I always enjoy P.F. Chang's. The atmosphere has a nice vibe. Authentic Chinese food? Questionable...but delicious nonetheless. In addition to cocktails, we settled on sharing appetizers and no entrees. We ordered the Dynamite Shrimp, BBQ spare ribs, Chicken lettuce wraps (not pictured because we were so excited for them), and our server Cara recommended the Chili Garlic Green Beans. Both the food and cocktails were really good! We were especially happy that the green beans were recommended to us because they were our favorite thing on the table. Those are going to be a staple for us visiting in the future. Servings are generous and we had plenty to take home. Service was great! Our server was awesome and we talked to the manager and a couple of the cooks in passing and all were super friendly. Came in on a Friday night and we thought it was weird when the restaurant was almost empty when the surrounding places were on a wait. Waitress was attentive and super nice. Overall service was really quick and food was prepared well. The cut down menu and recipes reformulations though? Oh boy. I haven't been in since whenever these changes happened but corporate definitely missed the mark. So many favorites gone and the things that stayed definitely do not taste the same. The entrees were strangely sweet and lacking in flavor. I can only assume that changes due to the buyout have come at the cost of ingredient quality. If you're in Town Center already just go to Judys. So much better! read more

P.F Chang's used to be good when they first opened up in Town Center but I feel their quality of food has declined. Of course the food is not made from scratch and not considered authentic. I ordered lettuce wrap and the Hookien Street Noodles. The noodles were good, it has a curry base but it is not overwhelming and overall good taste. I did notice our waitress did not give us our soy sauce, hot mustard, hot oil tray. I guess you have to ask for it now. They do accommodate big groups and when I went with my company there were other large groups. They did well in getting our food out in a timely manner and had all our dishes right. read more

I really come here for the food! I have been waiting to write my review until I could get some positive feedback for my server. I eat here. at least 3-4x per month. Today has been the first day that I have come and received excellent service at the bar. Normally the bartenders are busy chatting in the corner or complaining about customers, along with not serving the ones they have, due to the upcoming shift change, which occurs right in the middle of happy hour. I was VERY pleasantly surprised with my visit today. While, taking care of patrons, doing prep, and still doing the take out, Bowen was a SUPERB bartender and server! I hope management takes notice of his style and encourages him to train all new and existing staff! Just because shift change is coming, does not mean that your existing customers should suffer. Many of the bartenders here do not know that it is bad practice to pour wine and touch the glass. .. this is a big NO NO! You NEVER make contact with the glass... glass shards are not a good combo in your wine! AND to top it off today is the FIRST day that I have received a fortune cookie at the bar after my meal! ( my fortune wasn't the best, but what are ya gonna do?) The happy hour specials are really great. The hours have changed from 3-7 to 3-6 Lettuce wraps are always my favorite and I rarely stray from that choice! However, there are many other items on the menu that are fabulous! Butternut squash ravioli when it is in season is holy hell delectable! The flaming red wontons, on the menu now, are YUM! I love the menu switch ups, just wish my favorites weren't seasonal! Went there on Sunday around 2pm. Customer service: First arrived, the host was on the phone the entire time, which is fine, but she should at LEAST acknowledge us by just giving us a SMILE because we know that you're busy. But she just ignored us and went and talk to another employee without saying a word to us. Second, there were many employees in the restaurant, but it took a good 15mins for our server to come to us. Likely, she was a nice lady. During that time there were only 6 tables, including us, in the entire place. I don't understand why it took so long for someone to come to us. Food: all of the food came out timely. The pork dumplings and the stir fry were delicious. The dynamite shrimp was also good, but the vegetables that were on the plate was SO dry and warm, like the vegetables haven't been refrigerated at all or left out the night before. Like you can see in the photo. Not quite sure how the food inspection let this happen at much a big restaurant. The spicy tuna roll was the most disappointing. This is an Asian fusion restaurant. How can YOU MAKE RICE THIS WET ?!?!? As you can see in the photo, you CANNOT see any the individual grain of rice. It's wet ! It can be a porridge instead of a sushi. I would give zero stars if possible, one star is giving more than deserved. We ordered four dishes (one appetizer, three entrees) and wanted extra sauce on the side for three of them (printed everywhere on the receipts) yet didn't receive extra sauce for even one of the dishes. We also asked for extra onions in the Sesame Chicken yet I only counted two pieces of onions in the entire dish. Not only were none of my requests fulfilled, the Sesame Chicken and Chang's Spicy Chicken were dried out, as if the chicken was fried a while ago. The Orange Chicken (which I asked prior to ordering, in terms of breading, if the chicken will be fried like the Chang's Spicy Chicken or more of a tempura-style breading like the Honey Chicken and the to-go server confirmed it was a "light dusting, like the Chang's Spicy Chicken". It did not come like that as the chicken had so much tempura-style, soggy breading on it - exactly what we wanted to avoid). I asked for a side of white rice and I got rice that barely covered the bottom of the pint container - what a joke. I've ordered the Spare Ribs several times in the past, never once did they come charred. Last time I ate at P.F. Chang's when the food was exceptional was 15 years ago, when the food actually came out exactly how it is (now) pictured on the website. When managers used to toss entrees sitting in the windows in trash (and not in the wok to be re-toss) when it no longer had "the breath of the wok" coming off of it. What happened? I spent almost SEVENTY DOLLARS on this joke of a dinner to feed my parents and I when my requests were completely ignored. When I didn't give half of my card to swipe or half dollar bills to pay with or asked to pay half of what was due because I simply didn't FEEL like paying the entire check. So tell me, why was my meal half-assed? Why were my requests completely ignored? When I ordered fried rice for a whopping $3 upcharge and half of the rice was colored tan and the other half was a large ball of white rice? Why does no one in front of the line and behind the line just NOT care what is being put out? As much as it pains for me to say, Chinese takeout would've provided fresher meals and my order would've been correct. I'll never return. I want my money back from this order. My money would be of more use directly above a flame than to go into the register of this restaurant chain for this "meal" tonight. No where did I get what was expected, no where did I get what was ordered. read more

