I came here just for sfogliatelle, after falling in love with it on my trip to Naples, but after the worker told me they had them, when I got to the front of the line, the worker told me they were sold out and to come back tomorrow. Not really helpful when it's your last day in SF. I ordered a few Italian style cookies and a tiramisu instead. The tiramisu was incredibly dry. It tasted like lady fingers with espresso poured straight on it, and like they forgot to add the rest of the ingredients. From the few times I have visited this cafe, it's always filled with people enjoying conversations at the small tables.
