Solid slices, and better than the ones I've tried in New York. They do not skimp and they are bursting with flavor. Peking duck was not my cup of tea, I just like them separately. The hoisin sauce was too much. However the crust was so crispy and I loved the focaccia bread texture. The gal pal was a standout! It was so flavorful and the crust was perfectly crispy. The anchovies were not fishy at all and it went very well with the olives. I'd come back to get this again and try their other slices!!
China Town in San Francisco has some fun shops, some great eateries, and a total surprise, a great pizza place. This isn't your average walk-in, sit down order a pie type of place. Outta Sight Pizza, is just that. Owned and run by one of Corey Lee's.apprentices. IYKYK This is everything that you would expect from that culinary experience and talent and then some. If you're looking just to get a slice of sausage or pepperoni pizza this place will elevate everything that you love about Pizza and then some. Outta sight is known for their Peking duck pizza, and you need to go early if you're interested in purchasing a slice because they run out all of the time. This visit we ordered two slices of the chicken Shawarma, one slice of the Peking duck, and the pea-Ka Pea-Ka The pizza is everything and more than what we expected. Peking Duck- made on a focaccia like dough, ( grandma style) and topped with crispy pieces of duck, scallions, hoisin sauce, Szechuan sauce, mozzarella, and fresh basil. It's a deliciously magical experience. Is one slice enough? Sure, but don't wuss out! Is the duck pizza delicious? Absolutely. Should you try it? Absolutely. You need something new and different in your life and this is where you start. Chicken Shawarma- this is also served on the focaccia style/grandma style dough. The dough is thick, light and airy, and I wish they served this with a garlic butter or dipping sauce. The pizza has these thinly sliced pieces of the chicken, Shawarma, red onion, cilantro, topped with this white garlic yogurt sauce. Each bite will make your mouth and tummy super happy. I'm glad that we ordered two slices. The Pea-Ka was also super delicious. This one is served on that thin pizza dough and was just as delicious. We ordered both ranch and hot honey on the side. The hot honey elevated this pizza, and it's a must try! The Pea-Ka is topped with mozzarella, miso and pea ricotta, snap peas, brown butter leeks, cured egg, yolk, and potato crisp. I know it sounds completely unusual and it's completely delicious! Most everyone orders slices to go, and you certainly can order a full pie. The four slices with two drinks round about $45 so this is not a cheap eats place. If you want to dine in, they have about a half a dozen stools with a very small little counter space that you can sit out to enjoy your pizza. If you order your pizza to go, they do charge for the box. I know, crazy, but they do. Seriously, good Pizza and definitely something that everyone should try. We're also are you going to find delicious and unique pizza? Extra price you're gonna find them at OUTTA SIGHT!
So it looks like the tow locations have a different menu. Make sure to come to the Chinatown one if you want the unique pizzas. Peking Duck (5/5): Hoisin sauce was a bit too strong for me, but this was great. Plenty of duck and toppings Gojira (5/5); it comes with a slab of pork belly. Also have had flakes and Japanese mayo. Such a great combo of flavors I would love to come to try new flavors
Outta Sight Pizza II is one of the most unique pizza spots I have been to in the Bay Area with phenomenal taste. I have been a big fan of this spot for a couple of years now since they opened this new location extension and have been raving about it ever since. This Chinatown location is small and compact, great for on-the-go slices, and has a lot of great selection. They have your staples like pepperoni and cheese, but they also have classics elevated to the next level, like their margherita pizzas, their double dragon pesto, and more. To note, the store offers two types of pizza: first, the thin crust, and second, the more Detroit style pizza (which is my personal favorite). With the Detroit style pizzas, they offer a way more creative selection of slices including peking duck, chicken shawarma, "ma-choke", and a whole lot of lamb. My personal favorite is the peking duck, which is like a love letter to Chinatown. The pizza dough is similar to a bouncy focaccia and it is topped with a generous amount of duck, hoisin sauce, fresh herbs, and a whole lot of cheese sprinkled on top, which actually works. For the creative pizzas, it's about $7-8 per slice, but it is truly worth it and the value is there. When you order the pizza as well, the staff does ask if you want it warmed up (do not skip on this). Something cool to note is they do have a lot of vegetarian options here for pizza. I had to order in bulk for my co-workers and it made it really easy for me to accommodate people's dietary restrictions. Overall, this place is chef's kiss!
