I watched blooming onions be made by a guy with no gloves no hair covering using his cellphone and touching tons of stuff, then the food. I watched food be smashed into the floor and kicked around like a pigsty. Even watched our waitress wiping her nose then bringing out our starters. Watched waitresses walk into the bathroom with their iPads and aprons on. Just from the sliver I see in there, it is complete filth with food dripping down the appliances. Saturday night. Busy but not packed. We started with the blooming onion. Very good. Bread served as very good. Wife had a chicken shrimp pasta. She says good, but smallish portion compared to the old days in her opinion.especially considering the price. Son and I both had the sirloin and shrimp. We both enjoyed it. Our meals were very good, but nothing great. Our waitress was ...ok. We had to ask for drink refills and the glasses were empty. I have been anticipating Outback opening for a while. I live nearby and had been watching the building go up, counting the days! Today my family got to give it a try. We were seated immediately and drinks and appetizers were on the table within minutes. Starting with bread and coconut shrimp (no picture due the plate being emptied so fast) we had fun picking entrees from an attractive menu. We tried multiple steaks, shrimp, chicken, ribs... sides, all were cooked perfectly to order and delicious. So full at this point we got carrot cake to go! The restaurant, food, service and timeliness were all great and would make me want to come back. This is a different type of Outback Steakhouse ad it is a smaller size, yet it feels a lot bigger. It is bright and spacious with high ceilings. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was right on par with what I'm used to at Outback Steakhouse. It comes out hot and was all very flavorful. I felt like my steaks were cooked pretty accurately to my requested temperature. Overall a good value if you're looking for a steak that isn't necessarily the highest quality fine dining experience. read more

We checked in online on a Saturday evening and it gave us a waitlist time which equaled to 6:30. We went in and checked in with the hostess and waited while we talked with another couple that were waiting. While waiting the manager brought around sample cups on their blooming onion which was delicious as always. Right at 6:30 we were seated and met quickly by our server who took our drink order and left us menus to decide on our meals. We had made our decision as he came back with our drinks and fresh warm bread. We both ordered and die to what I ordered he suggested that I get the 3 course special which came with dessert. I just in that of course as my wife decided on what my dessert was going to be that she wanted. It didn't seem like long before our salads came out and for me their Caesar salad is the best! It long after we finished our salads our meals came out. Both of our meals were warm and delicious and our steaks were cooked perfectly as we had ordered them. We had zero complaints with our food or service. When our server brought out the cheesecake be sat it in front of my wife and luckily for me she shared my dessert with me. The menu was reasonably priced and well explained. I have to give a special shout out to our server Kaleb for being so awesome. He was friendly and well mannered and answered any questions that we had. I only hope to have him waiting on us the next time. Had a carryout dinner here today. This place is the best. Although they were packed because it was Valentine's Day, they were ready for the crowd. Our meal was accurate and on-time. We love the new Liberty Township location! We've been in at least 5 times and never had a bad experience! Last night our waitress was Heather, who was very friendly and attentive. We started with the cheese fries, which arrived fresh and piping hot! We did the 3 course meal; I had the chicken on the Barbie with a sweet potato and the raspberry cheesecake. My husband had the BBQ ribs with a baked potato and also had the raspberry cheesecake. We both started with side salads. Everything was delicious and our service was great. Surprised how busy the new Outback Steakhouse on a Friday late afternoon/early evening! Thankfully, we were seated right away. Service : 10/10, 5 Stars. Therese has excellent customer service skills! She was so good in fact, I almost was a bit uncomfortable, as sadly most places nowadays don't even meet the bare minimum for customer service, so I was not used to it. If you are seated in her section, you are very lucky! Food was solid, however I was charged for more expensive glass of wine, when I ordered the smaller glass. Also, to add six shrimp to a salad costs 11.99! That is bonkers! I can purchase a bag at Trader Joe's that is about four times as many shrimp. The manager told me she would give me the best price lol I hope that wasn't it! The walkways are also a bit narrow, so be careful when putting your jacket or coat on when leaving. All in all, I love how many windows there are, and the quality of food and service. Will definitely go back, after figuring out a more economical way to eat at Outback. read more

