Chicken Tender Platter

I absolutely love the Outback, I've been coming to this establishment since I was a little kid. The restaurant itself is always clean with updated furniture on the inside and makes you feel very welcomed! When it comes to the service it's always spot on and very friendly although the last time I went my server, didn't care to be there, but that will not change my thought on the restaurant itself. When it comes to the food, the steaks are always cooked to perfect perfection. The chicken critters are unbelievably flavorful with the crust of the appetizer from the blooming onion. If you're looking for a great steak dinner, the outback is most definitely your place.

If you got a craving for steak, this is the place. Our server was friendly and got our order out in a timely manner. Great atmosphere with lots of seating.

Some salad and some pasta i don't remember the pasta

The food was pretty good the chicken was a bit dry and a lot of the bloomin onion was just big pieces of fried stuff and not onion. The service was good and the server was very attentive, food was brought out in a timely manner. The environment is good the darker lighting makes the whole feeling of the restaurant very comfortable. The bread was great as usual thats a plus going to Outback every time!

was awesome. sat next to a guy and he sounded funny. food was filling. I saw a rat making deliveries to outside customers, other than that minor health code violation it was a great experience!

I ordered the fried chicken sandwich with fries, as did every other member of my group! It was exceptional. I think they have something magical that they put on top of that fried chicken just sort of sweet and delicious. We also ordered the little donuts and they were fried delicious nuggets of yumminess. I definitely want to go back.

DAIRY ALLERGY MISHANDLED -- WAITER LIED ABOUT CHECKING WITH THE KITCHEN…read more My girlfriend has a serious dairy allergy. Before she arrived, I spent time with our waiter going through the menu carefully -- no butter, no dairy, confirmed twice. He even went back to check with the kitchen and returned saying her meal was completely dairy free. It wasn't. Someone else at the table tasted the green beans and suspected butter. When I asked again, the waiter confirmed they'd been cooked in oil and butter -- after already telling us they were safe. By then the pork chop had been sitting on top of them and was contaminated. His response? "I can bring you another side." No offer to replace the meal. No offer to remove it from the check. Nothing. We had a show to catch at the Magenta Theater and no time to push it, so my girlfriend skipped dinner and grabbed something at Burgerville afterward -- she had a headache by the end of the show. The food and everything else about the evening was genuinely good. But between the false assurance, the contaminated meal, and the complete absence of any effort to make it right, I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone managing a food allergy -- and I'll be thinking hard before coming back myself.

The duo of bartenders covering the area did an awesome job (thank you guys!). I tried a draft cider and we got an order of coconut prawns to start. The burgers were cooked beautifully and the seasoning really worked well. The fries were a perfect crisp golden brown and they were salted well. I got some garlic aioli, so so so good! We waited 10 minutes before we were taken to our seats. It seems as though there were enough tables to accommodate the long wait line, but not enough staffing. We understood. Our waitress gave us our menu and we looked through the menu. She came back shortly and took our order. We ordered the king pao calamari to share. My husband ordered the Parmesan encrusted halibut and I ordered the wood fire grilled rib eye steak. The kung pao calamari came with cauliflower. It was okay, the kung pao sauce was a bit too powerful for the sweetness of the calamari. I would lighten up the sauce lightly. The Parmesan encrusted halibut came with tomato paste, along with califlower, green beans and potatoes. I had a quick taste and it was okay. My dish came with smashed potatoes and asparagus which is a great pairing. The steak was cooked to perfection and I liked the smashed potatoes. The restaurant has a lot of searings, and nice decor. There are lots of views of the River which sets the ambiance for the night.

I am disabled and had a hard time fighting somewhere to park. Once we got in, we were greeted by a very friendly staff. We were sat almost immediately, which was fantastic. The place was pretty full. I ordered Arnold Palmer to drink. It may not seem that big a deal but these were the most delicious I've ever had. For me the lemonade usually has a taste of a dirty mop bucket. But this was so clean and fresh. We started with an order of calamari. Very delicious. It was not chewy or Oil soaked. Very clean very tasty. We also ordered a cup of clam chowder, which was good. For dinner I had the shrimp and grits. It came with a sausage, pasty type stuff, but I had it delivered on the side. This was my best decision of the night. I wasn't crazy about the flavor. But the shrimp and grits were fantastic. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, and the grits were very flavorful. My wife had the Parmesan crusted Sole. It was so good. The outsides were crispy with the cheese, but the insides were moist and flaky. Absolutely delicious. It also came on a bed of rice. It was perfect. The only drawback to my evening was the fact the bus boys kept trying to take our food off the table before we were done eating. I had to stop one guy from taking a plate. They was still half full of food. The place is very loud if you're looking for a quiet evenings, probably is not a good choice. Very hard edge noisy. If you're in the area, this is probably an OK choice. The food service were good.