The happy hour here is great! I tried a new slice with pork belly, cabbage, oko sauce, bonito flakes, nori, and pickled radish. The slice was creative with perfectly tender pork belly, crunch from the cabbage, creamy sauce, brightness from the radish, and umami from the bonito flakes and nori. The slice was a little overcooked but overall love trying their creative slices for an affordable price.
When I heard they had Peking Duck pizza, I knew I had to come! Make sure to check their menu for each location as I originally went to the Civic Center location and they had a whole different set of menu and no peking duck :( but 20 minutes later, here I am at the Chinatown location! Glad I came because they had peking duck fresh out of the oven and a new flavor called Gojira which is pork belly, oko sauce, bonito, and nori. Each slice was around $5-8, not bad but can definitely add up if you want to try multiple slices. Staffs were so nice and helpful. They ran out of peking duck but they helped check in the kitchen and pulled out a fresh tray! So awesome!
Great spot for unique flavors and overall good pizza! The service is fast and friendly, and there are a few counter seats inside for eating in. I tried the Peking duck and bang bang slices, which were both amazing. I like their dough and topping combinations , super well balanced.
Little hole in the wall place. Very little for seating. Great service! Very friendly and helpful in descriptions and choices. The music playlist is killer!!! The scallion Cesar salad with chicken was SO good! Perfectly packed for takeout. Components packed separately. Put everything on it! You will love it. My favorite was the Spock and the Peking duck. There was also a smoked mushroom with fresh ricotta thin crust. Amazing flavor! Definitely coming back.
Got some slices to share weekend afternoon. Different staff from last time and notably less welcoming. -Pea-ka pea-ka (snap pea leek) thin crust was the fave, the veggies somehow staying crisp and fresh thru the initial cook and reheat. Loved the little crispies on top. -Whole lotta laab thin crust was in 2nd place, flavorful and loaded with herbs, a touch of spice, worth the wait for a fresh slice as we finished others. -Peking duck granny today was less fresh, dryer, and too saucy for all of us.
This is hands down still my favorite pizza shop in the city. You can get pizza slices for between $6-$8. It seems every time I visit there are new flavors introduced. Not just 1 or 2 but 3 or 4. It makes it hard for me not to stop by just so I can try them all. The topping combinations are very creative. I like their dough and I even like to eat their crust too. I hope their butter chicken comes back because I haven't tried it yet but I'm sure if it doesn't I'll still be very happy trying something else new.

We heard that there were some unique pizzas here and decided to check it out for lunch when in the Chinatown area. At the front, you can see all the different pizzas and split them up between thick and thin pizzas. They reheated the items that we ordered and we got everything in about 10 minutes. Double Dragon - This was a thin pizza and the crust was very nice, pretty crisp and able to hold the toppings. It was slightly spicy from the arrabiata tomato sauce but pretty nice with the salty, nutty pesto and the soft cheese. Peking Duck - I love peking duck and trying it on a pizza was amazing. It was thick crust with the duck, shallots and a chili vinaigrette. The peking duck was soft with a nice skin, sweet from the sauce, packed with many textures from the shallots and balanced with other flavors. My friend tried the butter chicken pizza which he really enjoyed saying it was pretty similar to the flavor he would get from the dish. We enjoyed our experience and would come back to try some of their other unique topping combinations.
I love Outta Sight and was so excited for their Chinatown shop to open for the unique slices. It took a while to finally get here, but when we happened upon it while on our way to another lunch, I couldn't pass up the opportunity for a Peking duck slice. Since we had an AYCE lunch we were attending around the corner we just shared one slice of the Peking duck pizza, but I'm so glad we stopped in to finally satisfy that craving. Slice was huge and super rich. I was glad we shared only one, more food coming our way or not. It was really good, but because of the richness, half was plenty. This shop is pretty small and standing room only. There was a high top table and some counter space you could enjoy your slice, but it's probably better to take to go.