This was JUST ok. I ordered through DoorDash and the food arrived warm in a good amount of time. I always order the lettuce wraps no matter what location I tend to visit and these were just as good as every other place. A few things I am not a fan of with the wraps... * I wish that PF Change didn't have this mixture pre-made because i am not a fan of water chestnuts. Whenever I ask for them not to includde it they say they cannot because it's aLready mixed together. * The lettuce wraps come with the crunchy white rice noodles but the minute they come into contact with something moist the noodles become very soggy- they should package the rice noodles in a separate container or get a 3rd section in the "to go" Tupperware The other item I ordered were the 4 Crab Wontons... they were NOT what I expected. They were very fishy tasting and did not have any cream cheese. I LOVE crab wontons and order them everytime I go to an asian restaurant. I will not be orderong this again. P.F. Chang's, we were routing for you......I used to really enjoy this place. I believe it's been a couple of years I remember dining here. I still love the decor and layout. The service is overall good. The bathrooms are clean and modern. It doesn't have private parking, but it is attached to a public parking garage. There is another public parking lot located a block away. On my recent visit, I was very disappointed in the food. We ordered some of the usual items I've had in the past, Mongolian Beef, Pork Fried Rice, Chang's Spicy Chicken. We also ordered egg drop soup and calamari. The Mongolian Beef was pretty much the same as I remembered before, and it was good. However, the other items were either just ok or not good. The fried rice was not flavorful. The spicy chicken tasted watered down. The egg drop soup wasn't the one of a kind flavorful soup I remembered. It seems like they "commercialized" their food in attempt to cut costs, but flavor and quality suffers. After today, I honestly don't see myself wanting to go back. For the price, I expect more flavorful option. read more

