I purchased the 4 day reset. This was my first time trying OWL and overall I was happy with my experience. I couldn't give all 5 stars because there were some hiccups along the way. From initial sign up to communication, I wasn't sure what process from ordering to pick was. When I visited the address, the doors were locked and the location looked like it was closed. But then I called a number and they called the location and someone walked outside. Flavor-wise, I didn't love the flavor of the broths, but the shakes were. sugarless delicious. It almost felt like there was more to consume than I wanted to- one broth + one shake per meal (BLD) was a lot even for me. The effects of the cleanse were very positive. I didn't realize that I curbed a lot of my sugar cravings and I felt like I was never hungry. I tried to cleanse to reset my gut, and I truly felt like this happened. I had so much energy during the day and my body felt like it was functioning better. I would definitely do this again. But I would see if I can switch around the flavors. This product is garbage, but it's really my fault for spending more than $400 on broth and powder. Really, it's broth and powder, and one needs to purchase other ingredients to mix with it. If I did this on my own, it would likely cost less than $10. The flavor is absolutely awful. I read some other reviews and the business quickly responded with the "everyone's tastes are different" excuse. Don't buy their b*lls**t, it literally tastes like garbage. On the positive side, I may come of of this slightly cleansed and a few pounds lighter, but I will always remember the gag reflex at every sip. I feel stupid and suckered. Just finished day 1 of 4. Loved it. I love bone broth and hemp milk! I also really love spices and earthy tasting foods. My experience of picking up the jars was very pleasant. I ordered for the black Friday special, my first round came cracked. I reached out and they sent an order. I think they have really good customer service. Unfortunately, I have to agree with some other people that have tried their product at home, It is a little bland I don't like making the smoothies at home because it's not the same as in person. I wish they sent them premade. That being said having it made by them and picking it up was a much more delicious experience. I find the staff accommodating and kind. I recently picked up a 4 day cleanse from the shop in Venice. The shop itself has great ambiance and offers a variety of wellness products. The team is very kind and took the time to go over the cleanse with me as I was picking it up. Unfortunately, my body wasn't reacting well so I ended up not being able to complete the experience. But, overall, I really value and appreciate OWL's holistic approach to wellness. Well, this was a very expensive mistake. I just paid $280 for a four day cleanse and I can't even choke down the vegan broth. I'm super confused by the shakes... You would think if they were going to charge this much money they would definitely figure out how to make it taste semi-bearable after I attempted the first broth I posted some thing about it on my Instagram I swiftly received two replies from people that had done this exact same cleanse/reset. One for four days like me and the other one did six. Both had the same sentiments unfortunately the one with the six day cleanse says that, she just poured it down the drain and didn't even finish it. I poured mine out this morning as well. I reached out to the company and they are pretty snippy on the phone and recommend putting other things in it. If you don't like the taste... It's not convenient it's really over priced and even if they are quality ingredients, they should work harder to make it appeal to more people. I wish I could get my money back. I feel so stupid. Well, I just tried, adding bananas to the Matcha "shake" and it's pretty gross. I don't know how I'm going to get through the rest of these or if I am going to. I just can't wrap my head around throwing this much money down the drain , literally! They don't even offer a half of a refund when you're expressing how horrendous this is. I recently did the 4 day cleanse. Drove to Venice and they brought it out to my car. Love the mylkshakes. Filling, nutritious and not a lot of calories. The bone broth was a bit of a challenge. I would give this business 0 stars if I could. For some context, I never leave reviews, but felt completely ripped off by this product and compelled to warn others. For some background, I am a huge fan of broth, I make my own weekly, have made broths professionally and understand the implications of mass producing broths. I really wanted to love this product and was left completely disappointed. Calling Owl's product "bone broth" is undeserved. It tasted like water with apple cider vinegar at best. It is extremely watery and does not have any fat layer. When it is stored in the fridge, the broth does not become solid at all which is a sign of its lack of collagen. If I had to guess, the number of bones used to produce the broths is extremely scarce to create a greater profit margin. A healthy ratio should be 5lbs bones to 1 gallon of broth and it feels like Owl's broths are perhaps 0.5lbs at best. I had to throw all broths away and absolutely do not recommend this product to anyone. I wish I could get my money back. read more