A solid choice for an after work snack. My slice had duck on it and a slightly sweet sauce, I definitely recommend! My partner opted for a more classic option and he said he had no regrets either. Not a bunch of seating so expect to take your slice to go, but maybe you will get lucky and snag a seat on the bar top. Got few slices to-go to try before a concert on a Friday evening around 6:45pm. It took about 10-15 minutes to get the 4 different slices but they were hot and fresh. Unfortunately they were out of the Peking duck, but we were able to try the pepperoni, double dragon, bang bang, and gojira. All were tasty and on the thinner and crispier side, as an FYI. If I had to rank the slices from best to good, I would say: gojira, double dragon, bang bang, and pepperoni. The gojira's pork belly tasted like how you'd expect pork belly from a ramen place to taste like (smoky and thin sliced). Double dragon has surprisingly basic/minimal ingredients with pesto and arrabiata; but it just works so well and is fresh and somewhat light. The bang bang is more of your meat lover/spicy combo which is always good. Our crust were a tiny bit on the burnt side, but the flavors of the actual pizza made up for it. Tasty pizzas, creative flavors. It is a very small shop. Pizza sold by the slice! hell yeah. Bang bang was delicious. Lots of savory flavors from the pepperoni and sausage, paired with aromatic basil and lots of cheese grated on top after the pizza was warmed. The crust was perfectly light and addicting. Airy crispy crust. Balanced with sauce. A mighty fine pizza pie. Peking duck was topped with lots of cilantro, pairing well with the hoisin sauce. A thick square pie that's chewy and squishy. Personally I preferred the classic triangle slice, but the square was fun to try. There's something so special about a crispy and thin slice that holds so much flavor. read more

Outta Sight 1 near the Civic center has been one of my favorite go to's for pizza in the city, and the Chinatown location is just as good. Their quality of ingredients and rotating flavors keep me coming back. For their thin slices, it's arguably one of the best I've had; extremely crispy cracker-like dough, perfect ratios of sauce/cheese, and a heaping portion of fresh grated parmesan cheese on top. Went in to try the peking duck slice but the employee said it wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes... so my wife & I ordered a Madonna, Ichigo, and Whole Lotta Laab. -Madonna: 8.5/10 Essentially a cheese pizza w/ fresh basil. Delicious, consistent, emphasizes the quality through simplicity -Ichigo: 7.8/10 Japanese inspired pizza that was just too sweet. The shiso and umeboshi miso sauce didn't cut the sweetness like we thought it would. -Whole Lotta Laab: 12/10 PERFECT balance of sweet, salty, sour, spicy, and freshness. The lime & fish sauce vinaigrette, cilantro, mint, and crispy fried shallots rounded out every bite. Simply addicting & innovative. -House Made Ranch: 9.5/10 Very dill forward which I love. The shop is small w/ limited counter seatings so don't be surprised if it easily gets packed. We went for lunch on a Wednesday so it wasn't too bad. I really hope they keep the Laab slice as a permanent option. Though I still have yet to try the viral peking duck, it's hard to imagine how it could be better. read more
Dang... I really wanted to love this, but I didn't. They're known for creative slices like the Peking duck, vodka slice, and other seasonal combos, so I was excited. I found the shop pretty easily. It's honestly not "outta sight" at all, there was a line out the door and the bright decor makes it stand out from everything around it. The space inside is really small, so once you're in line it gets crowded fast. There are slices on display near the window, but some of the more interesting ones are closer to the cashier. The line moved slowly since the cashier was juggling multiple roles. I came for one thing, the Peking duck slice. When I got to the front, I ordered and it was very much pay and next type of interaction... like blink and you'll miss it. Bring back hospitality!! I also paid an extra $0.50 for a takeout box because there was nowhere to sit at the time. After ordering, I waited around and eventually a table opened up. While sitting, I watched how things were run. There's a prep area behind a neon green glass where pizzas are made, and a few employees rotating between cashier, garnishing, and reheating slices in the oven. It seemed somewhat organized until it wasn't. My slice went into the oven right before the main cashier disappeared to handle an online order. The employee working the oven took over cashier duties and started bouncing between both roles. Meanwhile, my slice was just sitting in the oven... and sitting... and sitting. At that point, I was honestly wondering if it was ever coming out. Eventually it did, but it had definitely been in there too long. Then it got placed on top of the oven and just sat there again while things continued to move around it. At this point my pizza felt like it was being held hostage. By the time it finally made it through garnishing and into my hands, I didn't even care about the takeout box anymore, I just wanted to try it. The Peking duck slice is topped with hoisin sauce, mozzarella, duck, green onions, and a few fresh garnishes that make it look really good. The concept is great. Unfortunately, the execution just didn't land for me. The pizza was overbaked, dry, and the edges were burnt. Since it had already been baked once and then reheated too long, it lost that fresh texture. I also only got a few small pieces of duck, which was disappointing. The flavor was there in the sauce and toppings, but the dryness really took away from it. It was over baked and then sat for too long. I can see how this could be really good if it's made and handled properly, but based on this experience, it just didn't hit. I'm not from the area, so I don't know if I'll get the chance to try it again, but this was the impression it left. read more