Before entering and without knowing anything about Wildfin, I was expecting the Chart House or even McCormick & Schmick. However it's more similar to a high-end Bonefish Grille or stepped down Chart House. More margarita and house wine vs martini and select wines. Has a national chain feel. The menu has many seafood options but most are combinations with pasta, cream sauce, salad, sandwich or fried. The more naked fish selection is limited to salmon, steelhead and trout. Outside of this is a large selection of standard menu items like burgers, appetizers, and obligatory sampling of sushi options. Salads are limited and oddly placed throughout the menu. We ordered the miso black cod, harvest salad, a cup of seafood chowder, tacos and wine. The miso black cod was average for $38. I cook a lot of fish at home that's moist and flaky in the middle and charred outside. I believe this was steamed, overdone and a less generous size. The tacos were tasty with beef, grilled fish and pork belly (although they were out of pork). And the harvest salad was refreshing and fairly light. The wine list was limited and by the glass selections were somewhat standard. Our server (the bartender) knew nothing about the wine but allowed us to taste options. We asked for 9 oz and received what looked like at least 12 oz. In fact we couldn't drink it all. Overall the meal wasn't memorable and if we did return it would be for a drink, bar bites and maybe a burger.

I like mine rare, she medium rare and they were both prepared perfectly, plus a side of sauteed mushrooms. We were both stuffed but eyed the tableside Banana's Foster. It was for two but our server offered to make half an order so we could each sample the goodness. The service was excellent; the tableside preparation was showmanship quality. Our check was $363 and we tipped him $100 for outstanding service. We don't normally dine like that but as our 34th, we lived it up with Blanton's, Rombauer, filet, sides and Banana's Foster. We arrived right at 12 p.m., and many buffet items were already empty or close to empty -- smoked salmon, oysters, salad plates, and several other dishes. We waited thinking the food would be quickly replenished, but restocking was consistently slow throughout the entire meal. Even after multiple reminders, they would only bring out very small amounts at a time despite long lines of guests waiting. To their credit, the ambiance was nice. The Mother's Day decorations, live music, and small bracelet gift were thoughtful touches. However, the food quality and service simply did not justify the cost. At $100 per person plus service fees (close to $600 total excluding tips for our group of four), we expected a much more organized and well-stocked brunch experience. The most surprising part was that a steakhouse buffet didn't even include steak. Sadly, this experience made us question whether we'd return for their regular dining service.

Talk about a hit for the little town of Camas!…read more We stumbled upon the Feast for my birthday a couple months ago... it immediately became a favorite. First, let's talk about their drink game. I'm a gin martini guy and they know how to put a smile on my face! Their bartenders are excellent. My partner loves their wine selection. He even strayed to trying their whisky recently and enjoyed that, as well! Second, their food well portioned and beautifully presented. My first meal there was a beautifully roasted chicken with a potato side... absolutely delish! My second time they weren't offering that special so I ordered the chicken off the standard menu. It was fine but one could venture to say that maybe they're heavy with the sauce. I like a more natural presentation of food without all the sauce fuss. Nonetheless, it was decent. My partner has ventured all over their menu and has been pleasantly pleased with all his choices. Lastly, I will rebut the other reviews of "reservations, had to wait, empty tables, blah blah blah"... nonsense. Our first experience we did not have a reservation. This is a small establishment and they staff for the night / crowd they expect... part of that algorithm is how many reservations they have. Yes, there may be empty tables but they also will seat you when they have the staff available to serve you. We'll even go farther to say, we personally prefer not being pushed out of our table so they can turn-and-burn for a tip. They take their time, they give you time to converse and enjoy. They aren't pushy, they move at a timed and rhythmic pace to allow for a good and enjoyable experience. Food is excellent, service is stellar, price is appropriate for the quality and ambiance. We can't recommend this place enough. For those who are just poking around to write a negative review, shame on you. This is a great little gem in Camas. We should take some local pride and lift up our locally owned restaurants. We highly recommend and look forward to returning!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with a dinner at Feast at 316. It was our first time…read moreto eat at the restaurant. We ordered their Caesar salad, the 14 oz strip steak, and the crispy potatoes with monkey gland sauce along with a bottle of wine. We split everything since their prices were not really in our budget. The Caesar salad was a bit of a disappointment since it was very skimpy for the price. It also really did not meet our expectations of what we expected a Caesar salad to be. The Romaine lettuce was limp and not even torn into smaller pieces. The salad contained as many tomatoes as it had lettuce. There were not any croutons nor was there any anchovy, The dressing tasted too lemony. The cheese was not Parmesan, but some other soft cheese. Our steak was cooked to perfection and plenty big enough for us to split. The steak has been cut into strips to make it easier to divide between us. It was served with a creamy white sauce which was rich and tasty. The potatoes were not crispy as they were described on the menu, but soft as if they had only been steamed. The monkey gland sauce was not to our liking. (The name of the sauce was not even appetizing.) We didn't think the sauce paired well with the potatoes, so we left most of them on the serving plate. We asked for bread and were brought some wonderful bread containing Kalamata olives drizzled in olive oil and served with pepper sprinkled butter. It was absolutely delicious! Our server brought us some extra bread after we told her we did not care for the potatoes. She claimed that those potatoes were fried and crispy, but she did take them off of our bill. The service at Feast at 316 was excellent from start to finish. The ambience inside of the restaurant was really nice too. The brick walls were decorated with historic photos and relics. There are even old movie seats at the entrance of the restaurant which came from the Liberty Theater in Camas. It's an expensive place to eat since the menu items are Ala carte. We ordered the least expensive red wine on their wine list and it was $60, but it was a very nice Zinfindel! The salad and the potatoes did not live up to our expectations, but everything else did.