Came here for my little Sister's Birthday and I was under the impression this would be like Panda Express and I was totally wrong. We ordered shrimp, Mongolian beef, pork lo mein, ribs and other stuff. Really shocked at how good the food was. I fell in love with the ribs, as they were so tender, big and had a really good savory sauce. Have a taste for them as I type. Can't really say anything bad as we all left impressed. I did not think that a $20 Mongolian beef and $17.50 Spicy Chicken can be served as a kid's meal. The meat was inadequate for one person to consume, let alone the pricing. This was my first time at PF Chang's and it was phenomenal. My bestie and I were starting our girls weekend with dinner out and chose this location. Could not have made a better choice! The ambiance is awesome and the food was spectacular. I asked our bartender Richie if the winter in Beijing drink was sweet and let him know I love sweet drinks hooked me up by tweaking the drink to make it a dream come true. Unfortunately i didnt have a good experience here. I stopped by on a whim with my daughter. We were immediately seated, but it took about 20 minutes for anyone to stop by our table. It was a Friday night but it was not super busy. Finally a waiter noticed us, he asked if we someone is helping us, i told him no. he went to find out who our waiter was. About 5 minutes later a lady came over and apologized for not coming sooner. She told me, no one told her we were in her section. At this point, i was ready to leave, but i was hungry and had waited this long. So we ordered: i had spare ribs and combo lo mein. And my daughter had fries. The food did not take long to come out. We ate a small portion of our meal and was ready to go. Again we had to wait. Our waitress took a long time to return to the table to check on us to see if we were ready. When she did, i had to take my daughter to the restroom, so i paid for the meal and the waitress placed our food in take out containers. When we returned from the restroom the table was completely empty. Again we waited for my credit card and i was freaking out in my mind because i thought they threw away my food. About 10 minutes later, another waitressed asked if i needed help.... i told her i am waiting for my credit card. She eventually got my waitress. I got my card and she went looking for my food, which was placed by the hostess stand. At this point, i was over everything. I dont think this was my night and PF Chang's was a bad choice. For years I've heard people talk about P.F. Chang's so my expectations were high. Unfortunately those expectations were not met. Our party shared four dishes and all were sub-par. The spicy chicken wasn't particularly spicy, the ginger chicken wasn't particularly ginger-y, and all four dishes were overly sweet. I had the Oolong tea, also disappointing. I lived in Asia for two years so my idea of good Asian cuisine is, perhaps, not consistent with the average American. Still, I've had good Chinese food in San Francisco and a number of other cities across the country. For the price I expected Chang's to rival those. Everything I ordered: honey shrimp, combo lo mein and shrimp fried rice was so bland and salty. I don't ever remember P.F. Chang's being so awful. To say the least I won't be returning. My husband and I have been to this PF Changs multiple times with great service and tonight we decided to order the banana spring rolls to go. When we got to the store to pick up , our food was ready right away! We paid our $11.43 and walked out the door. But our food wasn't actually ready! They let us leave with just ice cream, and when my husband walked back in to say something about it, the server lied to him and told him that banana spring rolls are just ice cream!? At that point we looked up the menu online and I went back in saying we did not receive our banana spring rolls. The online description is "Crispy bites of banana, caramel-vanilla drizzle, coconut-pineapple ice cream " After waiting over 20 more minutes they came out with our banana spring rolls. We got home with the dessert and the order still wasn't right. The ice cream they originally had us leave with wasn't even coconut-pineapple, just plain vanilla. They tried to charge us $11.43 for two scoops of plain vanilla ice-cream. read more

For a chain, I appreciate what Changs does. Their flavors are generally spot on and I like that they mix up the menu every once in a while. No more prix fixe for 2 though, which wad a good deal. We shared apps tonight: chicken egg rolls with a mustard sauce, chicken lettuce wraps (my fave), shrimp dumplings. Got a cup of egg drop soup. And they'll still make, off menu, my favorite double pan fried noodles. Dessert is my fave .. see the pic. .. I'm not into banana flavor, caramel, pineapple, or coconut generally, and this dessert is all of those and just some amazing combination. Service was fantastic. Sat outside since it was nice. I'm absolutely disappointed with P.F. Chang's , this night the food was absolutely terrible . We ordered the shrimp lo mein , shrimp fried rice and a rice noodle dish ( forgot the name ) and everything was over cooked or undercooked . The fried rice was crunchy I had this sent back and ended up just eating lettuce wraps because those are always good . The lo mein noodles were over cooked and mushy my moms meal with the rice noodles had a chemical taste to it and absolutely could not be eaten we send her dish back as well and she ordered the appetizer bbq ribs they're pretty good . With all these things wrong you'd think a manger would have came to apologize no & our waiter had no concern at all he actually acted as if we were bothering him . Sorry not sorry but I'm paying 15$ per plate it better be as close to perfect as they can get it . Oh wait I forgot it took an hour got our food to even come out . My visit 12.31.18 I went to PF Changs in Syracuse NY and had a great experience so I wanted to end the year and bring my son to the one close to home. The first thing is that the food is not made the same in all locations. Also, I had to switch servers because mine went home sick. I was given a brand new server who did not know the difference between my meal and my sons. I had water spilled on my pants and shoe. The white rice was the best part of the meal. The noodles which I paid a lot for as a side were partially crunchy. Our dessert tasted good, it was a small cup of cake and it was small enough you'd think they could get it right however, half of the cake was missing in the middle and that was sad :-( My 15 year old was excited about me spending this kind of money on a nice NYE dinner. He left saying that he'd rather spend $20 at a normal Chinese restaurant. read more

AFTER our server finally came back to talk to us after our 1 entree, and 3 appetizers we had about 50 mins prior. We asked for a check and to go box. To go box came 10minutes later. I've ordered take out twice since the pandemic and both times I was sorely disappointed, the honey chicken looked like a kids meal and the fried rice was sticky and clumped together (looked as if the meal was thrown together). However, on 29 April we choose to eat in. We had the honey chicken with white rice, pad Thai, shrimp dumplings and wonton soup. It was all fresh, hot and delicious.