Went here with hubby for a late lunch. It's a little smaller than the usual Outback restaurant. We were seated immediately & checked out the menu. Complimentary bread & butter was brought to our table & it was delicious. I ordered the $14.99 special which included a salad or soup (I got salad), select entrees (I ordered grilled shrimp), a side (I got broccoli) & cheesecake for dessert. Hubby ordered the $16.99 special which included salad, 8 oz sirloin, mashed potatoes & cheesecake for dessert. Our server(s) checked on us frequently. The food was very good & the service impeccable. Ate here for dinner tonite with wife. We were seated immediately. We were able to get a half of a Bloomin' Onion which is called Bloomin' Petals. Wife had a steak and I had prime rib. Prime rib was very tender--you could almost cut it with a fork. It tasted great. Our server (didn't get her name) was incredibly attentive, friendly and efficient. Noah in ToGo is a proactive and very thoughtful employee always going the extra mile to make sure all details are perfect. Even calls back to clarify sauces and template preference and to let us know if the food is ready early so we get it fresh and hot. So refreshing to have this kind of service. We used to go to the Mason outback but now only go to Liberty because of Noah and the outstanding service. We had ordered 2 back to back Togo orders today for our family watching the Bengals game. We decided to get an appetizer and a bowl of soup as our meal at 330pm. That's all we were planning on getting we even turned our menus in not once not twice but three times did she asked us if we wanted to add additional food or dessert? By which time it became increasingly frustrating She said we had such a tiny meal that we would want dessert. Basically called us fat. I mean I am but sheesh. It felt like more of a detention than going to a restaurant. Now if you're looking for that sort of thing... Also, evidently she didn't think that the kitchen staff was able to communicate with her. She said it was a language problem however I have other questions about that. This restaurant is on the entire tablet system, which means that you get to pay for it with your waitress hovering over as you try to provide a tip. I would definitely recommend the outback. Took my best friend here for her bday dinner. Food is always good but this time I have to applaud the service. Our server Jackie went above and beyond to not only be kind and enjoyable, but to make my best friends bday special. She had seen they had a seasonal drink that came with an attachable koala. She wanted that bad lol. But they had been out of them for a few weeks now... but by the end of the meal she came up to us with one that she personally had gotten and still had in her possession... so she gave up hers so my friend could have one. Second time the food was overcooked. First time my medium stake was extremely well done and cold. It took 15 minutes to get a new steak all while my wife had finished her meal. Second time my wife's checking was overcooked and cold. On both occasions there was no management apology or an offer of any customer good will. We ate at the West Chester Outback on Sunday, September 1, 2024. The atmosphere is not nearly as warm as the other Outback's where I have eaten. Our server was not very good. The blooming onion was not good at all. However, our steaks were good. My wife got a combo of sirloin and Alice Springs chicken. The sirloin was very good, but the chicken was dry. Service was good. Prices were expected. The mixed vegetables were undercooked and under seasoned. The chopped salad was not chopped enough and was too wet. The bread was pumpernickel- not my favorite. My main complaint lies with the star of the show- the steak. It was tough. I expected a great steak for the price I paid. Staff greeted and seated at the bar - an abundance of smiling staff waiting for us at the bar with drinks and samples of loaded fries, ordered the blooming onion (of course) which was quickly served followed by our salads. Since the initial opening I have dined there several additional times. Overall experience has fallen off vs. the initial visit. Their steaks always seem to be coated in a heavy salt spice, which I have commented on several times to the mgmt. Me and my 11-year-old Got sat at a table. We were greeted by the waiter by asking what drinks what we like. After sitting for a while, our drinks came, and then we sat there. As I look around and observe everyone not of color having the complementary butter and bread at their table I thought to myself that's strange we didn't get asked or offered any. Once the server named Devon came back and asked if we were ready to order. I gave him our order and also asked for our bread and butter. He then told me that he can get us some but it's only brought upon request and I knew that wasn't true but I just said oh OK. As we sit and we eat our food, a family of four sat next to us and our waiter. Devon greeted them with bread and butter, and ask them if he could get them some drinks. I don't need to say what anyone look like you basically know the story I won't be back and I will be telling everyone my experience I called and spoke to a manager. It was a male. He didn't offer me any thing for my experience. He just laughed off that I felt racially profile and said that he would talk to the waiter. I guess the waiter thought that I wasn't a good tipper and he did lose out on money but I did give him the minimum tip that should have been gave. The order was $50 and I tipped him $10. I hope he learns from this. And I hope nobody else experiences this at this location. read more