I love all the unique flavors they offer! Peking duck?! I'm on my way! You let them know what you would like from the case and they will heat it up and add toppings/sauces, then you dig in! I got a variety of flavors to try, but I have to say I liked the meatball marinara and the butter chicken the most. The peking duck was fine, I wish they had thin crust instead. Limited seating along the wall. Overall, I'm glad I got to check them out. read more

Unfortunately, they were out of the Peking Duck flavor but we were able to get the Double Dragon (pesto was a yummy flavor) and the Ichigo (the miso taste could've been stronger) Both were the perfect thin slice! Good for nighttime or a perfect portion dinner, right under golden boys pizza. Price is better over at golden boys but these are unique bites. (little oily due to fillings like duck) Best: Peking Duck Square Slice Double dragon Triangle Slice Alright: Lamb Cumin Square Slice Peking Duck was my favorite slice with a ton of fillings. It was a sweeter and deliciously put together bite especially when eating it in house. Double dragon was a pesto and arrabiata with sprinkled mozzarella. Crust was thin and crunchy and the pizza as a whole was super refreshing and a good bite Lamb cumin square pizza which wasn't bad at all. I was concerned about the amount of cumin ingredients but there was a slightly tangy sauce that completely balanced it out. I enjoyed the square breading since it had such a bouncy inside that I preferred the breading for the square slices over golden boys's square. read more
Came here to grab some lunch for my partner and I. I got a slice of the peking duck (tea smoked duck, hoisin, cilantro, crispy shallots, chili vinaigrette, mozz) and my partner got a slick of the spock (mozz, ricotta, meatballs, red sauce, salsa verde). I came in around 11-11:30am and there was no line so ordering was quick. I ordered to go as my partner was at the hotel. While one slice is pretty filing for me, my partner needed a supplement. Additionally, it was a very pricey slice and the box costed an additional 50 cents. Taste wise, the flavors they have are unique. I enjoyed the peking duck slice and also ate half a day later for lunch. It held up pretty well for leftovers. However, even fresh the pizza was a little too chewy for me. read more
I have been eager to try this spot since I have seen the peking duck online!! We got a bunch of slices to try. Once ordered, the slices are heated up and prepared with toppings. The peking duck had such good flavor, I loved the hoisin sauce and all the toppings were very intention!!! The butter chicken was also yummy but I think one of my favorite slices was the french onion soup!! I also really enjoyed the mr. tanuki slice with the keema curry base. We also got a side of their sichuan hot honey and it was super yummy on the various slices!! Slices take a while to heat up, especially if there is a line so be patient if there is a line! Found out this place because of their peking duck pizza, but ended up loving a lot of their other unique options. If it's not too busy I recommend eating there. My personal favorites were the lamb chop and butter chicken. They have a mix of thick square pizzas and classic thin crusts, both are great and hold up well. I loved the smell of cumin in the lamb chop pizza and how soft the duck was in the peking duck pizza. If they came out with new flavors I would come back to try it out. read more
Outta Sight was recommended to me by my coworker. She mentioned they have Peking duck pizza. Say whuh?! Duck? Cheese? Pizza? I'm so down!! This shop is located right outside of Chinatown and not too far from the Portsmouth Square parking garage. I've been here twice to get their Peking duck slice. It's a square slice topped with shredded duck, cilantro, hoisin sauce and shallot crispies. Everything paired well together. The cheese, the salty duck on bread and the sauce, 'twas an experience. It was an expensive slice at $8 but it's not a flavor or combo you see anywhere. I tried their butter chicken flavaflav and yooo that one is a must-try as well. They really do be dabbling in obscure pizza flavors. Mapo tofu and corn cobbler pizza were other unique flavors. I think the flavors rotate once in a while so call ahead to know what's available. The shop is small with a few tables and counter space to eat. They're usually playing a movie in the background. The staff are chill and friendly and service is quick. Overall, good pizza, but a bit pricey. If you're down for unique flavor combos on pizza, Outta sight is alright! read more
