My favorite outback location. Everything they have is super fresh and always hot. The service is great. My favorite is the kookaburra wings and filet mignon. Filet mignon is cooked perfectly, every time. My most recent visit was with a waitress named Chloe. She was so sweet and attentive. Put on the game we wanted to watch, excellent cocktail maker and great conversationalist. The Manager/Owner, Frank, greeted us right when we sat. Checked on us multiple times and was very personable as well. He comes to our table every visit. Really cares about the people and service. I genuinely enjoy every visit. Highly recommend! read more

My boyfriend and I came in for dinner Tuesday night. We went around 7pm. It wasn't busy. We were immediately greeted by the host and were shown to our table. The waitress was really nice and quick with our order. I got the bone-in natural cut ribeye which is 22oz. The price is $33.99. I believe this is one of their most expensive steaks but definitely worth it. I ordered my steak medium and it was cooked perfectly. The meat was very tender and juicy. I highly recommend getting this. You get two sides, I order the Caesar salad and the mashed potatoes. Both were good. If you're in the mood for seafood my boyfriend got the toowoomba shrimp topped salmon. I usually don't like cooked salmon but it was pretty good. I also highly recommend getting the rewards program. The program is called "Dine Rewards". This program is good at Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill or Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. If you make 3 qualifying visits to any one these restaurants you can get 50% off your check. I believe the most you can get off is $20 which is what we had when we visited. This brought our check down from $72 to $52! It's completely free you just give your phone number to the server and they do the rest. Overall I've always have a good dine in experience at outback. "Whenever we go it's a different story regarding their rewards program plus not even enjoying their meal? My wife has been here a few times over the last couple years and the quality of the food has been less than satisfactory. When they first started going there, the food was fine but the last couple times, the steaks have been grossly/fatty and lobsters have been watery/soggy/soft/undercooked with no taste to it. Salmon has been tasteless. Their so-caleed "Rewards" program? The "rules" seems to change each time she goes with her girlfriends. There's NO mention of a $35 minimum purchase or the the time frame in which one has to use the rewards collected in order to take advantage of the 50% off rewards or up to $20 off. One must qualify but it's not made clear what the rewards will be at any given time. She's not happy at all and most likely will not return to this location. She will not yelp it ( she's very unconfrontational ) but I have to hear the complaints so I'M yelping it for her-:) And my own personal gripe is that most, if not all, places seem to be using the virus Pandemic as an excuse for the unusual poor quality in service. Nice service, the foods were impressive. The only concern was the separation between black and white people in the restaurant. It felt like the restaurant was under the Jim Crow laws and was having the blacks sitting on one side of the room in front of the bathroom while the whites were sitting on the other side of the room with multiple TV screens. I have been to this location a few times with a large group including kids. We are always seated fast which is nice. The service is good. My steak was undercooked one time but the staff did check on me to make sure it was rectified and to my liking. Also, the service was better than I expected. My wife had lost her phone in the restaurant, and the staff looked for it everywhere and finally found it. We ordered for takeout yesterday and we couldn't have been any happier. We had ordered for takeout at a different Outback location and we didn't have a great experience. However, this Outback location is by far the best Outback we had ordered from. The host and the manager, Kevin were really friendly and they made sure our order was perfectly done. Our steaks were cooked at the right temperature, our sides were exactly as we ordered and my daughter's chicken fingers with fries was the exact way she likes it (we always asked for no pepper and to not overcooked the chicken, just because she's a picky one). I ordered take out from this spot and it was good. I ordered the burger and that was tasty. Was it the best burger I've ever had, no, but I enjoyed it. My wife got the chicken quesadillas and those were a little disappointing. She said it was lacking chicken. We ordered this from another Outback a couple of weeks back and the quesadilla came with mushrooms. This did not have mushrooms on it and had bacon on it after we asked for the bacon on the side, so my wife had to pick off bacon pieces (annoying for her). We came here for dinner with my family and toddler so we had a group of about 6 people. On a weekend we definitely had to wait. It wasn't too bad though we waited for about 30 min and finally got a table. The place was pretty packed, our waiter was really nice. He spoke Spanish which was extremely helpful with my family. He was able to answer all of our questions and modified our order the way we wanted them. We had the blooming onion as an appetizer and I ordered the steak with lobster veggies and bakes potato. The single worst dining experience I've ever had in my life, so bad I don't know where to start. I had family in from Europe (12 of us total) who wanted to try steaks and barbecue but being Saturday evening we could not get a reservation most places - so I recall liking Outback for a solid no frills meal. Boy was I wrong. 1) seated at dirty tables so we cleaned them with our napkin 2) could not get served a drink took twenty minutes 3) a kid comes out with half our drinks, most of them wrong and acts surprised when we ask for the rest 4) brings out more drinks, most of them wrong 5) we order apps after 25 minutes that come out super fast BUT NO PLATES 6) we wait 20 minutes to get plates for the apps 7) they piled up app plates all over our tables then never cleaned the dirty dishes (my sister and I finally cleaned up all the dishes ourselves and placed piles of dishes and glasses on the tables next to us which they ran out and cleaned) 8) no waitress again for 25 minutes but we finally flag down a waitress and place our order 9) we wait 1 hour and 40 minutes for our food despite multiple complaints 10) when I told the manager (the place was empty) he told he he had to het his online order out!!!! 11) the food was HORRIBLE - "some meat with your salt, sir?" 12) I get handed a $463 bill without a single thing taken off out of courtesy - not even a soda 13) they actually had the audacity to bill me for their wrong orders. *****do yourself, avoid this s***hole at all costs. The staff are not interested in serving, resentful and could care less about their work and the manager, despite lots of "I'll get right on it" is clearly in over his head. The fish stinks from the head down as hey say. Stay way unless you have a weird fetish and like paying people to treat you like crap. By far one of the better outback's I've been too. The one in bayside is horrible so this one makes up for it. I literally drive the 30 minutes away just for the amazing service here. my food is always cooked to exceed my expectations while service is great. This is a great chain steakhouse! If you're in the mood for a affordable steak this is the place for you! It's starts off like any other restaurant. You get seated and then your server asks if you would like to start off with any drinks or apps. They will have drink specials some times so it's good to ask. This time I decided to try something from their seafood menu because I wasn't in the mood for a steak. I decided to get the 10 oz. toowoomba shrimp topped salmon. It is a grilled salmon topped with shrimp and mushrooms with a creamy amazing sauce! It was $25.49 which is a fair price considering it also comes with two sides. I decided on mashed potatoes and broccoli and cheese. Both were great! I usually recommend the bone in ribeye if you're in the mood for a steak! It is their best steak! At $33.99 your get a huge 22oz juicy flavorful steak. I prefer my steak medium rare but you can choose however you would like. Good evening friends, Monday night and time for Monday Night Football at my favorite Westbury Outback . I saw the most incredible Seafood Feast posted buy one of my Yelp buds. The ultimate Great Barrier combo, it looks so delicious. And was indeed, the lobster was succulent the skewered shrimp were a good-size. The crab cakes were really very outstanding. And my favorite. Also included with the meal was was the addictive cream of potato soup. And also a big cinnamon brown sugar sweet potato. Enjoyed my seafood feast very much. I would definitely recommend it. Outback Westbury is one of my favorite family-owned Homestyle places in Westbury. Where everybody knows your name. Hey friends stopped back again right before New Year's . The order usually has 12. I would rather have more for a slightly higher price than go out in the rain and come back with 8 wings.