I love that people love this product. It's just not for me. Or maybe it is but with modifications. And frankly I should have known better. For example, the beet shake. "Ewwwwwwww, David!" If I do the last two days, I'll definitely substitute the beets. The other two shakes aren't so bad and much better when they've chilled in the fridge overnight. *Pssssh use banana.* The bone broths are where it's not for me. I hate the taste and smell. Anyway, I've done a lot of dieting/cleanses. This is just too green for me. You can totally do this yourself for a fraction of the costs. It's rare that I ever write a review but the experience I had with the customer service at the storefront was horrible and quite surprising. This was the first time purchasing the 4 day cleanse. I love this product, I've been drinking their broths for a while. I wish I looked at the reviews first because they are all validating the same experience I had with the costumer service and what felt like a very disorganized company. The person helping me could care less about any of my questions or my overall well-being. I really thought this brand would offer a healing and happy environment. She seemed angry and had no patience. I decided to take the product home and call the next day hoping to speak to someone who was a bit friendlier and invested. NOPE! I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was the manager and again I got the same arrogance, disregard and as if I was bothering HER. it sucks because I really love the product but after this experience I don't know if I'll go back. It really makes me wonder about the intention in making this product. I believe in energy and the energy in that space did not feel good or remotely healing at all, which makes me think about the energy going into this product that's going into my body. Found OWL about three weeks ago. I was looking for a reset that wasn't a juice cleanse or an elimination diet, when I stumbled upon them online. Why I chose the 4 Day reset: I am an athlete, with severe GI issues as a result of some medication I have to take. I can't do severe caloric restrictions. The 4 day reset allots for 1200 cals plus whatever else I eat on their approved list. Things I love about the shakes: hemp is a complete protein, so I get all my amino acids in addition to magnesium, iron, zinc, etc, all great for my endocrine system and recovery from training and less than 2g of sugar. Here is the deal, Hemp is earthy and nutty, and the base of the three shakes. Its a different flavor, but for me, my stomach has never felt better. Cost: for those people complaining about cost, Erewohn, around the corner has increased their juices to 16.50 and you get no where near the same nutrition , and every one of those bottle has added sugars. My stomach is always bloated and Im hungry after I have one. And outside the PB one, Ive tried them all. There's a time and place for those and a reset isn't one of them. Each of Owls' mylkshake jar is 25.00 and good for two "meals". So at less that 15.00 a pop on the west side for something that is made well, on Abbott Kinney, sign me up. Service: I have only had positive experiences here, I decided to keep the shakes after the reset, and even when I messed an order up, they are quick to respond to an email and kind when I walk in. Is every body different? Sure. But I have yet to come across another reset like this, where I am satiated and able to work, train, and study without feeling depleted. To say Owl Venice was disappointing is an understatement!!! I feel completely RIPPED OFF! I placed order for a 4 day reset on January 4th hoping for it to arrive at least around a Monday, but received it this last Thursday, January 12th. Since the order arrived with absolutely NO instructions and couldn't start reset until Monday, I placed broths in freezer. I noticed the glasses were shattered and broth spilled all over my freezer the next day. I notified Owl venice and this evening they finally got back to me. I was treated very rudely, and even talked down to as if I was dumb. I was offered a discount to buy broths again (which I do not believe is enough) the 4 day reset costs $280 + tax!!! That's insane to have to buy the broths AGAIN!! The package didn't arrive with a single piece of paper or instructions of any kind. I was expected to know that there was a QR code on box. If I am not notified of this, how am I supposed to know what to do... The "manager" Holly or Molly was rude, spoke over me the entire time and argued with me basically implying I was stupid. This is the first time I purchase this product!!!! If I make a mistake due to lack of instructions, a little understanding and good quality customer service is the least they can do, that was not the case at all. Im on day 1 and ready to quit. As many others others have stated, the powdered shakes are just undrinkable. I spent a good amount of time steaming beets and pumpkin, only for it to taste like ASS. Unfortunately I'm being dead serious. I really wanted to like them. "matter of taste" is bullshit. I literally like ANY food. Can't think of anything other than duck liver that I don't like. The shakes are just disgusting. I haven't successfully been able to finish even one of those, but as a result, the hunger is making it easier to drink the mediocre broths. I'm definitely hungry and the list of foods you're allowed to consume is ... scarce to say the least. Starvation nation over here. I placed an order on a Friday at about 11:30am and opted to pay $30 extra for 3 day delivery so my girlfriend and I could start the reset early the next week The items didn't arrive until the following Thursday (6 days). When I brought this up to Owl they said that UPS "notably" doesn't do weekend deliveries and it's a 3 business day delivery. Two issue: 1. the website does NOT say 3 business days, it says 3 days, and 2. It was very unfair to presume that I would have known UPS doesn't deliver on the weekends and I should have known that. As if that is a notable fact that everyone knows? This is an expensive product and meant to be a white glove experience. They should have refunded me the $30 for paying for 3 days delivery and getting my product on day 6. But they didn't. i expect high end products charging high end prices to come with high end customer service. read more

This is specifically for the gut cleanse. I tried it hoping that it would help clear my blockage problems and I read great reviews about it online. While it did have some of the touted benefits, I found it to be just okay. Pros: -I did experience mental clarity and sharpness, and felt less weak than with other cleanses. -The broths did taste delicious and being able to add veggies and/or chicken was a huge bonus (I only added veggies but it was nice to know I had the option) -It was more filling than a typical cleanse, and I wasn't starving. Cons: -It didn't fix my problems, and in fact probably had the reverse effect. I was slightly boated the entire time and post-cleanse am continuing to have issues. -I didn't like the taste of the mylks very much, ESPECIALLY the beet one. The other two were okay. -Overpriced (?) but probably normal for a cleanse. But it came in these huge glass jars that were hard to take to work and not portable at all. It was nice since they were recyclable though. It would have been better if they were in single serving sizes. Overall, it was nice doing a cleanse where I wasn't starving, but it didn't fix the problems I was hoping it would solve and overall maybe made my gut a little angsty. read more

I have wanted to try Bone broth forever however, being allergic to onions left me without options previously. Owl Venice does not add any onions or garlic and the bone broth is still so flavorful. My husband and I just finished the 3 day Owl cleanse. Our past experience with other cleanses have been tough and left us feeling hollow all day. We both felt "puffy" after our spring holidays. WHAT A JOY the OWL CLEANSE was!! I don't have enough great things to say about this company. From the moment Amanda picks up The phone you get the feeling that she is SO happy to help and to take care of you. I was having a time crunch and couldn't drive across town to pick up the product. No problem. Amanda had a solution! I received my cleanse here in the valley within the hour! I called back for explanation. No problem! Amanda walks you through. She let me know that the store was closed the next day. Amanda explained everything In great detail. We felt so amazing the whole 3 days. We both exercised and enjoyed our days. This cleanse made us feel light and happy. You'd never hear me say that about any other program where I could not cook or not eat food for 3 days. Yes! Cleanse is very deceptive. Incredibly high in sugar!! The calorie counts and contents of these juices are complete fiction. The juices will cause huge sugar spikes and crashes. Do not recommend. There is no cleaning here just flooding your system with sugars and very thin, watered down bone broth. A rip off! Also they do NOT wear masks in the store and are not covid compliant.
