It was very tender and easy to cut into. Picanha - got it medium, and it had a great flavor without being overly salty, and it was also very tender. Tri-Tip - I got a thin slice that was cooked medium throughout. It was a little fatty in some areas, but the char on the outside added a lot of flavor to it. Sausage - i think it was okay. It was a little on the saltier side, but still very flavorful. Ribs - The ribs were mostly plain, and I could barely taste the sauce that it had on the outside, but the meat was tender and came off the bone easily. Falnk Steak - i got it thinly sliced, and it was tender and nicely seasoned. It tasted good, although it did seem similar to some of the other cuts that were served Salad Bar: - The salad bar has a good variety of hot and cold items. I liked the potatoes and the lobster bisque. Sides: When you first start out, they give you some Sides at your table. French Fries - The fries were crispy, but a bit dry and they could use some more seasoning or flavor. I think they would be better with some sauce, but fries are fries! Mashed Potatoes - they were light, buttery, and paird well with all of the meats. Cheese Bread - THey were served fresh and had a nice texture. These were probably my favorite sides during the visit! Also a bathroom review lol: - The bathroom is nicely decorated, but it could do with some more maintenance.

The chicken was tender and well seasoned with soy without being too salty. There was a fair amount of onions and tomatoes which were stir-fried along with the meat. The fries were freshly made with a light crispy exterior and creamy interior to soak up the saltado sauce. The aji verde salsa was on the spicy side but tasted good as an accompaniment to the dish. I thought that was a really nice touch. We had prefix menus I know we didn't go with the most expensive set that they have. We also had a selection of appetisers per table and of sides. Everything that came out was delicious! My favourite appetiser were the goat cheese balls. They were crunchy on the outside and really soft on the inside. I ordered the fillet medium rare and it came perfectly cooked. The Mac and cheese was delicious! The Brussels sprouts were crispy and tasty. I didn't notice that they had pork and I'm allergic to it. One of my coworkers noticed and warned me. When one of the staff overheard that I couldn't have it because I cannot have pork, she apologised and said that they could make some without pork. I didn't want to make a big deal and I said it was fine. The staff still went above and beyond to cater to my allergy and brought one without pork. That was a really nice thing to do because the Brussels sprouts were really good! For the dessert I picked the gooey brownie which was good but very rich. Overall, we all had a really good experience with really good food and good service. I would highly recommend them for an event with the set menu.

Every time my girlfriend and I decide to treat ourselves to a nice dinner that we know is going to…read morebe delicious no matter what we order, it's always Owen's. Staff is always nice and knowledgeable. We normally bring our wine and just have it corked there, but last time we were here, we enjoyed their selection as well. We love the interior with all the brick and lowered lighting. Provides a little more intimate of a setting. We actually came on my birthday in April (sorry the review is so late), but the staff all signed a birthday card for me and left confetti on the table. Nice touch. The food. We had the lava shrimp to start and of course the freshly baked loaf. I can't say anything bad. It's all fresh and the flavors are amazing. I got the venison chops cooked rare. Wow. First time I've had venison like this, and man. The presentation was cool. Waiter brought it out covered in glass and opened up the container in front of me so I could see the smoke leave the plate. She got the surf and turf, which is always nice. Steak cooked perfectly, lobster cooked perfectly, potatoes with the brown butter were delicious. Owen's never fails to let us down and we will keep coming back. Kudos to the owner and the chef for doing a bang up

Made reservations for a belated father's day dinner and we were seated immediately. Our corner was…read moreunfortunately decorated with storage that had gatehred quite a bit of dust. As a visual person, it did hamper the ambiance for me, especially since I was sitting right next to it. We were the only table that wasn't a couple, and even when it got more crowded, the noise level was pleasantly low. Our server asked us how we felt about salt, which was very much appreciated. AMARETTO SOUR: 3/5. Very sweet, and orange-forward which is a new flavor profile for this cocktail for me. BREAD & WHIPPED BUTTER: 5/5. Served warm. The bread was pillowy soft, and the butter, (which was more air than butter and therefore definitely zero calories), was delightfully salty. BRUSSELS SPROUTS: 5/5. I've been burned by so many poorly done sprouts that I don't order them anymore, but my partner wanted to try it and I'm so glad we got them. Zero bitterness, and crispier than an newly minted dollar bill. OCTOPUS: 5/5. Grilled to perfection, soft, not rubbery. The spices in the romesco sauce were aromatic and punchy. STEAK TARTARE: 4/5. Good. These crostinis were the most crostinis to have ever crostinied. The perfect vessel for the rich steak. MUSHROOM SOUP: 5/5. This is the first time I've found balance between being truffle-forward without being overbearing. Usually I'm done after about two spoonfuls, but all 3 bowls (shared between 6 of us) were cleaned. SURF & TURF: 5/5. Owen's checks internal and external temperature, which means steak is cooked true to the way it's ordered. More impressive is that they didn't overcook the lobster. A moment for the gorgeous blue plates; they are heirlooms, and only 7 of them exist in the world. CHILEAN SEA BASS: 4/5. For me, the radish did a lot of heavy lifting in balancing out the saltiness of the soy vinaigrette and richness of the fish itself. STEAK FRITES: 4/5. Again, perfectly cooked steak. I only had one fry, and I thought it was a damn good fry, but my partner did say it eventually got salty. And he loves his salt. CAMPING TRIP: 5/5. The crust on the salmon, the theatrics of the hot rock, the fresh veggies. It's a classic for a reason. MAITAKE MUSHROOM: 4/5. While it was good, I didn't find myself continuously reaching for more, as I nearly always do with mushrooms. ROBUCHON POTATOES: 5/5. AKA indulgent, buttery velvet. A labor of love well received. STRAWBERRY TART: 5/5. While the strawberries were phenomenal, the vanilla (?) custard was a little heavy for me. My mom inhaled it though. CRÈME BRÛLÉE: 5/5. So good. I don't know when it became normalized to serve crème with an Ozempic-thin layer of brûlée, but thank you Owen's for not doing that.