Tiny pizza spot tucked away in Chinatown offering a variety of interesting pizza flavors. The slices go for $6-9 but worth every cent. Got the cumin lamb and French onion and wow flavor profiles were crazy. The cumin lamb had a depth of skewer like flavor with a bit of nuttiness from all the cheese shaved on top. French onion tasted literally like French onion soup on a thick crunch slab of bread. My god, this place redefines pizza for me. The flavors are all unique, and every pizza we had was well done with flavors that complimented each other perfectly and that were unique! Devastated that I missed the peking duck pizza (literally was ordered by the people in front of us), but hoping to try it before my flight. French onion soup was the group favorite pizza, though!! Best New York style pizza in SF! Came here to try their Peking duck and butter chicken pizza. They serve by the slice so it gets pretty pricey. Flavors are good though! I love the duck even though it was a bit messy to eat. I can't fold it like I can with a normal pizza slice. The butter chicken was the best one I've had in awhile. I miss having Indian pizzas around like in South Bay. Parking was bad obviously. Space inside was limited. There are two parks nearby so it's manageable. read more

Popped in here after trying many times to make the 9pm close time. The tenderloin spot always hits the mark. Came with friends and were barely greeted. Idk if we were being loud or if lingering by the window trying to make a decision was annoying. Thank god the pizza was amazing. We tried several different slices but I only tried the Peking duck. Seating is bar stools only and there are only 6 available. And I didn't see any mention of a restroom. Labyrinth was playing on the tv and it seemed like a cool spot to pop in for a quick bit. Came pretty late so the options were slim but the thin slices were all very good. Autumn to Ashes - the crust was crispy and the pizza did not flop. For butternut squash and brown butter leeks, this slice was more subtle. The fontina came through more than the other ingredients. Double Dragon - the arrabiata sauce and pesto balanced each other out so well. This was one of my favorite slices. Madonna - the slice was a little drier than I would've wanted and the house made mozzarella had an interesting texture. I was not a huge fan of this slice. read more
My favorite pizza in the city, this location does great flavor combos including a butter chicken pizza with green chutney! Love their corn one as well. They do change the menu so this time we tried their French onion soup one, which was quite rich and umami. Almost wish it came with a jus dip. They also do a $5 happy hour for their thin slices from 3-6pm. Need to get it with burrata next time. Mostly just takeout but they are relatively quick. Someone on TikTok recommended Outta Sight Pizza, so we decided to give it a try on our day in SF! Went to the Chinatown location on a Friday around 5pm. No parking directly in front of the store, but it is available in the garage/street nearby. Limited indoor seating I ordered the French Onion Soup slice and my friend got the Peking Duck slice. There is happy hour from 3-6pm so we also ordered the Double Dragon slice ($2 off). French Onion Soup (3.5/5): Cooked perfectly and good portion size! It mostly tasted like French Onion soup but it was a bit dry. I wish there was more sauce to really get the flavor Double dragon (4.5/5): Solid! This one had more sauce which I appreciated. Simple flavors but they worked well Friend really liked the Peking Duck slice! She said the duck itself was a little salty but it was balanced out by the bread. Saw this on Tiktok and dragged my friend to go. A cute small pizza shop with some seating indoors. Highlights were the peking duck pizza and the butter chicken pizza. I didn't know that peking duck would work so well on pizza. I wished it was in the form of a slice instead of a deep dish style pizza but overall flavors were amazing. The butter chicken wasn't over buttery chicken as I would have liked but it was still great with the green sauce on top. I see myself coming back for the peking duck pizza. This spot has been on my list to check out for the longest time. I didn't realize that it was on my way to BART, so I stopped by after work. It wasn't that busy and there were just a few people inside. I really wanted to try their most popular pizza - peking duck. I also ordered butter chicken and double dragon. The pizzas were very flavorful but my favorite was definitely the butter chicken because it reminded me of Indian pizzas. The peking duck was on the saltier side. They have happy hour from 3 to 6 Monday to Friday. The pizzas range from $5 to $8. They also charge $.50 for a box so next time I will just eat there. Best Pizza in the Bay area!! Service is pretty standard and the atmosphere is pretty chill. Very small shack in the city but don't let that full you. The pizza is so delicious. Every-time I stop by SF, I have to stop by this place because they are that good. The pecking duck slice is a chicago style pizza with a lot of umami flavor and they are generous with the duck and other toppings. Very unique pizza and it works very well. Overall a 4/5. The other pizza I got is a pizza my sister thought of. She got their pepperoni pizza and topped it with burrata and hot honey. HANDS DOWN THE BEST COMBINATION EVER. The burrata melts so easily on the pizza and makes it taste so good. This one is a NY style pizza. Thin and savory. The sauce on this slice is really good and the pepperonis don't overwhelm the pizza. 5/5 experience for sure. I can't wait to try their other slices but I would say everytime you come here, you should definitely get pepperoni and top it with burrata and hot honey! read more
